My son bought a birthday cake for his younger brother at the Isetan store in Kyoto for takeout. It was a Chocolat Noir cake for 1,728 yen. It was a rich chocolate cake but not too heavy, and we enjoyed it. I think it was about 20cm x 10cm x 3.5cm in size, just estimating. Considering the price and quality, I gave it a high rating. They accept card payments.

- The first floor sells products for take-out, while the second floor offers plated desserts and seasonal desserts at the "Chocolat Bar"
- Opening hours: 10:00-20:00

3. Crowdedness on the Day
- Visited around 12:30 on a weekday, the first floor was crowded due to it being the day before Valentine's Day

- Followed the manual for customer service
5. Purchased Items
- Chocolate bars: 594 yen each (Custard Berry & Passion Fruit)
- Many items were out of stock, so I ordered the above products
- Given the price, they likely use couverture chocolate, so the products should be delicious with a good melt-in-your-mouth texture. Thank you for the meal.

Starting from the traditional and internationally rich city of Kyoto, the chocolate specialty shop "Bel Amer Kyoto Annex" @belamer_official takes its name from the French words "BEL=beautiful" and "AMER=bitterness," representing the characteristic "beautiful bitterness" of chocolate. Through chocolate, they deliver happiness and surprises, aiming to connect Japan and the world with their chocolate. The brand originated in Kyoto's Sanjo area, expressing seasonal beautiful colors and unique Japanese events through chocolate, which looks cute and vibrant. I have bought chocolate as a gift many times, but this was my first time dining at the restaurant. The fondant chocolate and curry were both rich in cocoa flavor. The curry had a collaboration of cocoa, sansho pepper, and spices, while the fondant chocolate was deliciously rich and gooey. The stick chocolate, which looked like an ice candy, was also very cute.

The flavor of the galette dough is subtle. It satisfied my hunger during a walk. The combination of leaves and galette doesn't work well. The desserts of the neighbors look impressive, but no one has mentioned anything about the taste despite the high prices. At least, is it delicious or something? At the beginning, they were all excited taking pictures, but within a few minutes, they finished eating, perhaps because the portions were small.

I purchased them at the Isetan store on the B2 floor of Kyoto Station. It cost around 1900 yen for 3 pieces, which I initially thought was a bit expensive. However, after tasting them, I found that each chocolate was delicious and satisfying. Each piece had about 3 chocolate bites worth of quantity. I definitely want to visit the store again next time.

I received this as a souvenir from Kyoto. When I opened the box, I was surprised! It's super cute! What is this! All women would be delighted with this♪ The chocolate was quite hard, maybe because it was in the refrigerator, making it difficult to eat, but it was a delicious chocolate with a strong matcha flavor☆ I highly recommend it as a gift.

I found this place while waiting for a nearby curry restaurant to open and decided to explore. It was a hot day, so when I saw the sign for soft serve ice cream, I knew I had to go in. The entrance had a Kyoto-style cafe vibe, with the first floor offering chocolate and baked goods for takeout, and the second floor serving as a cafe with a line of people waiting outside, indicating its popularity. I opted for a vanilla soft serve in a cone to go. The vanilla had a subtle hint of chocolate and tasted delicious. It had a luxurious sweetness that was almost too good for cooling down my overheated body. I'd love to come back and try the cafe next time. Thank you for the treat!

The chocolate is sold on the first floor, while the second floor is a cafe. They have both classic and limited edition items, and the one I tried was a limited edition. I was looking for Murakami Kaihindo across the street and happened to find this shop. The parfait looked beautiful, but I hesitated to eat it... There were no plates to put it on, so I ended up eating it as it was. The chocolate was delicious as expected. The price was not too high, but the portion was a bit small. It's good for a light snack, I think.

I bought it for Valentine's Day! I was drawn to the beautiful appearance and ended up buying a chocolate called "Mizuho no Shizuku," which is made from Japanese tea. It combines various tea jellies with chocolate. There are also options with Kyoto sake, domestically grown fruits, and honey. I was expecting more of a matcha flavor, but it wasn't like that! The chocolate flavor is strong. It seems like the focus is on the fragrance of the tea.

I saw a delicious parfait on Instagram, so I went to try it. I arrived around 4 pm on a weekday and there were about 3 groups waiting, so I was called in quickly. I couldn't decide between the matcha parfait and the apple parfait. I ended up choosing the apple parfait, even though it was called a Chocolat Bar, it didn't have much of a chocolate taste. The portion was not very generous for the size of the glass, so I finished it quickly and felt a bit unsatisfied. However, it looked cute and tasted good. Next time, I want to try the fondant chocolat.

I usually go to buy chocolate, but I had never eaten here before. They had a new peach and chocolate parfait, so I decided to try it. Isn't it cute just to look at it? When it arrived, I couldn't help but let out a sound. The white chocolate was made to look like dry ice, so it was hard to take a good picture. The taste was also incredibly delicious. The parfait seemed to have more chocolate as the main ingredient, with peach as a supporting role. It was a delightful treat.

I went to buy Valentine's Day chocolates♪ I fell in love at first sight with stylish chocolates at the Valentine's Fair (*´꒳`*) The small chocolate box contains four types of chocolates: sake chocolate, hojicha chocolate, matcha chocolate, and strawberry caramel stick chocolate (≧∀≦) I bought it with excitement and opened it with excitement too (*^▽^*) These artistic chocolates made me feel happy just by looking at them☆ I enjoyed the elegant flavors.

Rich chocolate soft serve ice cream. There is a chocolate shop located just a short walk from Karasuma Oike. Today, they were selling soft serve ice cream instead of chocolate, so I tried the mix of dark mocha and white chocolate. It was rich and delicious!

Fondant chocolate cake with whole chestnuts inside. I bought it to take home. It is heavy and has a lot of volume. Delicious.
