I visited Ishiya Café, famous for its Shiroi Koibito cookies, to try their new menu for autumn. I had the Hokkaido Chestnut & Haskap Pancake for ¥1600. The pancake had a fluffy and slightly elastic texture, with a new moist and soft consistency. It was topped with a generous amount of chestnut cream and haskap sauce, creating a beautiful presentation. The flavor was predominantly of haskap, but not overly sour, making it enjoyable even for those who are not fans of sour flavors. Inside, there was a large scoop of cassis ice cream with chestnut paste, which had a strong chestnut taste. Overall, the pancake was delicious, and I enjoyed the new texture of the pancake. The pancake is available at Ishiya Café's Nihonbashi store from September 12th until the end date is announced, from 11:00 to 21:00, with no regular holidays. Pancakes are served from 3:30 pm. Thank you for the meal. Address: Coredo Muromachi Terrace, 3-2-1 Nihonbashi Muromachi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

I visited around 2 PM on Saturday and the place was almost full. I ordered the Strawberry Parfait, which had a delicious soft serve ice cream with plenty of strawberry pulp sauce. They also had vibrant pancakes and seasonal chestnut parfait that I would like to try next time.

As a new business development manager, I am constantly pondering on what our company's strengths are and what value we can offer to our clients. When I see promotions like double points or limited-time coupons from companies I unknowingly registered with on LINE, my heart doesn't flutter because I feel like I am not grasping the essential value. The concept of a cafe where you can feel like you're in Hokkaido while in Tokyo might be the key element I need right now. So today's treat is the first directly managed cafe outside of Hokkaido, #ISHIYANIHONBASHI. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere with large windows that allow you to feel the trees despite being in the city. I was tempted by the parfait, but I ended up ordering the #ISHIYAPANCAKE Strawberry. Despite the crowded store, it arrived in about 15 minutes. When the staff asked me if I wanted them to take a photo or video, I knew it was a "Yes" or "Hai" situation, so I started recording. As the film around it was removed by the staff, the cream and strawberry flowers bloomed beautifully. This was gorgeous. I took a bite, savoring the chewy and creamy texture, followed by the delightful balance of strawberry's subtle acidity and sweetness. There were even whole strawberries inside, making it an even more delightful moment compared to when you encounter them in a shortcake. The iced coffee I ordered alongside had a refreshing bitterness that paired well with the sweet pancake. The generous portion was balanced in sweetness and freshness, allowing me to enjoy it until the last bite without feeling heavy. I look forward to trying the parfait or soft-serve ice cream next time.

I visited this place for a break during my Mitsukoshi shopping trip. I went in the afternoon on a holiday, and the place was already packed with customers, showing its popularity. The classic pancakes were satisfying in both taste and presentation. What surprised me the most was the all-white parfait. It had various flavors hidden inside, and I enjoyed it until the last bite without getting bored!

Around 3 o'clock on the weekend, I was looking for a place to have tea in Nihonbashi and stumbled upon Ishiya's café, known for their Shiroi Koibito cookies. There were 2-3 groups ahead of me, so I waited for about 30 minutes to get a seat. The café had narrow seating. I ordered a strawberry parfait and an iced coffee. The parfait was delicious, but the coffee was a bit bitter and not to my liking. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at the café.

I arrived one hour before the opening and was the first in line. They were holding a limited-time Hokkaido Honey & Lemon Fair, so I ordered the Honey & Lemon Pancakes and the Honey & Lemon Soda. As soon as I took a bite, the Setouchi Lemon Sorbet made it cool and even more delicious. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

After finishing watching a movie, I had a little leisurely review session! "How Do You Live?" was quite challenging... I ordered coffee and a strawberry parfait at Ishiya. The ice cream in the parfait had a rich milky flavor, and the strawberry sauce was generously used, making it refreshing and delicious. The coffee had a strong bitterness that paired well with the sweet dessert! It was a shame that the pancakes were sold out in the evening, but the shop had a relaxed atmosphere and I could take my time!

I visited at the opening time because there is always a line. It was a Sunday, so there was still a line, but I was able to be seated right when they opened. The pancakes were fluffy and moist, and very delicious. They were quite sweet, so eating about half was just right.

After eating ramen, I realized I was near Nihonbashi, so I looked it up and found out Mitsukoshi is about a 10-minute walk away. I decided to go to Mitsukoshi Muromachi Terrace. The square here is usually cool with lots of greenery, but today there seems to be a festival going on with food stalls lined up. I arrived around 3:30 pm and there was a line of over 10 people. Oh, Ishiya Pancakes are sold out again at this time. If I want to eat, I'll have to go for something from Australia. I waited for over 25 minutes to get in. Luckily, the heat had eased up a bit. I chose Tiramisu & Vanilla Parfait for 1350 yen, White Lover Soft Serve Black for 500 yen, and Fruit Tea Ice for 680 yen. The sweets came out quickly after I sat down. The Fruit Tea looked less colorful than in the menu photo, with most of the fruit sunk at the bottom, not very vibrant. The soft serve was delicious, with a rich chocolate and milk flavor. Next was the parfait. The cocoa powder added a touch of luxury. The cappuccino ice cream had a strong coffee aroma and a hint of bitterness, creating a sophisticated taste. The combination with the sweet vanilla ice cream was exquisite. The tiramisu cubes and granola added a rich and heavy flavor. The fruit tea balanced the richness with its berry acidity, surprisingly complementing the parfait. At the bottom, there was panna cotta and coffee jelly, blending well with the melted ice cream on top. The total came to 2530 yen, paid with PayPay. Ishiya's sweets are indeed high-quality and delicious. The chocolate flavor is exceptional, perhaps influenced by their White Lover products. I never thought much about going to Hokkaido, but after trying various Ishiya sweets, I have become a fan.

I entered a cute shop with high expectations because it was a White Lover shop. I ordered a parfait that was pure white. I was surprised by how much cream there was! The person next to me was excited about their pancakes, so I think I'll try the pancakes next time. I also bought White Lover chocolates as a souvenir. I'm happy that I could buy them individually. ☺️

It was crowded inside the shop so I got a takeout of Shiroi Koibito milk ice cream for 500 yen. There were chairs outside where I could eat, so I enjoyed it there. The soft serve was sweet and delicious, perfect for cooling down after walking in the heat.

I had soft serve ice cream at the Ishiya cafe, a popular spot in Hokkaido known for their Shiroi Koibito cookies. It was so delicious that I finished it before taking a picture! I dined inside the cafe, but there are also nice benches outside where I would like to try eating next time. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Ishiya Nihonbashi for the first time on July 18, 2023. I had some business in Nihonbashi, but it was quickly taken care of. Feeling a bit lonely to just head back, I remembered Ishiya Nihonbashi which I hadn't visited yet, so I walked to Mitsukoshi-mae. I thought about having a meal, but I couldn't resist the temptation of the parfait. Since it's a café run by Shiroi Koibito's Ishiya Seika, my expectations were high from the start. The elegant and clean design surrounded by greenery was very tasteful. Even though the rainy season hadn't ended, it was another hot day today. It was around 5 p.m., and it seemed relatively quiet. The tables in the back were almost full, but there was plenty of space at the counter. There were mostly women, and some were even wearing traditional Japanese clothing, giving off an elegant vibe. Nihonbashi is definitely different from Ginza in a good way. I chose the Tiramisu & Vanilla parfait for 1,350 yen and an iced coffee for 500 yen without much thought. I regret not trying the seasonal lemon soda instead. The cold and delicious parfait had a special reward-like feeling to it, with a refreshing yet rich taste. It was a great treat. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered a Lemon Parfait for 1,600 yen. It seems like lemon-flavored dishes are popular everywhere this summer. I'm not a fan of sweet things like strawberries or chocolate, but I'm drawn to lemon this summer and have been eating a lot of desserts. The parfait had white chocolate and lemon syrup on top, with thick lemon slices that allowed me to enjoy the texture and bitterness of the peel. The balance of acidity and sweetness from the syrup was wonderful! Next, there was a sweet vanilla ice cream and lemon sherbet. The vanilla was a bit too sweet, overpowering the lemon sherbet. It would have been better if the ratio was more like 1:2. There was also lemon pound cake, lemon jelly, whipped cream, and syrup-soaked items, followed by a white panna cotta at the end. The panna cotta at the end was my favorite part. It seems like you can also add lemon sherbet as a topping to other menu items, so I might try adding it to lemon pancakes next time!

After enjoying an eel rice bowl at Izumoya, I came to "Ishiya" in search of some sweets. It was not crowded during lunchtime on a weekday, so I was able to easily get a seat at the counter where I could see outside. I ordered the Tiramisu and Vanilla Parfait for 1,350 yen. The inside of the parfait had vanilla ice cream, panna cotta, tiramisu, coffee jelly, espresso ice cream, and more mixed together and it was delicious. The restaurant is surrounded by green trees, and I relaxed while watching people pass by outside. It's nice to be able to spend time like this, reading a book and unwinding. It's truly a precious time.

On July 4, 2023, I had some time before my afternoon appointment, so I wandered around the area and spotted a child enjoying a soft serve ice cream. Intrigued, I entered the shop at 1:55 PM, where it was about 80% full with customers. I was directed to the takeout counter and ordered a limited edition strawberry-topped soft serve for 600 yen. I received my order within 5 minutes and sat outside to enjoy it. The rich and creamy soft serve, accompanied by the famous crunchy topping, left me feeling very satisfied and full. Thank you for the delicious meal!

The popular shop always has long lines on weekends. Around 2:00pm on weekdays, it's almost always full. We were tempted by the limited-time "Hokkaido honey and lemon" option, but since it's a White Lover's shop, we decided to go for the White Lover-themed sweets and chose the Strawberry Parfait. The White Lover soft serve was a bit firm but had a smooth texture. The crunchy granola was a nice touch. The strawberry sauce with chunks of fruit was quite sweet. The parfait ended with a panna cotta-like almond jelly. We shared the parfait between two people. Overall, it was quite sweet, so sharing was just the right amount.

Seasonal lemon parfait and iced tea. This parfait includes lemon sorbet, vanilla ice cream, granola, lemon cake, candied lemon slices, milk pudding, and whipped cream, offering a variety of flavors that complement the refreshing taste of lemon. The iced tea was rich and a perfect match for the parfait. I was able to easily enter this shop, which used to have long lines, probably because it was a weekday. Additionally, this shop offers unique versions of Shiroi Koibito cookies, such as cheese and wine flavors, which can be purchased individually. Unlike Ginza Six, where they are only sold in sets, this shop is convenient if you just want to try a few different flavors.

Nowadays, the most popular Japanese souvenir is Shiroi Koibito. It is a hit among tourists, especially those from China and other Asian countries. I visited the Ishiya Seika cafe with a friend in front of Mitsukoshi, where I had been curious about for a while. I've been in a parfait mood for a few weeks now, so I ordered the chocolate parfait. By the way, at 8 pm, the popular White Parfait with crushed Shiroi Koibito and eye-catching pancake items were sold out. The star of the chocolate parfait was the mixed soft serve, which is also popular for takeout. It was combined with chocolate mousse, plenty of nuts, and whipped cream, providing a satisfying size. As expected from Hokkaido, the milk soft serve was a must-have. The richness is there but not overpowering, perhaps due to the difference in milk quality? They also have seasonal parfaits like lemon and honey, so it seems like you can enjoy different flavors throughout the year. Thank you for the meal.

As I was passing by, I found a café by Ishiya Seika, known for their Shiroi Koibito cookies. When I looked at the menu, the staff informed me that the white parfait and pancakes were sold out. I decided to try the Honey Lemon Parfait as a reward for a hard week. It was a bit pricey, but worth it. The combination of vanilla ice cream and lemon sorbet was delicious. The lemon sorbet was particularly tasty, not too sweet. However, I felt a bit thirsty while eating it. My friend ordered the Honey Lemon Cream Soda, which I regretted not trying myself. I would love to come back during the daytime. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the limited-time Hokkaido honey and lemon parfait. For my drink, I chose hot coffee. The parfait had lemon sorbet and vanilla ice cream on top, with plenty of sliced lemons soaked in Hokkaido honey underneath. It had a refreshing taste that was perfect for this time of year.
