The curry here is actually delicious. It's on the second floor of Tokyo Station Hotel in a hard-to-find location, but that's actually a good thing! The Caesar salad was also delicious. I would love to have a beer with it, but I'm at work so I have to resist!

I stopped by the bar "Camellia" at Tokyo Station Hotel because I heard they have a special reward hour. I tried their hotel signature cocktail, the 1915 Tokyo Station Hotel Centennial Cocktail, which is a commemorative cocktail for the 100th anniversary of the hotel's opening. I also ordered the Tokyo Station 75th Anniversary Cocktail, which is a cocktail commemorating the 75th anniversary of Tokyo Station's opening. I enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere with fewer people just a short distance away from the bustling Tokyo Station. It was a bit of a treat to enjoy during their special reward hour.

I visited for lunch. The beef stew was the main dish, served with a set of mini pasta and sautéed vegetables, followed by dessert and coffee. You can choose between bread and rice as a side. This time, I paired it with chilled white wine to beat the heat of the day. The beef stew was hot and hearty, with plenty of meat and a rich demi-glace sauce, very satisfying. The bread could have been tastier. The sautéed vegetables on the side could have been more interesting with some creativity. Overall, it was well-received, but when looking at each aspect closely, the dessert pudding was delicious, but the coffee was disappointing. I wish the coffee had been tastier. It felt more like a service coffee. I wondered if they were using pre-packaged coffee like those you find in convenience stores. Since it's a bar, I would have preferred handcrafted coffee. Also, it was a bit disappointing that the service staff didn't serve the dishes from the head of the table.

I visited this restaurant with a friend to celebrate a birthday. We chose this place because my friend had a special discount. We had a course meal for around 7,000 yen. I had never really walked around Tokyo Station before, so I was surprised to find such a lovely hidden spot. The inside of the restaurant was dimly lit, creating a calm atmosphere for dining. There were also people using the bar, so it seemed like they catered to various dining preferences. The food and drinks were delicious. The average price for a drink was around 1,500 yen. I would like to come back and try the bar next time. Thank you very much!

I checked into Tokyo Station Hotel on this day and relaxed in my room before heading to the reserved Bar & Cafe Camellia on the hotel's second floor for dinner. I enjoyed walking down the long hallway and admiring the relief of the station dome ceiling up close from the Archive Balcony along the way. After arriving at Camellia and informing them of my reservation, I sat at a table. The pink and gray velvet sofa, the view of KITTE from the window, and the lined up bottles on the counter created a calm and cozy atmosphere typical of a bar. I chose my favorites from the course menu, with the main dish being Black Wagyu Sirloin Steak. The meal included cold appetizers like Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and olives, as well as warm appetizers like chicken fritters & potatoes, 5 types of boiled sausages, and seared chashu with scallion-sesame flavor. For the main course, there was oven-baked fresh fish (sea bream) in Provencal style and Black Wagyu Sirloin Steak. The free flow drink menu included sparkling wine, red wine, craft beer, highball, non-alcoholic cocktails like Shirley Temple and Saratoga Cooler, as well as soft drinks like organic apple juice. Each dish was substantial in portion and delightful in appearance and taste. Considering the prices at a hotel, the TSUBAKI LUXE course at ¥10,000 per person (including tax and service charge) with free flow drinks was surprisingly good value. I have used the main bar at hotels before, but the feeling of not wanting to leave is truly exceptional. And as I returned to my room, the night was far from over...

I visited for afternoon tea at 11:30 on Saturday. I made a reservation through OZmall and specified a table seat. The table seats have a wide spacing between each seat, which is very nice. We were served a dessert plate, two meal plates, and a welcome drink which was a cinnamon-flavored apple pie cocktail. The sweets were not too sweet, and the balance of sandwiches and other meal items was good, so we could eat them all up. When I visited with a friend who had a baby before, they also prepared a table seat for us, and we were able to spend a relaxing time. The service from the staff was also wonderful and pleasant. I would like to visit again.

I visited "Camellia (Bar&CafeCamellia)" on the 2nd floor of Tokyo Station Hotel, which I had been curious about but hadn't had the chance to visit. I aimed for the early time slot of 5pm to 6pm for the special treat hour before sunset. I sat at the counter to enjoy watching the cocktail making. I ordered the "1915," a cocktail commemorating the 100th anniversary of Tokyo Station Hotel. It is a beautiful marine blue cocktail made with Japanese sake, violet, and coconut liqueur. It has a well-balanced sweetness and is very easy to drink. It was a nice break from the busy daily life, and I enjoyed my Bar Time there.

There are two bars at Tokyo Station Hotel. Compared to the authentic and sophisticated Oak Bar, Camellia Bar stands out for its variety of non-alcoholic drinks such as mocktails and soft drinks, making it slightly more casual with a certain female clientele. It is conveniently located near the Marunouchi South Exit rather than the front of the hotel. A great deal can be enjoyed during the Reward Hour, where you can savor nearly 20 different cocktails, including original cocktails like Tokyo Station and 1915, for just 1000 yen per drink (no service charge) from 5 to 6 pm. The Tokyo Station cocktail, created by the master bartender Mr. Sugimoto to commemorate Tokyo Station's 75th anniversary, is a gin-based drink with a mix of herbal liqueur and pomegranate-derived grenadine syrup, offering a rich balance of sweetness and bitterness. The 1915 cocktail, a centennial celebration drink for the opening of Tokyo Station Hotel, features a vibrant blue color from the blend of Bitterlet liqueur and Blue Curacao, with the coconut milk adding a refreshing and smooth touch. It seems that the price for the Reward Hour will increase to 1300 yen before Golden Week, but it still offers a great value overall. It's worth noting that the bar can be fully booked on Fridays.

Lounge inside Tokyo Station Hotel. Since the bar is closed, they are operating the bar service here. And from 5 pm, there is a one-hour limited time offer called GOHOUBI Hour, where you can enjoy a drink for 1,000 yen (1,300 yen after April 24) flat rate! Even if you have three drinks, it's only 3,000 yen flat rate, it's a very good deal. They have a wide variety of cocktails, ranging from weak to strong alcohol content, in addition to beer and wine. They also have an original cocktail called "Tokyo Station", so you can enjoy coming back for more. Despite the uniform drink price with no cover charge, they also serve appetizers. On this day, they served cauliflower soup and sea bream carpaccio, which would easily cost around a thousand yen in a hotel, but there was no cover charge. They also offer Mimosa, Bellini, and other cocktails made with authentic recipes, although they use sparkling wine instead of champagne (as stated on the menu). Even though it's now 1,300 yen, it's a fantastic place for a zero-second party. Especially now that it's bright outside until 6 pm, it's a wonderful bar to use before heading home for the day. It's easy to use alone, but by 5:30 pm, all tables were full, including couples. Some guests enjoy the elegant time by indulging in wine bottles regardless of the price, making it a truly delightful experience.

Good morning. This is the wife of a Chinese immigrant. GW is just around the corner! I am compiling information on Tokyo outings. This is the "Favorite Happy Hour" series by the wife of a Chinese immigrant, with recommendations for Tokyo Station Hotel's Camellia bar. Starting from 4/24, the Happy Hour prices will be raised from 1000 yen to 1300 yen. For those who want to drink a lot for 1000 yen, hurry up. Camellia | Tokyo Station Hotel [Official] - The bar & cafe "Camellia" offers a variety of dishes and a rich lineup of liquor for you to enjoy. Quality lunch menu and sweets are also available. I found the Happy Hour on Twitter and finally got to go there. The bar is located on the second floor above the popular cafe. I sat at the counter seat. Here is the Happy Hour menu. For reference, I will also include the original prices. The atmosphere inside the bar is lovely. They serve appetizers, and I was shocked to see the price of the appetizer. The matcha with gold powder is stylish. I also ordered a Frozen Daiquiri with liqueur. How about enjoying cherry blossoms at the bar? It's so stylish that I took it home. The total price for 8 drinks for 2 people was only 8000 yen! This includes service charge, tax, and appetizer fee. We each had 4 drinks, but most people only have about 2 drinks. How about spending a luxurious hour for 2000 yen? By the way, JRE points are not earned. This review was brought to you by the wife of a JR shareholder.

My friend invited me to a very stylish restaurant for my birthday. We had afternoon tea at the counter, and the drinks and food were all sophisticated. I was in a great mood the whole time. Since it was my birthday, they even put a message plate on the dessert. The restaurant has a limited number of seats, so it's better to make a reservation before going.

After a long time, I visited Tokyo with a companion for some business. This time, we stayed at a station hotel. After checking in, we moved to this place that opened at 5 PM. My companion ordered their usual Daiquiri, while I was having trouble deciding what to order. The legendary bartender, Mr. Sugimoto, recommended a cocktail he created to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Tokyo Station. It was based on gin and herbal liqueur, with a refreshing taste that wasn't too sweet or bitter. When I squeezed the lime halfway through, it added a fresh touch to the flavor. Mr. Sugimoto is a legendary bartender over 80 years old. Watching him shake the shaker exuded a cool, seasoned charm.

I always wanted to go up to the second floor of Tokyo Station. It would be a waste to go straight there, so I entered from the hotel entrance and felt excited. On the second floor is Camellia, a bar-like place but they also offer course meals. I made a reservation through oz and went there. I chose the prix-fixe course which includes a choice of cold and hot appetizers, a main dish, and free-flow sirloin for ¥10000. The sirloin steak was a must, and the rest could be chosen on the spot. The cold appetizer was a smoked salmon salad, which was delicious. The first drink was Kirin Ichiban Shibori, which I finished quickly. The hot appetizer was a combination of sausages, but there was too much. The second beer was Brooklyn Lager, which went down easily. Even though the fish and sirloin were still to come... I changed to sparkling wine. Then came the special main dish, a black wagyu sirloin steak. Honestly, it was disappointing in appearance and taste. Overall, the food was not that great. However, the atmosphere, clientele, and location were great, and the hospitality was wonderful. They even turned my request into reality, which was impressive. The appetizers can be shared, so it's better to have the sausages on one plate at the table. You can see KITTE from the sofa seats. The bar counter was really nice, I want to visit again for a casual drink next time.

When staying at Tokyo Station Hotel, I always feel the urge to check out the famous bar inside the hotel. The bar, Camellia, located on the second floor, may not look very impressive from the outside as it faces the hotel corridor, but once you step inside, you are greeted with a chic and sophisticated atmosphere. The bar takes advantage of the hotel's layout with square windows offering a view of the night scenery, creating a nice ambiance. Normally, I enjoy gin and tonics or whiskey, but today I decided to indulge in cocktails. For my first drink, I went with the classic Sidecar, which was refreshing and had an orthodox taste. Looking at the menu, it seemed that the bar is known for its original cocktails, so I decided to try one. My second drink was "Tokyo Station," a masterpiece created by bartender Mr. Sugimoto to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Tokyo Station's opening. This cocktail was incredibly delicious, with a pleasant acidity that was not overpowering. It was one of the best original cocktails I've had in recent years. Moving on to my third drink, I chose "Wamicha-hi," the winner of the 2019 Suntory Cocktail Award for excellence. This cocktail featured matcha liqueur, plum wine, and yuzu, with a vibrant green color and a strong alcohol content. It had a balance of sweetness and acidity, making it a delightful drink. For three drinks, the total came to 5700 yen, with no cover charge and complimentary appetizers. Considering the location and the quality of the drinks, I found the prices to be reasonable. Overall, the cocktails were delicious and the experience at Camellia was enjoyable.

Introduction. This is the bar lounge on the second floor of Tokyo Station Hotel. After a daytime cafe time, it transitions to BAR time at 5 pm, with the shallow time from 5 pm being "GOHOUBI HOUR". Beers, sparkling wines, and many cocktails including originals are all priced at 1,000 yen each. I was seated at a window table and had a Bellini. It had a refreshing sweet and sour taste with a moderate fizz. For the second drink, I had a Sidecar. It had a light orange color with crushed ice floating on top. The strength of the brandy, the flavor of Cointreau, and the subtle presence of lemon all blended together nicely. Even during the reasonable hours, the quality remains consistent. While Tokyo Station has become lively with the completion of the renovations, this authentic space where you can enjoy drinks at a reasonable price is highly recommended.

Yesterday in Ueno, I drew a rare blank, so I decided to change my luck by going to BAR Camellia at the Station Hotel in Tokyo Station. Honestly, there are several popular restaurants in the Station Hotel, but they were all full or had shortened hours when I tried to get in. It had been a while since I drank at a city BAR, but the cocktails were delicious! The female bartender at the BAR was more composed and beautiful than the young girls at a girls' bar (lol). Yes! This is great, my luck seems to be turning around. Thank you for the meal! #14th spot in Tokyo #Tokyo Station #Tokyo Station Hotel #BAR Camellia #Chiyoda Ward gourmet #Tokyo Station Hotel BAR Camellia #City BAR #Cocktails.

I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate its 10th anniversary. I had a course meal that included dishes like Wagyu cold beef salad, Tosa red beef hamburger with boiled meat and green onion miso, spicy bean paste and chili oil on Wagyu roast beef, and a variety of steaks to compare (tenderloin, chuck roast, sirloin, ribeye, belly). I also had potato fries, seasonal sherbet, and coffee. I couldn't finish all the dishes, but I enjoyed sparkling wine x2, red wine x1, and cocktails x2, and ended up quite drunk. The service was excellent, and I definitely want to visit again.

On New Year's Eve, we decided to go to a bar after dinner at Tokyo Station, so we headed to Camellia inside Tokyo Station Hotel. The location was a bit hard to find, but as long as there's a floor, you'll eventually stumble upon it. The atmosphere of the bar was elegant and sophisticated, with a cozy and intimate feel. We opted for seats at the counter and ordered drinks such as White Oak whiskey with soda, white wine, and red wine. The complimentary snacks included two types of appetizers. The drinks were carefully crafted and the wine selection included 2 types of sparkling, 4 types of white, and 4 types of red wines. The house champagne or Pommery was available for 2,880 yen per glass. We chose the most affordable options for white and red wines, and although the taste was average, the prices were very reasonable. What surprised us the most was the bill – the prices listed on the drink menu already included service charge and consumption tax, with no additional cover charge! This kind of fair pricing at a hotel bar was truly impressive. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, providing service that only true hotel professionals could deliver. They even graciously fulfilled a special request we had. I believe this is a bar where women can feel safe and comfortable drinking alone. I will definitely visit again, even though I might get lost finding it next time.

The cocktail named Tokyo Station was incredibly delicious! Like a perfume, it has different scents from the first impression to the middle and end, allowing you to experience about 10 levels of taste changes and stories in one glass. Despite its high alcohol content, it's easy to drink without realizing, so it's best to savor it slowly. Also, the seasonal winter cocktail plate is visually vibrant and stimulates all the senses. It comes with two sweet cocktails, dried fruits, and cocktail sorbet, all for 2,400 yen, which I think is a great value. The cocktail sorbet is cool and refreshing, but it's quite high in alcohol content, so be careful. I was truly moved by how delicious it was! ✨
