Located in Midtown, Toshiyoroidzuka is a salon that I often visit, usually using the Kyobashi branch. However, on this day, the Kyobashi branch was closed, so I decided to visit the Roppongi branch. I made a reservation in advance and ordered my usual, the seasonal fruit mille-feuille. This time, the mille-feuille featured watermelon. It consisted of watermelon, custard cream, pie crust, snow salt ice cream on top, and a foamy watermelon sauce at the bottom. At first, I was skeptical about watermelon in a dessert, but the juicy watermelon paired with the crispy pie crust, the subtle saltiness of the snow salt ice cream, and the refreshing taste made it delicious. I am looking forward to trying other mille-feuille flavors in the future, like chestnut or Mont Blanc. My friend had the Lavender Mille-feuille, which looked beautiful and delicious.

This is not your typical financiers, but financiers with a strong taste of liqueur. It has a unique aroma of liqueur rather than the usual almond flavor. It is delicious. A friend who loves this Creme Patisserie is going to visit, so I asked them to buy it for me. As someone living in Kansai, I have few opportunities to eat cakes from Tokyo, so I always ask for financiers, my favorite baked goods.

Patisserie Toshi Yoroizuka, run by Chef Yoroizuka, has locations in Tokyo Midtown, Kyobashi Edogrand, Suginami Yawatayama, and Odawara, Kanagawa. Chef Yoroizuka gained experience in Switzerland, Austria, France, and Belgium, winning competitions in Paris and becoming the first Japanese three-star restaurant chef-pâtissier in Belgium. After returning to Japan, he opened Toshi Yoroizuka in Ebisu in 2004, followed by Toshi Yoroizuka Midtown in Roppongi in 2007. At Toshi Yoroizuka Tokyo Midtown, customers can enjoy live desserts made with seasonal ingredients right in front of them, ensuring a unique and fresh experience. Chef Yoroizuka's dedication to making customers happy and serving freshly made sweets is evident in his creations. The review describes a dessert experience with a chocolate dish, Perrier drink, and a parfait made with Shine Muscat grapes and plums, accompanied by liqueur. The parfait was praised for its combination of fragrant cream cheese ice cream, tart plum, and sweet Muscat flavors. The reviewer also looks forward to Chef Yoroizuka's weekly Instagram live sessions, appreciating his down-to-earth and kind personality.
This is a shop where you can also eat desserts made right in front of you, but there was a long line, so I got takeout instead. The choux pastry with plenty of nuts was delicious and crispy, and the cream with two layers of custard and mocha was enjoyable. They also have many baked goods with nuts, which I love, and I always end up buying too much.

Visited a patisserie that opened in March 2007 on the first floor of Tokyo Midtown East along Gaien Higashi Street in Roppongi, which has been open for 16 years and 6 months. Toshi Yoroizuka has two stores in Tokyo, one in Midtown since March 2007 and one in Tokyo since November 2016. This was my 17th visit to the store by September 2023. The atmosphere is stylish and fashionable, with a color scheme of black and blue. The interior has an L-shaped counter with 14 seats, which was already full when I arrived. I was seated at 14:53, 23 minutes after my arrival. The clientele is mostly women (80%) and men (20%). The menu includes Mille-feuille au Figuier for 1500 yen, Ujishima for 1500 yen, Parfait au Muscat for 1500 yen, and Passion Rhubarb for 1500 yen. I ordered the Mille-feuille au Figuier, which was served in about 7 minutes. The dessert consisted of banana ice cream and a fig mille-feuille. The amuse-bouche was banana ice cream, and the dessert was beautifully presented with fig mille-feuille on a square white plate, topped with cassis ice cream and garnished with red wine jelly and fig pulp. The combination of sweet and sour fig, rich red wine jelly, and cassis ice cream was delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is stylish and chic. They offer various cashless payment options, and Midtown points are also awarded. The Mille-feuille au Figuier for 1500 yen includes the amuse-bouche and the dessert. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Here at Toshi Yoroizuka Mid Town on the first floor, I had high expectations for the Chou a la Creme that is filled with cream after ordering for takeout. The pastry was incredibly crispy, and the custard was not too sweet, making it delicious until the last bite!

I thought if there were about 6 people, it would be quick, but even after 30 minutes, no one had moved (^◇^;) I was unsure of what to do, but since I had already waited this long, I decided to wait for 50 minutes \(//∇//)\ Finally, I got a seat!! There were about 2 people behind me and they were able to sit without waiting, so if you come at a time other than snack time, you might not have to wait in line. The preparation time after taking orders also takes quite a while, so the turnover rate is slow, but in the store with about 10 counter seats, the lively atmosphere of decorating parfaits and cakes was the best time!! I was unsure of which cake to choose, but when I consulted with the staff, they showed me pictures and were very kind. I decided to try the parfait, which they had just started selling today. It had Shine Muscat and plum, and it was very refreshing with the ice on such a hot day d(^_^o) The quality and atmosphere for 1500 yen is truly a bargain! I also ordered the white wine d(^_^o) The parfait came first, and it took a while for the white wine to arrive, so I had to remind them. It's really wonderful that you can enjoy the marriage of sweets and alcohol here! I would wait to eat here again because it's so tempting! I want to try something else next time, so I'll definitely come back~ \( ˆoˆ )/

I visited Toshiyoroizuka Midtown in Roppongi Hills. I had the Assorted Dessert at the counter. The desserts I had were Avant Dessert Rocher Macadamia and Lavender Millefeuille. The Lavender Millefeuille was a summer-flavored delight with cassis and other refreshing tastes. It's nice to be able to enjoy assorted desserts casually. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I went to Jean-Pierre's restaurant and ordered a dessert for 713 yen to eat in (+150 yen). The famous chef recommended it to me, so I tried it. I was surprised that the chocolate was actually rich, not as light as I expected. The pistachio flavor was subtle.

Visited Yorozuka in Roppongi Midtown!!! I went to Toshi Yoroizuka Mid Town located in Roppongi Midtown East. They offer dine-in service, so I decided to eat in on this day. I had Jean-Pierre pistachio creme brulee with chocolate mousse and a Shine Muscat tart-like dessert. I also ordered Austrian red grape juice. The Jean-Pierre dessert was fluffy and delicious. The Shine Muscat was quite large, with tasty tart crust and cream inside. Thank you for the meal!ーーーーーーーーーーーー

Stylish cakes and sweets are plentiful! You can enjoy them elegantly at the shop. There were many female customers. You can also enjoy a meal on the second floor. It was so delicious that I was blown away. How about a lovely tea time? Shine Muscat is delicious! Thank you for the meal. ⭐

★4.0【FILE 1558】September 3, 2023 (Sun) 14:31 Visited a patisserie that opened in March 2007 on the ground floor of Tokyo Midtown East along Gaien Higashi Street in Roppongi. Toshi Yoroizuka has two shops in Tokyo, one opened in March 2007, and the other in November 2016. I have visited this shop 17 times by September 2023. The interior is stylish and chic with a color scheme of black and blue. The counter on the left side has 14 seats, providing a relaxed atmosphere. The shop was already full when I arrived, but I was seated at 14:37, 6 minutes later. The clientele is mostly women (80%) and men (20%). The service is handled smoothly by one male staff and two female staff. The menu includes Lavande Millefeuille, Passion Rhubarb, Millefeuille de Patek, and Regale, each priced at 1500 yen (tax included). I ordered Passion Rhubarb for 1500 yen. The dessert consisted of banana ice cream and passion rhubarb, served on a white octagonal plate with vanilla ice cream, seasonal rhubarb from Hokkaido, Aperol, rose and honey parfait, rhubarb ice cream, rhubarb garnish, and gold powder. The combination of rhubarb with Aperol and rose and honey parfait was vibrant and delicious. The stylish and chic atmosphere of the shop, along with the various cashless payment options and Midtown points, made the dining experience enjoyable. I plan to revisit this shop again.

Located on the first floor of Tokyo Midtown, Toshi Yordizula is a dessert shop that is well-known among the top 100 dessert shops. I visited the shop around 1 pm on a weekday, which was my first visit in a few years. There were three customers in the eat-in area and four customers waiting for take-out. I purchased the Midtown shop limited edition "Cool Melon Summer Drink" for 700 yen to take-out. The melon granita had a strong melon aroma and was layered with coconut cream and watermelon espuma, making it a perfect smoothie for summer. There was also whipped cream on top. The paper straw made it a bit difficult to drink, but it definitely helped me cool down. It was delicious, thank you for the treat!

I often stop by when I'm nearby, and this time I stopped by to pick up some souvenirs. Since it was late afternoon, there were almost no refrigerated cakes left, only baked goods and ice cream. I've never bought their chocolates, but their baked goods change seasonally and come in different boxes, making them great for gifts or just for personal enjoyment. Just like the Kyobashi store, I would love to try eating at the counter someday, and if possible, I would like to eat sweets made by Mr. Yoritsuka right in front of me!

Roppongi Midtown's stylish shop on the first floor has a counter with about 10 seats at the back, and in the front, there is a showcase for takeout. I visited without a reservation on a weekday afternoon, and there was one group of customers for takeout and one group for eat-in already there. We were seated right away. If you choose to eat the cakes from the showcase in the store, they will be beautifully plated for an additional 150 yen. The store-exclusive menu is 1500 yen. On this day, there were four options: Lavand, Mirtille, Passion Rhubarb, Millefeuille de Pastec, and Regade. I was torn between Millefeuille and Regade. I decided to go with the store's recommendation, Millefeuille. Millefeuille de Pastec @1500: The elegant banana ice cream, which tasted like frozen bananas, was deliciously rich. After finishing it, they decorated the Millefeuille right in front of me. It consisted of salted ice cream, pie, watermelon, custard, watermelon sauce, and pistachio. It looked beautiful. The layers of pie were incredibly light and crispy, creating a delightful texture. The combination of watermelon fruit, salted ice cream, and custard was amazing. The custard was rich and satisfying. They mentioned that you don't need to order drinks, and you can relax in the spacious seating area. The cost performance is also excellent. Just as the pie finished baking in the oven, filling the air with a delicious aroma, I left the store. It was a delightful experience.

This is the famous shop of Toshihiko Yorozu. It takes about 5 minutes on foot from Roppongi Station to get to the shop. The luxurious interior filled with the sweet smell of freshly baked cakes will make you feel happy. The cakes not only look beautiful but also have a light sweetness that you can eat as much as you want ♡

I arrived early at Toshi Yoroizuka Mid Town, a luxurious arch-shaped square in Roppongi Midtown, where I planned to have lunch. The shop was as lovely as ever, with a cool counter seat where you can enjoy rich sweets. Since I only ordered tea, I sat at the terrace seat in front. The iced tea was ¥370 and I paid with PayPay. I had visited before and tried the pistachio cake, which was amazingly delicious. Chef Yoroizuka is truly a genius. This time, I only had the iced tea, which had a subtly sweet citrusy flavor. The impact of the tea was impressive. I was amazed at how different the iced tea from a sweets shop could be. The quality at this price point is remarkable. It's freshly brewed, not made in advance, which enhances the aroma and freshness. It's rare to find such aromatic and delicious tea. Yoroizuka's shop offers great taste at an affordable price, making it accessible to everyone. I admire his spirit of delighting many people with sweets. I look forward to visiting again to try their sweets. Exciting!

I chose to use takeout and ordered Jean-Pierre (chocolate and pistachio mousse cake), Chou Parisienne (nut choux cream), and Creme Pistache (pistachio pudding). The cake had a great balance of bitter chocolate, nutty choux cream, and a crunchy texture. The pudding was rich and perfect for pistachio lovers. All of them had a mild sweetness and were excellent.

I visited around 2:00 pm on a weekday and was able to enter smoothly. I ordered a takeout of the Berinaar for 700 yen. The pistachio cream had a rich flavor that paired excellently with the chocolate, making it a specialty dish. I also tried the Creme Pistache for 420 yen, which had a rich pistachio flavor and a smooth, creamy texture. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.
