Visited on September 21, 2023 (Thursday) at 11:24. There was a line of 5 people, and I waited for the store to open with the 6th person in line. At 11:32, when the store opened, there was a line of a little over 10 people. The store had just enough capacity for all the customers to fit in. I ordered the Drooling Chicken Set (1,500 yen), which included drooling chicken, mapo tofu (small), shumai, Sichuan noodles, and rice. At 11:46, the food arrived. The drooling chicken was generously topped with sesame, cilantro (which can be omitted upon request), and nuts, providing not only great flavor but also enjoyable texture and aroma. The mapo tofu, while not as spicy as it looks, had a good balance of umami and spiciness that went well with the rice. Personally, I preferred it over the drooling chicken. The shumai was rich in flavor, tasting delicious both upon first bite and as you chew, making it a must-order. While it may be a bit pricey for lunch, the high quality and variety of dishes make it worth the cost. Upon leaving, there were about 9 people waiting. About half of the restaurant seemed reserved for customers with reservations, so for a lunch in the 1,000 yen range, it's advisable to visit with some extra time to spare.
