On this day, I finished work by early afternoon and headed towards Ginza. After dropping off my luggage at the hotel, I went straight to this cafe. I arrived just before 2 pm and was lucky to be seated without much of a wait. (Despite being a weekday, the cafe was almost full by 2 pm) I ordered the Peach Parfait (3,300 yen including tax) with a drink, and the Crepe Suzette with seasonal fruit (3,300 yen) which featured white peaches from Yamanashi prefecture. The drinks included African Joy (iced tea) and iced cafe au lait. The white peaches on the crepe were frozen first, then mixed with a hot sauce, allowing you to enjoy the different textures, temperatures, and sweetness. The live preparation right in front of you was a nice touch. The quality of the white peaches themselves was outstanding. The apricot liqueur had a lovely aroma and paired well with the dish. The parfait also had high-quality peach and was visually stunning. Overall, I thought all the desserts were of top-notch quality. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, living up to the reputation of a Ginza establishment. While there was some variation in opinions among people, the sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere was well-maintained. It was a delightful dining experience.

It was my first time entering the store. The atmosphere of the building, as well as the customer service and interior, were carefully designed and stylish, making it enjoyable. The performance of the Crepe Suzette, along with learning about its history, was fun and delicious, with the aroma of orange liqueur being enjoyable. The seasonal melon shortcake was also delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness.

September 3rd (Sunday), arrived at 10:30 for the 11:00 opening. It was too hot, so there was no line yet (usually on cooler days, around 10:40 on holidays there would be 5-6 people in line, sometimes more than 10. But today it was too hot). I decided to wait in a seat where I could see the entrance from the coffee shop diagonally in front. By 10:45, no one was lining up. After a while, I thought it was time to go, so I walked to the shop in 10 seconds. On holidays, gradually the waiting list in front of the shop fills up with names. This experience is common, even in the evening. It happens a lot on weekdays in the evening too. I've missed out on getting in many times. Around 5 pm, they often finish taking names for the day. At 11:00, the shutter went up and we went inside. By 11:15, there were 9 people, including me. All the 4-person tables were taken, as well as 6 counter seats. Today's seasonal limited edition "Grape Parfait" was served in about 10 minutes. The pink biscuit champagne on top brought back nostalgic flavors. It was delicious. Two types of grape compote, mascarpone and vanilla cream. The texture was great and it was so delicious. Enjoy the color and flavor changes with the red wine and balsamic vinegar sauce. The two types of grapes were generously scattered, and the harmony with the cream was excellent. I had hot Ashiya Proud black tea. I left the shop at 11:35. One waiting group signed in, and then two more people arrived.

It's August 2023, and I decided to go to Shiseido in Ginza to have some dessert. Unfortunately, the peach parfait was sold out, so I changed my mind and headed to Crepe Suzette. I managed to get a table just as a customer left. Since the seasonal fruit was white peach, I thought of getting the Crepe Suzette with white peach, but then I saw they also had a peach parfait. So, I ended up ordering the peach parfait. The peach parfait (tax included 3300 yen) was brought to my table on a cart and flambéed right in front of me. I was a bit surprised by that. When it comes to parfaits, I prefer when the fruits overflow from the glass, but this one was more on the stylish and subdued side. The peach was swirling with a light compote on top. In the middle, there were layers of sauce and jelly. In between, there were streusel, citrus sauce, raspberry confiture, creating a vivid layered look even from the side. Everything was delicious, but what I was looking for was the juicy presence of peach fruit. It felt a bit subdued and not quite satisfying. I thought maybe the Crepe Suzette would have been a better choice as I left the restaurant. I will come back again when the season changes. Thank you for the meal.

I had a peach crepe Suzette with vanilla ice cream. I waited for about an hour, but I was very satisfied, so I was happy to wait even though I usually don't like waiting. The fruits change with the seasons, so I plan to visit again when they change. It's a wonderful restaurant that I want to go to again. If I could ask for one thing, it would be to increase the number of seats.

✅ Luxurious space inspired by Paris ✅ Limited edition Crepe Suzette and Napoleon Pie ✅ Aim for a weekday around 1 pm to avoid lines I recently visited Maison Henri Charpentier in Ginza, a cafe that offers the highest quality table desserts that will lift your spirits. The cafe, which is the only one operated outside of Kobe in Tokyo, boasts a luxurious space inspired by Paris. The classic and elegant atmosphere inside the cafe makes you forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. Although I have never been to Paris, I felt like I was experiencing the ambiance of the city. During my visit, I ordered the Crepe Suzette and Napoleon Pie. The Crepe Suzette is a dessert that stands out for the final flambe process performed right in front of you. The crepe, with its perfect combination of orange aroma and buttery flavor, can be served with seasonal fruits and vanilla ice cream. The Napoleon Pie, with its crispy pastry filled with plenty of custard and strawberries, was also a popular choice. Both desserts were subtly sweet, allowing me to enjoy their sophisticated flavors. The service provided by the staff was exceptional as well. Their dedication to providing the best hospitality was evident in their meticulous and courteous service. The atmosphere felt more like a French restaurant than a cafe. At Maison Henri Charpentier, you can find a variety of desserts and drinks to choose from. It's a place to visit when you want to take a break from work and the city, and refresh your mood.

I wanted to eat a Napoleon cake, so I searched and found this restaurant. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was seated. The restaurant has about 8 seats at the counter and 3 tables. I ordered a Napoleon cake and black tea. When looking at the menu, I saw that the main branch is in Ashiya. I used to live in Ashiya for about 3 years, so I instantly felt a connection to the simple and elegant atmosphere. As for the Napoleon cake, it had a nice subtle sweetness. Many customers around me seemed to have ordered crepes, so I might try that next time.

I went there hoping to get a Napoleon pie, but unfortunately they were sold out. Instead, I tried a crepe and a melon cake. The crepe was made right in front of me, which was fun to watch. And it was so delicious! The crepe had a chewy and sweet texture that was amazing. The cake was perfectly sweet and the melon was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was great, and I was surprised by the restroom's location! It's a high-class place where you can relax and enjoy your time. It's a bit pricey, but perfect for a girls' night out! ♡

I have been turned away before due to the restaurant being full, even having to give up after trying the third floor, but this time I was able to get in! The restaurant only has about 6 tables. The interior is spacious with a large area dedicated to buying Henri's cakes and baked goods. The tea and cakes I had were absolutely delicious. The peach cake parfait my sister had was also amazing! Truly worthy of Henri's reputation. ♡

This was my umpteenth visit, and it had been quite a while since my last one, but I was surprised to find that the café space had become very sterile and cramped, unlike the museum-like atmosphere it used to have. The staff were kind and attentive, and the crêpe Suzette I had was delicious with the syrup soaking through. I was pregnant at the time, and they kindly refrained from using alcohol for flavoring. However, the wait time was long, which could be a burden in this space. I think it would be good for those who plan to go out after writing their name in advance. Thank you for the meal.

I received a gift certificate as a wedding gift, so I visited the store. I decided to splurge and added fruits and ice cream toppings. It was fun to watch the staff make it in front of me, and learning about the history of the shop made the experience even more enjoyable. The chewy crepe with refreshing orange sauce and various textures paired perfectly with the delicious peach, making me feel truly happy.

I don't like whipped cream, so this peach parfait with mascarpone cream was a delightful dessert that brought out the flavor of the peaches. I have posted a video explanation on my blog about bread and yoga, so feel free to take a look! https://ameblo.jp/pon0119/entry-12810832289.html

This is a review of a pastry shop located in Ginza, with its main store in Ashiya, Hyogo Prefecture. The shop has a salon de thé attached to the boutique in Ginza. Reservations are not accepted, and there was a wait of about 2 groups 15 minutes before opening on Sundays. Some customers brought gift vouchers, which seemed to be eligible for café tickets. The menu consists of sets with drinks, but after ordering one item, additional individual orders were also possible. The individual prices are slightly lower than the set prices. The "Peach Parfait" was a delicious dessert with mascarpone cream, three types of peaches (compote, sauce, jelly), streusel, almond ice cream, grapefruit sauce, and raspberry confiture, finished with apricot liqueur flambé. The shop's specialty, "Crêpe Suzette," was prepared in front of us with crepes soaked in orange juice and peaches, also finished with apricot liqueur flambé. While the crepe was soaked in plenty of orange juice, I personally preferred a smaller amount of sauce.

This is an entertaining restaurant where the staff enthusiastically explain the origins, recommendations, and types of products. One thing to note is that reservations are not accepted, so there may be a 2-hour wait on weekends, but weekdays during lunchtime are relatively empty. The taste is like Henri Charpentier, with a stable flavor of chocolate and a pleasant aroma. Since Maxim's Napoleon pie is no longer available, the Napoleon pie here is like an oasis.

The Crepe Suzette in May was made with Seike oranges. The next season seems to be peach. It's luxurious to have it prepared in front of you. The plating was impressive, with no sauce spills. It was sweeter than expected, but still elegant. The coffee was also dropped at just the right time with the food service. The hospitality was lovely.

Having the crepe cooked and prepared right in front of you definitely made it taste even better. It was great to hear stories about the shop and the history of crepes while waiting. The most surprising thing was the exciting toilet hidden behind the decorations on the bookshelf downstairs, which you would never expect.

Deep and perfectly balanced Napoleon pie ✨ at Ginza Maison Henri Charpentier♡Tokyo❤️Ginza♡my pick!・Napoleon Pie♡I went to Ginza before a live performance with Yui Yui ( ᐢᢦᐢ )Located on Ginza Yonchome Street, Maison Henri Charpentier offers a retro and luxurious exterior and interior, serving authentic table desserts using seasonal ingredients and cakes filled with the chef's passion ( ɞ̴̶̷ ̫ ʚ̴̶̷ ). I arrived 10 minutes before the store opened but couldn't get in on the first try... I had to wait for about an hour before finally getting in! I had a Napoleon pie and Ashiya blend (hot black tea). The Napoleon pie had a rich almond aroma, and the custard was creamy and delicious.

insta updates daily https://www.instagram.com/ginzagourmet/ On March 30, at the end of the fiscal year, I chose a flambé menu for lunch to inspire myself. After enjoying Napoleon pie and Crêpe Suzette, I was excited about what to have next. Although I had decided to have lunch here, I didn't know where the latest menu was, so I asked the staff to make a quick decision at the store. Then I saw the perfect combination of chocolate and strawberries, so I decided immediately. The shortcake will have to wait for next time. The people sharing the counter all had Crêpe Suzette, shortcake, and chocolate cake. The classic choices were strong. Just after ordering, things got a bit shaky. A cassette stove appeared for the flambé. It was a bit fancy and cute. The strawberry Odvée was poured over the chocolate sphere and strawberry, and it quickly melted. A strawberry emerged from inside. After the flambé, it was garnished with a strawberry sauce for a touch of elegance. As warned about the strong alcohol content, even for those who like alcohol, it had a strong alcoholic taste. Those who don't like alcohol should probably avoid it as it's quite intense. Going back and forth between chocolate and strawberries endlessly was blissful. After taking a break with coffee without any aftertaste, I savored the last two days of the fiscal year. Thank you for the meal. After the April Fool's Day business at Aoi, I returned home, ran the washing machine, had a light meal, had a light drink... and before I knew it, I had forgotten to post and it was already morning. Unconscious. It's a pleasant morning with the feeling of having survived the end of the fiscal year and adding one more day. Last night, I had a business meeting with someone who attended Bjork's live on March 31 and someone who attended Gesu no Kiwami Otome and indigo la End's live at Hibiya Yagai Ongakudo on the same night, with the volume a bit loud (and a bit sped up). Conversations with people who are energized at live shows have a freshness that goes beyond the meaning of words and it's truly enjoyable. I feel like I've seen the secondary effects of positive energy spreading. And while thinking about such things during the conversation, I also want to create conversations or performances that bring that kind of energy to those who come to Aoi. I managed to post by 9:00. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone! Where will you go tomorrow? == Small solo exhibition "Intersections of Stories" at Bar Garan == Period: May 1-12 (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from 17:30 to 23:30 Background: I posted it as a highlight.

Originating in Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture in 1969, Henri Charpentier is a well-known patisserie often found in department store basements. Henri's salon has three locations nationwide: the Ashiya main store, the Sakagura Street store in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, and the Ginza Maison store. The Ginza Maison store is located on the first floor of the classical Yonei Building, designated as a historical building in Tokyo. Upon entering at 2:00 PM on a weekday, I found the salon to be full as it had been a while since my last visit. The main menu item, Crepe Suzette, is made right in front of you while being flambéed. This time, I ordered the limited edition Napoleon Pie with a drink for 2,145 yen. The drink was the Ashiya Blend Tea. The seasonal limited edition Napoleon Pie can only be purchased at the Ginza Maison store and the Tokyo Station store, and can only be eaten in-store at the Ginza Maison store. The Napoleon Pie made by the patissiers at the Ginza Salon store is crispy with a coating of fragrant almonds and pastry, and the custard cream with a hint of Cointreau sandwiched between the layers of pastry, combined with the acidity of the strawberries, offers a delightful taste. The bright red strawberries stand out, making the Napoleon Pie visually stunning as well. It was delicious, thank you. The service was excellent, and I had a truly elegant time. As a side note, the restroom is located behind a hidden door in the basement, which may be confusing for first-time visitors going alone...

Henri Charpentier is a famous sweets shop originating from Kobe. They also have a branch in Ginza called Ginza Maison. Located in the Yonei Building in Ginza 2-chome, this building itself is designated as a valuable historic building by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The appearance of the building is truly magnificent. The shop has a cafe and a patisserie. The patisserie offers various sweets such as cakes and baked goods, all of which look delicious and make it hard to choose. I have visited this shop several times and always end up getting their classic Financier and Madeleine. The Financier and Madeleine (12 pieces) for 1680 yen is a reasonable and even affordable price for 12 pieces. They can last for about a month, making them perfect for souvenirs. As for the taste, they are made with plenty of butter, giving them a wonderful aroma. The outside is nicely baked while the inside is moist, achieving an ideal texture. The sweetness is just right, and the buttery flavor is lovely. These are very elegant sweets that would make anyone happy to receive as a souvenir. Of course, they are also perfect for indulging in a luxurious treat for yourself. The cafe is great, but the baked goods here are consistently delicious, making it a place worth visiting again and again.
