It's great to have a big, quality-assured restaurant. It was a popular place and the table seats were full, but luckily I was able to slip in at the counter seats without a reservation by checking the availability 15 minutes before. The counter seats only offered a la carte dishes, while the table seats had a unique fusion course of Chinese and Spanish cuisine. I wanted to try the paella as well, but just getting a seat that day was enough. I enjoyed a variety of half portions from the a la carte menu, including Ichirin Hanare's saliva chicken, gyoza and Szechuan noodles with tofu sauce, half servings of calamari fritters, shrimp chili, mapo tofu, and Basque cheesecake. While everyone around me was enjoying their meals in a lovely setting, I was the only one eating like I was at a casual dining restaurant (laughs). Sorry about that... This day, after being turned away from about four other restaurants in a row, "TexturA" saved me from being a dining-out refugee, so I was a bit overeager... Thanks to them, I finally had a delicious Chinese meal and was able to relax! Why are Tokyo restaurants so cold towards solo diners, though? Well, I understand there are various reasons. That's why the versatility of this place was really appreciated! And of course, the food was delicious too.

Yurakucho TexturA, priced at 1650 yen for a plate lunch, seems to be a branch of the popular Chinese restaurant Ichirin in Tsukiji. It offers a unique combination of Chinese and Spanish cuisine. By noon, there were already people lining up. I decided to try the Spanish dishes. The Drunken Chicken and Chinese soup seem to be fixed menu items. The Shrimp Ajillo was delicious, with a strong shrimp aroma. The bread was not for dipping, but for scooping up the solid parts of the shrimp. The Squid Ink Stew with Butter Rice was very much to my liking, with the buttery richness complementing the squid ink well. I would definitely consider coming back for this dish. The food is reasonably priced and tasty, although the portion sizes are quite small. Perhaps opting for a course menu would provide a bit more volume.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while but never had the chance to go. I requested my sister to take me there for my birthday celebration. She had been there before and recommended the lunch course priced at 6600 yen. The course included pinchos, drool chicken, shrimp, pork, fried rice, petit fours, and more. The pinchos were delicious and enjoyable, especially the drool chicken which was so tasty. We dipped the dumplings and noodles in the sauce provided, and the highlight was the soup at the end. The fried rice with shiso was light and tasty. For dessert, we had ice cream in a senbei shell with Shaoxing wine. There was a paella performance after dessert, which we also tried a bit of. The 6600 yen course is served on the restaurant floor, while cheaper courses are on the casual floor. The atmosphere is modern and chic, suitable for a girls' night out or a date. They also offer casual lunch menus, making it a versatile dining option. Many older customers were there, so it's also family-friendly. I have been curious about Ichirin Hanare in Kamakura, so now I'm even more excited to try other restaurants in the same group.

I ordered the 6600 yen lunch course. With this course, you can enjoy a leisurely meal in a spacious restaurant space. It is part of the Ichirin group in Shintomi-cho, and all the dishes, including the classic drooling chicken, are sure to impress. The service is excellent, the portion size is just right, and I think it's a fantastic course!

The Ma Po Tofu lunch set for 1650 yen was a great deal. You can get one rice refill. The Ma Po Tofu was so good that I had to get more rice! The drool chicken with cilantro was also delicious. (They ask if you want cilantro, so you can have it without.)

I went to a Chinese? Spanish? restaurant for lunch on a weekday, which I had always wanted to try. Even without a reservation, I was able to enter without waiting in line. The menu had a variety of options, and I was torn between the seasonal limited noodles, but I ended up choosing the mapo tofu. The lunch set came with drool chicken and salad. The drool chicken was incredibly delicious! You can ask the staff if you are not a fan of cilantro or nuts due to allergies. The mapo tofu was not too spicy, but had a deliciously spicy kick that was enjoyable. It went really well with rice and was very tasty. I found the flavor so good that I wanted to eat mapo tofu again next time. (Bonus) While dining in the restaurant, I was able to sample a bite of paella as it was being cooked at that time. It seemed like they were offering it to the customers in the restaurant. I really loved the taste, and the texture of the rice was just right. I definitely want to come back for dinner to have it again!

During a business trip in Tokyo, I wanted to grab a quick lunch before work nearby, so I decided to visit this place for the first time. It's conveniently located near Yurakucho Station, making it easy to access. When I entered the restaurant, all the table seats were full and since I didn't have a reservation, I had to sit at the counter. Unfortunately, I found out that the lunch course was not available at the counter. I chose the Mapo Tofu lunch set from the affordable lunch menu. The Mapo Tofu looked delicious when it arrived. It wasn't as spicy or numbing as I expected, but it had a rich and deep flavor with a hint of sweetness. It paired perfectly with the rice. The drool chicken was also tasty and moist. I mixed the leftover condiments into the Mapo Tofu for an extra kick, and it was even more delicious. The soup and salad were also tasty. Overall, it was a satisfying and quick meal, allowing me to enjoy a cup of coffee afterwards. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This is a unique restaurant concept that combines Spanish and Chinese cuisine. It is affiliated with Tokyo Chinese Ichirin, so the base is Chinese, I guess. The food is delicious and you can enjoy a variety of cute small dishes. It has a sophisticated atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy drinks. I recommend trying the pairing course for those who love alcohol! Considering the location, it is reasonably priced and very convenient. It's a Tokyo-style restaurant, and I especially recommend it for couples.

Located behind the Peninsula Hotel in Yurakucho, this innovative restaurant combines Spanish and Chinese cuisine, led by Chef Saito of Ichirin Hanare. The stylish exterior catches the eye, and the interior exudes a sophisticated yet lively urban atmosphere. The meal starts with pintxos, a variety of small dishes beautifully presented on a large plate. The first dish of carrot and paprika butter was delicious, followed by lychee-pickled tomatoes and duck with marmalade that was surprisingly tasty. The red shiso added a refreshing touch. I ordered the rare Keyman black tea produced in China, which had a floral aroma and was delightful. The Yodare chicken was served next, with a flavorful sauce that was not too spicy. The dumplings and Sichuan noodles were followed by a tofu soup, each dish unique and enjoyable. The fusion of Spanish sheep's milk cheese, Manchego, with shark fin was interesting, although the shark fin itself had a slight fishy taste. The Matsusaka pork dish was simple yet flavorful, with a desire for a more elaborate sauce. The cold noodles with yellow chives, squid, and shrimp were tangy and delicious. The generous serving of freshly cooked paella was a delightful surprise. The meal ended with an ice cream sandwich flavored with Shaoxing wine, and a peach jelly with yogurt sauce, both refreshing and satisfying. Overall, the diverse range of dishes offered a unique dining experience, and the lunch course at 6,600 yen was worth every penny. I look forward to trying the dinner course in the future.

I made a reservation for the casual area at 11:00. The place has a stylish and urban atmosphere. The toilets are separate for men and women. We ordered the 6600 yen course and the portion was satisfying. We ordered: 1) Pinchos - Duck with orange jam, spicy edamame, shiso flavored jelly, pink object (tasted like sweet potato tempura), and financiers. 2) Drooling chicken - topped with white liver and delicious sauce. 3) Want to dip - delicious dumplings especially the skin, spicy Szechuan noodles, and tasty soy milk. 4) Spring rolls - with corn and crab, freshly fried. 5) Fish - sea bass, bok choy, nam pla, soy sauce - the ginger and nam pla combination was great. 6) Meat - pork, gentle flavor with a yogurt-like taste. 7) Mapo Don - hot and spicy mapo don, with a special mapo sauce. We also had Chinese teas: Kaku Zanko Koga (yellow tea) for 1100 yen, and Sekitan Hyosetsu (flower tea) for 1200 yen. The Paella of Happiness was served as a service item for all customers - a small amount but very delicious.

I used it for a weekday lunch. I used a 3,500 yen course, but the food was delicious and the service was good, so I was very satisfied. The Yodare chicken was delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also good, and maybe because it was a course reservation, we were seated at a table in the back.

Today's lunch adventure took me to the modern fusion restaurant "TexturA" located on the 1st floor of the Electric Building in front of Yurakucho Station. I indulged in the lunch set featuring confit of Yamagata pork (1650 yen) and it was absolutely delicious! The juicy and tender pork cooked at low temperature was a delight, and the crispy potatoes and bread were excellent accompaniments. The salad with smoked eggplant, paprika, and mackerel hidden underneath the arugula was a fantastic surprise. The tangy and spicy "drooling chicken" and Korean soup were also perfect. I will definitely be coming back for more!

The food was delicious, but I came here expecting a nice lunch and was bothered by the not-so-great customer service. I think if I had ordered a higher course, it might have been better. The appetizers seemed to have fewer portions than before, perhaps due to high prices.

Dinner course revisited.・SalmorejoA cold soup-like dish made with tomato base. Unlike Gazpacho which is a drinkable soup, Salmorejo is more like a soup to eat. Served with beets, sardines, and olive caviar on a spoon to dip into the soup.・Pinchos 5 typesA story themed around a day. The first one represents breakfast with cocoa French toast topped with cherries and a touch of shichimi. The second represents a picnic with crepes filled with duck and orange. The third represents teatime with shrimp tartare inside and oregano flowers on top. The aroma of Chinese tea is present. The fourth represents dinner with octopus croquettes. The fifth represents bedtime with a jelly-like dessert with lychee and grapefruit.・Drooling ChickenA famous dish called drooling chicken. One piece each of thigh and breast meat. The sauce is delicious as always. For those who don't like cilantro, it can be removed or served separately.・Dip...Dip the sauce in three stages. First with dumplings, then with Sichuan pepper noodles, and finally with a tofu mousse-like dish.・???Choose one of three boxes, and the food inside that box will be the dish. The selected box contained micro cucumbers, which were used in a soup-like dish with green apples and avocados.・Winter MelonA chicken broth-based soup with winter melon and dried scallops. Yuzu pepper adds a nice touch.・Sea BreamThe main dish. Covered in a white sauce made from sea bream bones.・CochinilloRefers to roasted pig, but instead of serving the whole, different parts like the head, belly, and hind legs are used in dishes.・Cold NoodlesLight and tasty, with firm noodles.・Paella to ShareToday's paella was made with mackerel and yuzu. It was very delicious! I wanted seconds (laughs).・Peach GazpachoA milk pudding-like dish topped with peach sorbet.・Petit FoursServed in a stand resembling an afternoon tea set. I chose all the varieties without hesitation (laughs).Drinks are not included in the course. The location and atmosphere of the restaurant allow for a sense of excitement and escapism. If you enjoy the food itself, the à la carte option may be more suitable. I have some doubts about Chef Saito's overall restaurant and course composition. The content may vary depending on the season, but during my visit, One Rin had a series of bland dishes towards the end, while Ichirin Hanare had a sequence of fried or fatty brown dishes in the latter part. The texture is creatively delicate, but I felt that there could be more accents in the main dishes. I would like to visit again at a different time.

Spain x Chinese fusion. The beautiful interior and relaxed atmosphere make it very user-friendly. I visited with a baby stroller and the staff were incredibly friendly, making it an enjoyable experience. The crispy and fragrant shark fin dish was a pleasant surprise, creating a unique harmony between Spanish tapas and famous Chinese cuisine.

I visited the restaurant on a whim and it was a pleasant surprise. I had been curious about it and saved it for later. The squid ink stew and pork confit were very delicious. The place started getting busier and they were turning away people without reservations, so I felt lucky to have gotten a table. I enjoyed a meal with a Spanish influence, so next time I'll try Chinese cuisine.

I made a reservation for lunch on a weekend and visited the restaurant. It seems that reservations are a must on weekends for the restaurant floor. I wanted to try the classic course, so I chose the 11,000 yen course for lunch. One of my favorites was the drooling chicken paella (complimentary?). There are many dishes with entertainment value that are not detailed on the menu, so you can enjoy the excitement as well. There are many dishes where you think, "I wonder what kind of dish it is even after hearing the explanation? But it's delicious anyway! Lol." So, it's recommended for when you feel like going to an "innovative fusion" restaurant rather than wanting Chinese or Spanish cuisine. Overall, considering the location, price, unique menu, and atmosphere of the restaurant, it's very suitable for girls' gatherings or dates!

It was very delicious! The atmosphere was nice and not too formal, so you can casually enjoy it. There were many types of petit fours, which girls would love. However, the staff seemed busy and didn't check on our glasses at all, so we had to pour our own drinks the whole time. (Maybe it's okay because of the casual atmosphere?)

I had been wanting to visit this place for a while, and today I finally made it! I ordered the limited edition drool chicken cold noodles, and I was a bit unsure about whether it would be delicious or not. Personally, I think thinner noodles would be tastier than these thick ones. I had high expectations, so I was a bit disappointed. I feel like there are better restaurants in the Ginza area.
