Monthly lunch outing with colleagues to Kyoto. Located near Nijo Castle, hidden on the underground floor along a busy street, this Italian restaurant gives off a feeling of entering a secret base as you descend the stairs. Upon opening the door, you are greeted by a refined space with a warm wooden feel. Currently, lunch is limited to one group, while dinner is limited to around two groups. We were delighted to have the place to ourselves for lunch. We ordered the 8-course lunch set and enjoyed a homemade plum drink. The sweet and sour flavor was delightful. Each dish showcased the simple yet meticulous deliciousness of Italian cuisine. We were quickly captivated by the experience. The calm and cozy atmosphere allowed us to leisurely savor each dish.
