ParksideDinner, here for a hangover meal. So, I visited "ParksideDinner" again where I had previously tried the Eiichi Shibusawa Curry. The temperature is starting to feel like summer during the day (even though it's not quite 30°C yet), making it a bit difficult to walk around Hibiya Park. As usual, the system where you go to the restaurant and wait in line using your mobile phone (they'll contact you when it's your turn) is convenient! Menu: Onion Gratin Soup - 2,200 yen Beef Curry - 3,080 yen This time, I wanted to try the regular Beef Curry! So, I ordered the Beef Curry and also added the Onion Gratin Soup because whenever I come to the Imperial Hotel, I always want to have it, and also some beer and potatoes! Beef Curry & Beer: With the hot weather outside, a cold beer is delicious! And the fried potatoes as a snack. While munching on the potatoes, the Onion Gratin Soup arrives! It is incredibly delicious. The crumbled bread and the rich cheese in the onion soup match perfectly. The richness and flavor are just amazing every time you eat it! Then, the curry arrives. Originally, the curry roux is served separately in another dish, but I pour it over. The curry is, of course, delicious! It's almost like, is this really curry? It has a deep richness, quite different from the typical European-style curry. Imperial Hotel's curry has a long history, first appearing on the menu around 1931. The 8th head chef, Bunjiro Ishiwatari, learned it as a direct disciple of the "father of modern French cuisine, Auguste Escoffier," during his training in Europe. This is so delicious! The taste of the vegetables that have melted into it is also strong. And there's still some texture left. It doesn't completely melt! Even the side dishes like Fukujinzuke are served in separate dishes, which is stylish. Truly amazing! Occasionally, it's nice to eat this kind of curry! After the meal: So, I tried the classic Beef Curry from the Imperial Hotel, and it was as delicious as I imagined! The price is high, of course, but I think it's a menu that must have been made with a tremendous amount of effort. It would be impossible to make or eat at home at this price! I thought it would be nice to go back for a treat once in a while.

I attended a Snoopy-themed collaboration dinner at the Imperial Hotel for a family member who loves Snoopy. The dishes were not only visually appealing, but also intricately crafted with a story behind each one. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and my family member was so happy. The hospitality at the Imperial Hotel was impeccable. Thank you very much. It was a wonderful meal.

I stopped by the Parkside Diner on the first floor of the Imperial Hotel around 2 o'clock, but there was a 65-minute wait for 30 groups. While I was taking care of other things elsewhere, my turn came quickly. I ordered the vegetable curry, salad, and coffee set. You can have free refills of coffee, but the coffee seemed less delicious this time, with a bitter taste that wasn't there before, according to my family's opinion. On the other hand, the vegetable curry was just as delicious as before, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness.

I visited in the early afternoon on a regular day. The restaurant on the first floor of the Imperial Hotel. The service was so polite that it goes without saying. Being in such an elegant place gives you a sense of composure. I used a coupon from Tabelog and ordered the mini pancake set. The staff recommended a refill of coffee, and I gratefully accepted 2 cups. The Imperial Pancake, the pride of this restaurant, is a classic pancake cooked on a copper plate. It's not elaborate. It's thinly cooked, fluffy and soft, with a refined sweetness. It's just incredibly simple, with good quality ingredients. It's not a specialty that you can't forget, but it exudes a quiet elegance. Thank you for the meal. I definitely want to come back again.

I stopped by after lunch at the Imperial Hotel. It was very crowded and there was a lot of noise, with a wait of 4 groups. I ordered the cake set for 2,900 yen. The cake was delicious, but being inside the Imperial Hotel, the cost performance is not great.

I experienced breakfast at the renowned Imperial Hotel, which boasts a history of over 100 years. The breakfast at the Imperial Hotel is known for its pancakes. The fluffy pancakes are served in three layers, topped with whipped cream and honey. It was quite a generous portion to have three pancakes in the morning, but the impeccable service and elegant atmosphere elevated the experience. While it may not be an everyday expense, having breakfast at the Imperial Hotel on special occasions can add a touch of luxury to life. For important meetings or morning gatherings, the Imperial Hotel is the perfect choice!

Restaurant inside the Imperial Hotel. It feels like a high-class family restaurant! This time I tried Eiichi Shibusawa's green curry! The rice is green too! The curry roux is also green! It's full of meat and vegetables, so it's very satisfying. It's different from the traditional curry at the Imperial Hotel, and it was delicious in a good way! The dessert looked delicious too, but I was too full so maybe next time. It might be a good place to have a meal as well as just coffee!

This is my second time here. Last time, I had a disappointing experience with the service. So, how was it this time? I ordered the beef curry and cappuccino. The total cost, including service charge, was 5,300 yen. The beef curry had plenty of meat chunks in it. It was quite filling, so I had to give up on ordering pancakes for dessert. The taste was refreshing with a hint of tomato acidity at first, followed by a subtle spiciness that was just right. The generous amount of meat made it a challenge to finish. Considering the quality, the price seemed fair. I had the cappuccino last time as well. Although I found it pricey before, this time the server informed me that refills were free, which made it more understandable. The cappuccino had a strong bitterness, but I gladly had a refill. As for the service, the server who attended to me this time was very attentive and likeable. Always smiling, attentive to customers, and came to the table at the right times. We had a little chat, and they were very pleasant, dedicated to their job, yet friendly. It made me wonder what was wrong with the server last time, who remained silent throughout and didn't even inform me about the free cappuccino refills. I had a very pleasant dining experience this time, so my rating has changed. If I come back next time, I hope to be served by the same server again.

I used it for a meeting while having a meal. The wine list is truly imperial. It was fun to choose from the vast list. I had the dinner set for the meal. I chose a hamburger for the main dish, but it was just average. The fruit sundae was also very ordinary. Despite being called the Empire, the taste and atmosphere were like a family restaurant, which in a way made it comfortable.

Visited on a regular day at 7:00 PM. The hamburgers and parfaits were extremely average. It felt like a slightly expensive family restaurant. The bread in the set meal was similar to convenience store torn bread, just regular white bread. However, the atmosphere and hospitality were top-notch. The prices were way too high for the taste, but if you consider it as a service charge, it's understandable. The hamburgers were definitely a miss. Thank you for the meal ^_^

I had Shibusawa Eiichi's green curry, cob salad, coconut curry soup, and cheesecake! The green curry had a unique taste with a hint of basil and the duck meat on top was delicious. The cob salad was tasty, and the coconut curry soup was really delicious. And the cheesecake was incredibly moist and very delicious.

Lunch at Hamburger Ginza in the afternoon, a spacious and somewhat luxurious space with a very pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing lunch. There are light menu options as well as more substantial ones, with plenty of choices available. This time, I had a 150-gram hamburger patty with cheese topping. My companion had one with fried egg and bacon. The bread was delicious, with a firm yet soft texture that was perfect for a hamburger. The patty was juicy and perfect. Thank you for the meal.

Beef curry for 3,550 yen and soup, salad, coffee set for 2,800 yen. The corn soup that came first was rich. It would be worth it even at 1,600 yen as a single item. The beef curry has a generous amount of sauce and plenty of meat. The taste is surprisingly straightforward Western-style curry, but incredibly delicious. The spiciness and spices are mild, and the sweetness is also mild, but delicious. Shiseido Parlour's curry had a complex taste starting from the sauce, but this one is relatively easy to eat. However, it is incredibly delicious. The curry seems to be popular among the customers, but it seems like vegetable curry is more common. Well, I highly recommend the beef curry. So far, it's my favorite curry. Well, it's a bit expensive. The 1,200 yen parking fee was waived because the curry was expensive. Did I get a good deal?

Time has passed and I find myself falling into the trap of regularly receiving coupons and coming back to this place. Today's soup set costs 2200 yen and includes pumpkin potage and corn cream soup. Both soups highlight the flavors of the ingredients and are delicious. The pumpkin soup even has a slight acidity that adds to its unique taste. The temperature of the soups when served is perfect - hot enough to warm you up without burning your tongue. The iced cafe au lait I chose as my drink was also great, and they even brought a refill just before I finished it. I feel so happy. I also ordered the hazelnut and kale salad (2550 yen before tax) with grilled chicken (1000 yen). It took quite a while for the food to arrive, and I was surprised by the reduced portion size (understandable in these times). The kale in the salad was finely chopped, making it a bit difficult to eat with a fork. I remember the kale being larger and there used to be both raw and fried kale in the salad, but the fried one seems to be missing now. The grilled chicken topping used to be bigger when this menu was first introduced, but now it's just regular-sized. It's still delicious, but knowing how it was before makes me a bit disappointed. The seafood curry costs 4200 yen (pictured after sharing). The prawns were incredibly delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. Even though the portion was small (lol), it was impressive how much flavor they packed in. The loco moco costs 3950 yen and comes with a rice cake base that was surprisingly delicious. It was a bit of a strange food item (lol). The tropical parfait costs 2900 yen, and even though I had a few bites shared with me, the mango cream on top was the highlight. It's hard to explain, but the cream tasted like fresh mangoes with a creamy texture that was rich and smooth, creating a confusing but delightful experience (lol). I also ordered the ice cream for 1300 yen, with chocolate and raspberry sorbet. As expected, it was a perfect combination of tangy and refreshing raspberry sorbet with rich (but not too rich) chocolate ice cream. Eating them together brought a sense of happiness that is indescribable. It's great that even with just regular ice cream, you can still feel happy. Thank you for the meal.

I have been wanting to visit Parkside Diner, located inside the Imperial Hotel, for a while now. They are currently holding the Halekulani Fair from May to the end of June, so I decided to check it out. I visited on a weekday afternoon around 3 pm. The spacious restaurant was about 70% full, with some guests wearing kimonos. I ordered the Loco Moco for 3,950 yen (tax included), Coconut Cake for 2,450 yen (tax included), and Cappuccino for 1,750 yen (tax included). The Loco Moco had a refined taste, with a demiglace sauce instead of the usual gravy sauce. The hamburger patty was light and delicious, and the unique feature of this Loco Moco was the crispy rice cake at the bottom. Unfortunately, the accompanying vegetables were disappointing, with the broccoli having a soggy texture like frozen food. The Coconut Cake was subtly sweet and small in size, with a light and fluffy sponge cake. The custard cream had a slightly thick texture with visible vanilla beans, and the crunchy coconut on top added a nice touch. The service varied depending on the staff, with some being attentive and others not so much. While the food was tasty, I'm not sure if it justified the price considering the portion size and inconsistent service. I still want to try their curry and pancakes, so I may visit again in the future. This review is based on my current experience, and my final judgment may change in the future.

I had a sandwich and coffee. The sandwich was filled with tomato and boiled egg, very satisfying! The classic deliciousness, pleasant service, and spacious environment allowed me to relax and enjoy my time. The coffee was also delicious and refillable, so I was very satisfied.

Ordered a Tropical Parfait (available until June 30) and a hot coffee. The parfait looked very beautiful and tropical, but the fruit cuts were small and there was a lot of whipped cream, so the tropical flavor was weak. The hot coffee had a slightly acidic taste, which was good. *Ordered the parfait at 2:00 PM.

I tried the curry and pancakes at the Imperial Hotel, which I had always wanted to try. I used a dinner course on ikkyu.com for 6,500 yen. <Appetizer> - Chef's recommended appetizer - Smoked salmon and potato salad - Caesar salad <Soup> - Soup of the day - Corn soup <Main Dish> - Steak bowl - Vegetable curry - Beef curry - Hamburger - Macaroni gratin <Dessert> - Petit pancake - Fruit sundae - Custard pudding <After-meal drink> - Coffee - Tea You can choose your favorite dish from the appetizer, soup, main dish, and dessert. A la carte, even just coffee costs 1,750 yen (!!!), so the course is definitely recommended. By the way, you can have as many coffee refills as you like... haha The curry came with luxurious side dishes like fried onions, pickled radish, and fukujinzuke. The pancakes were bite-sized, perfect after the main course. They were very delicious, but I couldn't help but think that hotcakes I make at home are similar... However, since I had always wanted to try them, I am satisfied! The staff's service was also excellent, as expected from the Imperial Hotel.

The Imperial Hotel is truly exceptional. The staff's attentive service and hospitality were excellent. I ordered the Loco Moco and white fish at the Hawaiian fair they were hosting. Currently, only guests staying at the hotel can make reservations, but it was relatively quiet on weekday nights, creating a calm atmosphere.

I made a reservation for 6:30 pm on a weekday and visited this American diner. It was unusual to see a hamburger as the main dish on the course menu, but it was delicious and meaty. I believe it is relatively reasonable compared to other restaurants inside the Imperial Hotel.

I indulged a bit with breakfast. I thought 5000 yen for a morning meal was a bit expensive, but it was perfect for experiencing a luxurious feeling. Elegant omelette. Pancakes that look like food samples. Very delicious orange juice. I didn't take a photo, but the grapefruit juice was amazing. Even the water tastes delicious. Sometimes, indulging in this kind of luxury is nice, isn't it?
