I have been a customer of Hachisei for a while now, and this was my first visit to their new location. They have changed their business model to offer only kaiseki course meals, and the new modern and stylish atmosphere is a stark contrast to the traditional Japanese feel of their previous location. The course meals were all delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed a fulfilling afternoon. It seems that the course contents change according to the season, so I look forward to experiencing the different dishes for each season.

When I arrived at the store I found by searching on the map, it turned out to be a property for sale! After walking a bit, I saw a sign with the store name lit up. They had recently moved to a location very close by. The store has a modern and nice atmosphere.
