[Overall] A restaurant I had been wanting to visit but hadn't due to the limited number of customers. Located in Meguro area, very stylish. Initially not interested in wonton and tsukemen, but as I visited more 100 customer restaurants, I began to appreciate their taste. Notable wonton experiences include Osada-san from Ooyama and King Seimen's delicious wonton. Among them, I visited Yagumo, known as the No.1 in Tokyo for wonton. Very famous and highly anticipated. About a 5-minute walk from the station, the restaurant has an incredibly stylish exterior, reminiscent of Tsuta in Yoyogi Uehara. Opened on time by a male staff member, the interior was also sparkling clean. This place could definitely earn a Michelin star. The chic interior and spacious atmosphere make it very comfortable, appealing to female fans as well. This time, I tried the most popular white flavor, but there are also black and mixed options. After about 10 minutes, the dish was served. The aroma of seafood and the perfect size of the wonton immediately caught my attention. The soup had a gentle seafood aroma, with a hint of chicken oil towards the end. Delicious! The noodles were thin straight noodles from Mikawa-ya, chewy and satisfying. I heard you can also change to curly noodles, which I'd like to try next time. The chashu was standard, focusing on texture. The menma was not crunchy but moist. The highlight was definitely the wonton, with meat and shrimp options. The meat was perfectly filled with a ginger aroma and a good texture. The skin was also chewy and hot, sliding down the throat easily. The shrimp was generously packed, firm and delightful. Be careful as it's piping hot! I found the ramen very easy to eat and finished it all with ease. This could be my Wonton of the Year at the moment, but it's hard to compare with Osada and King Seimen! Delicious! However, I might prefer the black dashi for ramen. There's also a mixed flavor, so I'd like to try black and mixed next time. Half of the customers ordered the mixed flavor. The staff's service was excellent! Convenient location, definitely coming back! The restaurant is so beautiful, I recommend it to female customers as well. Yagumo-san, you were amazing! Thank you for the meal!
