I chose the limited edition chocolate mint waffle and a lemon soda drink this time. The transparent soda and cool waffle made a brilliant collaboration. The rich chocolate waffle with airy whipped cream is a must-try summer limited item. Reservations are available from 11:00 to 13:00, and from July 7th, reservations can be made on the spot from 14:00. The artistic atmosphere with gentle natural light and shadow art creates a healing space where you can watch the flow of people passing by from the window. I love this waffle specialty shop in Kyoto. The natural interior and calming music help me relax. The first floor is a take-out shop with a variety of delicious waffles lined up like ice bars. For dine-in, you need to check in on the first floor and then go up to the second floor. I ordered both of this month's limited edition strawberry series drinks starting from 1600 yen, A.B's two types ✨ They arrived! So cute! The Earl Grey waffle with a lot of strawberries on top! The texture is dense and the Earl Grey flavor is fluffy and delicious! The aroma spreads as you eat more! I think the waffles here taste the best with Earl Grey! The strawberry waffle is also delicious! The sweetness comes through nicely. My friend ordered the plain waffle with ice cream on top ✨ The crunchy texture of the sugar and the melting ice cream go really well together! I chose a matcha latte for my drink ✨ It was my first time trying the matcha latte here, and the balance of sweetness and bitterness was perfect! There are always so many drink options to choose from, but I highly recommend this one! My friend, who was visiting for the first time, said she wants to come back because of the atmosphere and delicious food. The interior has four tables and a photo space for taking pictures. It was cute to see people taking pictures with their favorite characters and having fun with their photos.

Visited on Saturday at 1 pm. It had been about half a year since my last visit, and I noticed that the ordering method had changed. I informed the staff at the counter on the 1st floor that I wanted to eat in, received the menu and a number tag, and proceeded to the eat-in space on the 2nd floor. Once seated, I found out that the new ordering method was to send the menu item numbers via LINE message. I found this new method convenient as I could order at my own pace without worrying about the people waiting behind me. This time, I ordered the Seasonal Limited Waffle Plate (1,600 yen) - Strawberry Series B - and a Cream Cocoa ice drink. I was delighted to be able to enjoy the Strawberry Kyoto Waffle Plate again this year, which I had also tried last year. The plain waffles are delicious, but I highly recommend the Earl Grey version for its rich flavor. The strawberries on top were sweet and tasty. Despite it being a weekend, I was able to enter the restaurant without a reservation on this day. However, there are days when long queues form, so it is recommended to make a reservation before visiting.

I'm going to try the new flavor of the month, the Kyoto Waffle Apple Cinnamon ✨ It comes with a small apple on top. Wait, is that a real apple, not a miniature one? There are two versions, one with a whole apple and one cut into slices. The sliced one is easier to eat ☺️ The ice cream has a strong scent of vanilla beans! It doesn't lose to the cinnamon! The Kyoto Waffle, which I haven't had in a while, is delicious with a crispy outside and a soft inside ✨ The waffles for takeout and delivery this month are in the shape of reindeer and are cute for December only ✨ The interior is warm, with a one-hour time limit, but I was able to relax and enjoy my time there ✨

The only downside was that the seating was limited and it quickly filled up. However, my order was brought to me within 10 minutes. The waffle was delicious, and the stick stuck in it had the message "Welcome♡", which added to the fun and excitement of the experience!

While walking through the streets of Kyoto, I happened to come across the Instagram-famous and photogenic cute waffle bar called Kyoto Cafe CHA CHA. Intrigued, I decided to stop by and enter the shop. Since there were no other customers inside, I was able to take my time and look around. I've seen many waffle bars on various people's Instagram posts, and seeing them in person was quite impressive. Many young ladies seemed to buy just one waffle and eat it on the go. However, I opted for a set of four waffles because it comes in a box and is easy to eat with one hand without needing utensils. Plus, the waffles looked so cute... I won't show any pictures of the messy aftermath, but I must mention that there was a "ookini" (thank you) branding on the finished waffle, which was a nice touch. I chose a hojicha latte for my drink, which had a perfect balance of hojicha, latte, and sweetness. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant on a rainy day made it a relaxing experience. Purple sweet potato really fills you up!

I had orange juice as my drink, but there are other options to choose from. I wonder what drink the girl at the next table was raving about. It seemed like a cafe-style drink.
