I used this restaurant for the first time. I was surprised that I had to order everything myself, but I managed to place my order. The patty was thick and the fries were delicious. The restroom seemed to be designed with wheelchair users in mind as everything was low, but it was difficult for me to use. I wish the keys and faucets were installed at different heights. Near the trash cans, there was a lot of scattered garbage, which was a negative point.

I visited after many years! There were a lot of foreigners inside the restaurant. The cash register is cashless, and you can easily choose your order from a tablet with picture menus right at the entrance. For cash payments, there is a manned register. I ordered three hamburgers, three drinks, and one order of fries, which came to about 5500 yen. The prices are quite high, but the hamburgers were authentic and very delicious! I think men might find the regular size too small and should go for the double.

Snack on an avocado and bacon burger. I thought I ordered the one without bacon, but it ended up having bacon. The taste was definitely delicious. The bun was soft, and the balance of meat, avocado, cheese, and bacon was good. It was filling enough. However, I was expecting a larger size like in America. There are many other delicious burger places, so it might be tough for this place to compete in Japan.

I visited the restaurant for a late lunch, so it was not crowded and I could easily secure a table. The high ceiling created a spacious and open atmosphere, which was bright and comfortable. However, the restroom did not seem very clean. The staff were chatting with other customers at a table, so there was no one at the register. I was a bit confused about whether to order before or after taking a seat. It took about 15 minutes from receiving the buzzer to picking up the order. The mushroom and meat burger, recommended as the most popular item, was very delicious. It was a large burger but easy to eat, and the sauce did not spill, so it remained tasty until the last bite. One of the drinks was free with a Daimaru app coupon, so the total for cheese fries, a burger, and lemonade was around ¥2700. Honestly, the cost performance is not great, but I have a feeling I will go back again because I crave this taste.

I had Shake Shack's hamburger at the store. The Angus beef 100% patty with mushrooms tasted just like the ones I had in America. I am full, but I also ordered takeaway, which includes a hot dog with excellent beef sausage called Flat Top Dog.

Located on the first floor of BINO Higashinoin on Higashinoin Street, just up from Nishiki Koji Street in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City. The exterior features a traditional yet modern look with a noren curtain at the entrance, while the interior is spacious and stylish. The menu mainly consists of five types of hamburgers, each available as a single item without any sets. They also offer hot dogs and limited-time menu items, providing a wide variety of choices. The Shack Burger features a classic combination of cheese, lettuce, and tomato that complement the patty. The buns are soft and fluffy with a slight sweetness from the incorporated potato. The overall presentation is simple yet colorful, allowing the ingredients to shine and creating a harmonious flavor. The crinkle-cut Yukon potato fries have a crispy exterior and a satisfying texture. The lemonade, handmade at each location, offers a gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity in perfect balance. Originating from a single hot dog cart, this burger chain from New York tailors its operations to suit the characteristics of each region. With a wide range of customers, it has become a popular and well-loved establishment.

I had previously tried the Shroom Burger and Shack Burger at the Shinsaibashi store and felt a bit unsatisfied. This time, I tried the Shack Stack, which has both meat and mushrooms sandwiched together, and my impression completely changed. It had a good aroma and was very satisfying to eat. The shake, especially the caramel flavor, was delicious compared to vanilla. It had a sophisticated and natural taste like raw caramel. I would definitely like to visit again for this taste. On the other hand, while the store is spacious, having only one toilet for both men and women was a bit concerning. It might be a wait for the restroom when it's crowded.

In Kyoto for lunch. While walking, I noticed a Shake Shack that had caught my eye before. Without doing any research, I ended up ordering exactly what the staff recommended: the limited-time Hot Spicy Chicken, fries, and a cola. The total cost ended up being quite high for basically a self-service experience. The fries and cola were average, but the chicken was juicy and seemed to be made with good quality chicken. Overall, it was a bit pricey for what it was. Thank you for the meal.

Around 2:00 PM, I visited with a friend. It is located on the east side of Nishiki Koji Higashi Dori, just north of Kyoto Daimaru. This hamburger brand from New York made its first appearance in Japan in November 2015 at Meiji Jingu Gaien in Tokyo. The ordering system is like a hamburger stand where you order at the counter and receive a buzzer to pick up your order when it's ready. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and the tables and chairs are simple with minimal decoration. The beef patty is made from 100% Angus beef without the use of growth hormones. Some menu items include the ShackBurger, SmokeShack, ShackStack, and ShroomBurger. I tried the SmokeShack which was delicious with a well-balanced patty, cheese, and bacon. The Crinkle Cut Fries were also tasty and maintained their texture well. Overall, it is a high-quality hamburger stand with great ingredients and flavors, although it may be a bit pricey compared to other chains.

Today, I visited "Shake Shack Kyoto Shijo Karasuma" with my boss! The exterior and curtain are cute haha The curtain that matches the scenery of Kyoto was also very nice haha As someone who loves meaty burgers, I felt it was a bit lacking... I think it's a very good restaurant for new couples and women. The buns were slightly sweet and delicious! If you come when you're hungry, you could probably eat about three of these light burgers! Thank you for the meal♪

I ordered a Spicy Bacon Shack (double), Shack Stack, fries, and an iced tea, which totaled over 3000 yen. I found it a bit pricey when it came time to pay (I ate all four items alone). The Spicy Bacon Shack is said to be spicy on the website due to a special sauce called "Fiery Shack Sauce" blended with two types of hot sauce equivalent to 10 times the spiciness of habanero or Tabasco. However, it wasn't particularly spicy. As for the fries, they were mediocre. I tried to give some to my daughter, but she hardly ate any. For me personally, considering the price, I think this taste is just okay for this time. I probably won't come back next time. The portion size was decent, but if the taste is mediocre at this price, then the value for money is really poor.

I felt like eating a hamburger and visited this place. It is located about a 5-minute walk from Shijo Station in Kyoto. The interior is spacious, with a simple and casual atmosphere. The American and lively music adds to the vibe. Despite being a chain restaurant, the prices are on the higher side. This time, I ordered the Smoke Shack for 910 yen, Regular fries for 440 yen, and Sparkling water for 250 yen. After paying, they give you a buzzer. When the buzzer goes off, you go to the counter in the back to pick up your order. I waited for about 10 minutes. The hamburger was smaller than I expected, I thought it would be American-sized! When I tried it, the bacon was crispy and quite spicy. The patty was juicy, and I ended up feeling full despite the smaller size. The fries were light and crispy even in the regular size, which was satisfying. It was delicious, but at this price, it's not something I can casually enjoy. Thank you for the meal! ★

There are many burger shops in the world, but this burger is probably one of my favorites. I first heard about this burger being very popular in New York over a decade ago, and the first time I tried it, I was so impressed that I can't forget it. I remember waiting in line for about 30 minutes at the Times Square shop and the original store in Madison Square Park. At that time, this burger was unknown in Japan, and every time I went to New York, I made sure to eat it at least once. When the first store in Japan opened in Aoyama, I went there for a snack before dinner at a famous restaurant. I was amazed that the taste was the same as in New York. It was about five years ago, I think. This time, I visited the shop after eating at a restaurant. I had the regular ShackBurger instead of the double. The restaurant was not too crowded, with only a few seats available. However, it was not as busy as in Tokyo, where you have to wait in line to order. After waiting for about 10 minutes, my burger was ready. When I tried it, the unique flavor of Angus beef combined with the sweet buns was incredibly delicious. The taste was almost the same as in New York. Despite being quite full, I finished it in no time. Although they have expanded to Kanto, including Kyoto and even Kansai, it's sad that there are still no branches in Nagoya. It's my favorite burger.

When the restaurant first opened, there was a long line so I avoided it, but now that things have calmed down, I decided to visit for the first time. As expected, the hamburgers are a bit pricey. If you come here, I recommend trying the "Shack Burger." After placing your order at the counter in front of the shop, you wait at your table for your order to be prepared in the kitchen at the back. When your order is ready, you are called to pick it up and it is served on a silver tray like a school lunch tray. The burger has a strong beef flavor with good tomatoes and lettuce. As you eat, you start to notice a rich buttery taste on the bun. Maybe I took too long to eat after wandering around the city after lunch? The size is easy to eat and doesn't make your hands dirty. Thank you for the meal.

We went there casually around 2pm on a Sunday. The place has a stylish and chic atmosphere with a touch of Japanese influence. The interior is spacious and not crowded. We tried the Shack Burger and the Fried Potato. The iced tea in a small size was surprisingly big enough! The 100% beef patty was juicy and flavorful. The cheese was delicious as well. The burger was smaller than expected but still satisfying. The bun was soft and slightly sweet, with a unique taste that may divide opinions. The crinkle-cut fries had a crispy texture and a delicious crunch. While it wasn't mind-blowingly delicious, it's perfect for when you crave a junky burger and fries! Thank you for the meal.

Visited Shake Shack near Shijo Station for the first time. It is a hamburger chain known for its delicious food, so I was curious to try it out.
[Atmosphere] The interior was stylish and had a trendy café-like feel.
[Dishes] Today, I ordered the following:
Shack-cago Dog 610 yen
Fries 300 yen
I was interested in trying the hamburgers, but I decided to go with the hot dog, which was the dish that helped establish the restaurant. I chose the beef sausage option for the hot dog. The Shack-cago Dog was wide and filling, with plenty of vegetables and a striking appearance. The buns were soft and freshly baked, and the combination of the meat, fresh vegetables, and spicy sauce was delicious. The price was reasonable, and I was satisfied with the overall quality.

I wanted to eat a proper hamburger, so I visited the newly opened place. The location is great and the taste is good, that's why it's so popular! The meat is solid and the bun supports it well without overpowering. The fries are simple and tasty too! It's a classic and I feel like going back periodically. Recommended! However, it's a bit pricey at over 1300 yen for a hamburger, small fries, and small coke! (laughs)

I recently started eating hamburgers somewhere other than McDonald's. This time, I tried this place in Kyoto that has been getting a lot of attention. I received a recommendation, and the portion size was huge, but I managed to eat it without spilling. The fries were crispy and delicious, like a snack. However, I felt quite heavy in my stomach afterwards.

You can enjoy the meat even if you're not a fan of fatty cuts. I had a Shack Burger and cheese fries. The burger was soft and easy to eat, with both the meat and buns being delicious. Even my wife, who doesn't like fatty meat, enjoyed it. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

I went to Shake Shack, a burger chain rumored to have the best burgers. I was aware that the prices were high even for a chain, but when I paid, I couldn't help but feel it was expensive. I ordered the Shack Stack for 1,260 yen and a Uji Matcha Shake for 710 yen (excluding tax). With tax, it came to 2,167 yen. The cashier recommended two side menu items, but if I had ordered them, it would have easily exceeded 3,000 yen. The prices may be high, but the taste was excellent! The Shack Stack burger was outstanding, with a patty and shroom in a voluminous burger. The shroom is a portobello mushroom wrapped in three types of rich cheese, fried until crispy. Each bite bursts with the umami of the portobello and the gooey cheese. The bun is moist and soft, subtly sweet, letting the ingredients shine. The patty is flavorful, combining the richness of the shroom. The tomato and lettuce play supporting roles, not overpowering. The ketchup and mustard on the side were unnecessary. The Uji Matcha Shake, a collaboration with Kyoto's Itohkyuemon tea shop, was good but lacked a special touch. The Shack Stack burger was worth the price. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend giving it a shot. The claim of being "the best burger in a chain" may be true.
