I dug in right away! The noodles were straight Chinese thin noodles with a large slice of tender chashu, yuzu menma, and an egg on top. The noodles had a nostalgic flavor and the egg was deliciously soaked in the broth. The chashu was also incredibly tender and juicy, not too heavy. The soup had a refreshing yuzu flavor, very light!
