It's been a while since I visited. Three girls, passing by, entered here. We didn't have a reservation, but it was good that there was space available. We took off our shoes and sat in the tatami room, checking the menu. There was a note saying, "Please order the course for the number of people," and there were three types of courses: 1) Isshin Nabe for 3300 yen/person, 2) Isshin Nabe Set (with one drink) for 3500 yen/person, and 3) Hormone Nabe (I forgot the price). There were several additional menu items to put in the pot and other a la carte options. For course 2, you can choose two from grilled mochi, udon, and okayu, but for course 1, you could have all three. We chose course 1, and it was a great choice! First, we received an appetizer, which was very delicious. The sweet and savory konjac and beef whetted our appetites. After a while, a cast iron plate filled with vegetables, tofu, and meat was placed on the table stove. We were told by the staff to put a little bit of the surrounding ingredients in the middle and cook them, as putting them all at once would overflow. Once cooked, we dipped it in a sauce-filled small dish and ate it. It had a slightly spicy taste, like a mix between Korean and Japanese hot pot. It was only available here. The cabbage, green onions, bean sprouts, and tofu were plentiful, increasing our appetite. Eating three servings with three girls made us quite full. We were glad we didn't order any additional menu items. When we finished eating, the staff asked, "Would you like grilled mochi or tteok?" I didn't know you could choose tteok. We chose grilled mochi. Since the mochi was already grilled, we just needed to dip it in the broth. If you cook it too long, it becomes mushy, so we pulled it out early to preserve the texture. It was incredibly delicious! When choosing from the three options for the end, people tend to choose udon and okayu, but I highly recommend grilled mochi. Next, we had udon. Even though we were full, it was surprisingly easy to eat the udon. There was quite a lot of it. Once we finished eating everything, rice, egg, seaweed, and green onions were added to the remaining broth. We let the staff mix it for us, and it was a delicious okayu. The flavor was addictive. I still want to eat it again. The seaweed flavor was excellent. We left the restaurant feeling a bit relaxed. Payment was also possible with a credit card. It was a great restaurant! I want to go again!
