This is a new yakiniku restaurant located on the 8th floor of a building in Shijo Kawaramachi. The restaurant seems to be run by a butcher shop. I visited on a Tuesday night and it was quite busy, with only counter seats available. The quality of the meat was excellent, as expected from a restaurant connected to a butcher shop. The lean meat and tongue salt were particularly delicious. Eating the tongue salt followed by the lean meat and rice alone could bring a lot of happiness. Despite being located on the 8th floor of a building where not many people visit, it's a great place to enjoy meat slowly while having a peaceful conversation. The interior, incorporating Japanese elements, was very calming. The service was satisfactory considering that the restaurant had just opened. I look forward to seeing how it develops in the future.

The drinks are unique and not found in other yakiniku restaurants, and the dishes are creatively presented on plates, making you excited with each dish that comes out. Unless you're someone who needs a large portion, you won't have any complaints about the quality. The meat that seems like it could melt is incredibly delicious. The regular lunch set is satisfying enough, but it's worth trying this top-tier option at least once.

A local Kansai-style yakiniku restaurant located in the convenient dining area of Shijo Kawaramachi. I had been wanting to visit this place for a while, but the ratings weren't very high. However, when I finally went, I was served delicious meat. I tried the Meat Treasure Box for 5000 yen, and with drinks, it came to around 6500 yen per person. This was a great deal in my opinion. The meat sushi that came out first was excellent. Next, I had three types of tongue, with the thick cut tongue having a wonderful balance of chewiness and tenderness. Then came the treasure box. Usually, when you order thick cuts of meat at chain restaurants, it's hard to chew. But here, the diced steak was so tender and easy on the jaw. It was truly amazing. Make sure to eat the steak from the top down. It was really the best. I don't understand why this place doesn't have higher ratings. It was a great yakiniku restaurant. PS: The dessert was also quite delicious.

Visited on a Friday around 6 PM. While some places were fully booked and turned us away, we were able to get in without a reservation. However, by around 8 PM, there were a few groups being turned away at the door, so it seems like having a reservation is the way to go. We were seated at the counter as the tables with a view were already reserved. The bill was settled at the counter near the entrance. Here's what we ordered: - Napa cabbage kimchi - Rare steak tartare made with carefully selected beef - Thinly sliced beef tongue - Top blade - Top harami - Hormone (intestine) - Pork jowl - Egg over rice We were told that each serving of meat consisted of about 5-6 slices, which was helpful for ordering just the right amount. The meat cake seemed to be popular as three groups ordered it while we were there. When the meat cake is served, the lights suddenly dim, which was a bit surprising. The restaurant was bustling with families, couples, and solo diners, likely due to its convenient location.

I ordered thick-cut tongue, yukhoe (Korean beef tartare), assorted cuts, kimchi, rice, and a soft drink, costing about 4000 yen per person. However, a combination of high price, great taste, and a sense of security is not always guaranteed... in such times, this place is recommended. The harami and rosé were so tasty that we ordered them again. The dessert, ice cream and pudding, also had a high-end and cute feel to them, and were delicious. It cost around 6,000 yen per person.
