We arrived around 2 pm without a reservation and were able to enter the restaurant without waiting. By the time we left around 3 pm, there were 2-3 groups waiting. The interior of the restaurant smelled like a cake shop, and we had to order first before being seated. We ordered the Hojicha Tea Latte Cheesecake & Tea Set for 1,290 yen. I chose the iced matcha tea, which was served in a cute bottle that I poured into a mug myself. The tea was not too sweet and had a strong milk flavor. The matcha settled at the bottom over time, so I had to mix it while drinking, but there was a slight powdery texture. The cheesecake was rich and creamy, with a strong hojicha flavor. The accompanying berry jam was delicious, with a chunky texture and a sweet and sour taste that paired perfectly with the hojicha cheesecake. The bottle was large, allowing us to enjoy plenty of tea latte. We sat on a sofa seat and almost ended up staying longer than intended. The staff were kind and their service was lovely. To be able to enjoy such high-quality products at this price... I will definitely be coming back!

Whenever I go, the drinks are delicious. The bottles are cute and the portions are generous, so I always end up drinking too much tea or latte. The inside of the shop is also clean, and even when it's full of customers, it doesn't feel too noisy. It's recommended for when you want to relax and take your time.

Ice Tea Latte Uva for 690 yen. Payment with Paypay. Wait time is 1 hour, but there are benches along the shop where you can sit and wait. For takeout, it seems you can order at the counter facing outside. The seasonal scone is lemon flavor, and when I tried to order it separately, I was told that I couldn't order it without cream (why?). So, I decided to go with the set, although I'm on a diet and didn't want the cream. It comes in a stylish glass pot with enough for 2 servings. The taste is not too sweet, but you can adjust the sweetness when ordering. The background music in the shop is instrumental piano, played quite loudly, but the shop itself seems to trap conversations making it quite noisy. I was seated at the front table, facing the people waiting to order, which added to the noise.

Scones and milk tea are my favorite at this café. I love it so much that I don't even know how many times I've been there. The freshly baked scones with their special sauce are delicious! The milk tea is also just right in sweetness... Of course, you can also adjust the sweetness. The atmosphere is also great! The staff are so kind that they let you stay longer if there aren't many customers. Grateful for their kindness. #Chabati #OmotesandoCafe #OmotesandoGourmet

I couldn't find any flaws in this store because both the interior and the products are cute and delicious, and the tea set was also cost-effective! When I went first thing in the morning, I had the place to myself. The scone was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and both the salted butter whip and nut sauce were delicious. The ice latte in the cute bottle was more than two servings, so it was great!

On Sunday, August 27, 2023, at 1:00 PM, I entered the somewhat crowded cafe without having to wait. I ordered an Iced Uva Tea Latte for 690 yen and a Plain Scone for 280 yen. The Uva Tea Latte was refreshing and easy to drink. The scone had a crunchy exterior and a moist, dense interior. It was a scone that absorbed the moisture in your mouth. Although I was recommended to add toppings like salted butter, I wasn't very hungry so I just ordered them plain. I think it would taste even better with toppings, so I would like to try ordering a set next time.

After visiting Ito Hospital for the first time in years and waiting for the blood test results for an hour, I stumbled upon Chabati, a place I had been wanting to try. Surprisingly, it was just opened and had only one customer. I went in eagerly, but I couldn't understand the menu right away without doing any research. When I said I wanted a scone and a cup of tea, the staff kindly explained that I could order items separately, but it would be more cost-effective to get a set that includes two scones with two toppings. They mentioned that one scone could be taken home. I opted for the Tea Set with Hot Uva, which included two plain scones with salted whipped peach butter. The scones were smaller in size and had a chewy texture. The salted whipped peach butter was quite sweet, and even the Hot Uva had a subtle sweetness that made the overall experience a bit overwhelming. However, the scone with clotted cream that I took home was delicious.

When I made the sweetness original, it was quite mild. Since I have a sweet tooth, I felt it would be fine to have more sweetness. For the seasonal scone, I chose lemon over cocoa. The seasonal spread was peach butter. I found the honey nuts & dried fruits spread delicious, so I would like to try that next time. The salted butter spread is very hard, so it is recommended to put it on the scone while it is still warm.

[Date/Time] It was a weekday afternoon around 1 o'clock with no line, and the inside of the shop was moderately busy.
[Order] I got an Iced Tea Latte and a Matcha Iced Tea Latte, both in the original version. The original version has a fairly mild sweetness. I should have gone for something a bit sweeter. The scones were delicious. I think it's a good place for when you're thirsty.

#Today's sweet treat, #chavaty's #tea and scones set. Visited for the first time on a Sunday around 11 AM with no wait. I've often passed by before but never got in due to the long lines. I ordered an #icetealatte with #Uva, which was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The drink came in an original cute bottle and was quite generous in size. I had one plain scone and one seasonal walnut scone, with salted whipped butter and seasonal peach spread. The salted whipped butter was light and fluffy, while the peach spread had chunks of fruit giving it a nice texture. It's not really like butter, more like a peach spread. It was delicious to melt the whipped butter on the warm scone. Both the peach and simple butter spreads were tasty. The two smaller scones were just the right size for a snack. You order and pay at the counter before finding a seat, but the staff manages the line well so there's no need to worry about finding a seat. Mostly female customers, with single seating available. The staff was polite and the atmosphere inside was quiet and cozy. A great cafe to visit when it's not crowded. They also offer crepes. #Sweettooth #dessert #sweets #sweettreats #snack #Tokyofood #Tokyosweets #Omotesando #cafe #cafecrawl #Tokyocafe #Omotesandocafe #Chavaty #scones #tea #milktea #whippedbutter

I was reading reviews that said there are long lines on weekends, but on a weekday night, I was able to enter the restaurant without waiting. I ordered the Scone & Tea set. For the spread, I chose a blend of walnut and fig honey with salted butter. For the drink, I chose an iced hojicha latte. I thought the drink would come in a cup, but it actually came in a bottle and there was about 2.5 servings worth! What a great deal! Up until now, I had the impression that scones were dry, but the scones here had a strong buttery flavor with a crispy exterior and a moist interior. The salted butter and honey spread that came with it was generous, allowing you to put on your desired amount. Being frugal, I used up all the spread without leaving any. The combination of the saltiness and sweetness was perfect. The hojicha latte after eating the scone had just the right amount of sweetness and paired excellently with the scone. It may be a bit messy, but putting a piece of scone in your mouth and then taking a sip of hojicha latte is also amazing. They also offer takeout, so if you're shopping in Omotesando, be sure to stop by. They also have crepes, so I'd like to try that next time.

The interior of the shop is stylish and peaceful, making it a great place to enjoy a cafe experience. The tea soft serve and scones are popular, and they are beautifully presented for Instagram. Since it is a tea brand from Japan, I recommend pairing it with tea! It is conveniently located near Omotesando, Harajuku, and Shibuya.

I had some errands nearby, so my wife and I took a break and went there. We ordered a scone and a tea set. The tea latte was voluminous and I couldn't finish it, but it was delicious. The scone, even plain, was delicious enough to satisfy.

I had cherry cola and roasted green tea soft serve. The cherry cola was like Iracola with frozen cherries, and it had more volume than it appeared. It was okay, but craft cola lovers might enjoy it. The roasted green tea soft serve was delicious, with a light sweetness and refreshing taste, making it a great choice after a heavy lunch. The atmosphere inside the shop was bright and welcoming.

Overall, both the scone and the tea were average in taste. Not particularly good or bad. The honey with dried fruits was delicious. However, it was expensive. The cost performance is not very good. Paying over 1000 yen for this is a bit high. I will not be returning.

I finally visited a tea brand that I had been curious about for a long time. When I passed by around 3 PM on the weekend, there was a line! Since there is no place to avoid direct sunlight in the area, it is likely to be exposed to strong sunlight, so it would be reassuring to have a parasol. The wait for cafe customers is quite long, but for takeout, there were only about 2 groups ahead of me, so I was able to purchase smoothly. This shop focuses on the goodness of the ingredients and traditional methods, offering tea lattes and scones for those who appreciate authenticity. Although scones are commonly seen, I didn't have time to wait, so I opted for the soft serve ice cream, which I heard was excellent. I debated between the classic matcha and hojicha flavors, but ended up choosing the limited edition amaou camomile flavor. The amaou camomile soft serve ice cream had a gentle pink color with a beautiful swirl pattern. Upon closer inspection, I noticed brown crushed bits mixed in, which turned out to be crushed tea leaves. The shop uses whole crushed camomile tea herbs, which explains the strong camomile tea aroma that spread throughout my mouth from the first bite. Made with premium domestic amaou strawberries, the soft serve ice cream had a gentle sweetness and a hint of acidity. The addition of camomile gave it a floral touch, making it a delicious soft serve ice cream that was not overly sweet and had a refreshing taste, perfect for this season. The simple waffle cone was not too sweet and remained delicious until the last bite. I was initially surprised at how slowly it melted, but towards the end, it started melting rapidly, so be careful. Overall, it was a delicious soft serve ice cream that I believe will be a big hit this summer.

I've always been curious about CHAVATY in Omotesando, a cafe known for its matcha and hojicha teas. The interior and atmosphere are very calming, the teas are delicious, and the scones are just the right amount - perfect! I definitely want to come back and would recommend this cafe to others. However, it does get crowded so it's best to go early or aim for a weekday.

I visited the store because I wanted to try the tea soft serve ice cream that I saw on Instagram. When I arrived on Saturday afternoon, there was a long line of customers waiting, but since there were no takeout customers, I was able to get the tea soft serve ice cream for 590 yen without waiting. I peeked inside the store while waiting, and it was crowded with mostly female customers. Many customers seemed to be ordering the scone and tea set. The tea soft serve ice cream had a strong tea flavor, was not too sweet, and was very delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant around 12:00 on Sunday afternoon. I was able to get in almost immediately without much of a wait. I ordered an iced tea (Uva) and scones (plain and seasonal). The iced tea was lightly sweetened and came in a generous portion, which made me very satisfied. The scones were delicious even without any toppings, but when paired with cream, they complemented the sweetness of the iced tea perfectly. It was a great experience.
