I was surprised when I first entered the new restaurant and found myself in the store immediately after getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor without any doors. I asked to be seated at the counter and ordered grilled duck and white shrimp tempura for starters. Both dishes had the perfect amount of salt and were delicious. Next, I had some sushi made for me, and the taste of the clam was so good that I ordered more. However, I was a little disappointed that the sushi rice lacked firmness. For dessert, I ordered red miso soup, which turned out to be the best dish of the day.

Sushi restaurant on the 3rd floor of a building. I hesitantly entered the elevator and when the doors opened, I was greeted by a cozy atmosphere. You have to take off your shoes. The head chef is a kind old man. I'm sure they have been in business for a long time. You can even drink alone. It's great that they are open until late at night.

I came here for the first time and ordered a variety of dishes. Everything was delicious. I enjoyed the drinks as well. I went to a second place feeling a bit tipsy. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely come back. I appreciate all the ingredients in this world. I'm calling for delicious food! The more I eat, the more power overflows.

The food was surprisingly not delicious at all. The lettuce in the salad was terrible, almost like eating weeds. And all this for 800 yen... The shrimp and octopus looked rubbery and dry, lacking any freshness. The fatty tuna was too fishy to eat. The grilled yellowtail collar was tasty though. Overall, the sushi was not enjoyable at all, I would prefer 100 yen sushi over this any day.

This time, we had a year-end party in Kyoto♪ I didn't know what we were going to eat until the day of, but when I asked the restaurant, they said it was a blowfish full course meal at a sushi restaurant I had been to before. It's nice to change things up once in a while♪ The restaurant is located in Gion Shijo, and as soon as we got off the elevator, we were in the restaurant. I had never been here sober before, but it was my first time this time (^-^; Inside, there were tatami rooms on both sides of the long counter, and it wasn't just sushi, but also hot pot dishes were available. The restaurant has been operating as a sushi restaurant in Gion for many years, so the customers were diverse♪ This time, we had blowfish with its skin, blowfish sashimi, and fried blowfish, which are the classic menu items. It was simpler than what I usually have recently. The blowfish skin was crunchy no matter how many times I eat it, it's definitely unique to blowfish. Next was blowfish sashimi. I was a little unsure if it was wild or farmed. It didn't have the faint smell of a tank that farmed blowfish usually has, but it also lacked a subtle sweetness that wild blowfish usually has. I was a bit torn, considering it was a two-kilogram blowfish, whether it was wild or farmed (^-^; Next was the fried blowfish. Blowfish tastes really good when fried, especially the meat around the fins is flavorful and delicious♪ Next was the classic hot pot. Personally, I think blowfish, tilefish, and thread-sail filefish are the best for fish in hot pot dishes. Among seafood, blowfish, crab, and soft-shelled turtle are great (laughs). I especially love the part called "Uguisu," where the meat around the bones is irresistible (^ー^) The vegetables absorbed the blowfish broth, the hot tofu was delicious, and the hot pot was great♪ I kept looking for fins to eat (^ー^) I really love fish fins, not just blowfish. Once we finished the hot pot, it was time for the eagerly awaited rice porridge. Sprinkle some green onions and seaweed, drizzle a little ponzu sauce, and the rice porridge, infused with the flavors of blowfish and vegetables, was a blissful delight♪ The rice porridge is the best part♪ I was too full for sushi, so I had to skip it (^-^;) → I wanted to have abalone, but (・・;) I am satisfied♪ Thank you for the meal♪

When you hear about a sushi restaurant in Gion, you may expect it to be a bit formal, but this place is relaxed and casual. As you step out of the elevator onto the designated floor, you'll find the restaurant right there, which may catch you off guard. However, there's no need to worry. This is a place where prices are clearly displayed, so you can dine without any worries about being overcharged. You can enjoy sushi in the Hanami-koji area and still be satisfied with the reasonable prices. This is definitely a hidden gem of a sushi restaurant. Thank you for the meal~

This is a wonderful restaurant that offers sushi delivery at 3 am. I am not a fan of eating creatures other than Edo-style sushi, so I can't give a proper review, but having sushi delivered at night was much appreciated.
