It was my first visit since they moved, and I felt that the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very nice, although it was a bit of a walk from the station. They have started selling scones too! The butter with red bean paste looked like too much butter at first, but when I tried it, it was smooth and light with a delicious taste that goes well with the red bean paste. I'll buy the green tea one next time... My sister ordered the No.1 Akari, and I ordered the Taiyo like last time. In conclusion, both are so good that it's hard to choose, so it's better to order both when you go with more than two people. Taiyo really captures the hearts of pancake lovers with its classic pancake topped with Canadian maple syrup, whipped cream, and vanilla ice cream, allowing you to fully enjoy the taste of the pancake batter. The pancakes are made with meringue, creating a fluffy texture, and the cream is rich and creamy, guaranteeing deliciousness! They also offer seasonal fruit pancakes, and this time I tried the Shine Muscat pancake. It had a yogurt cream that was light and easy to eat, and I finished it in no time (laughs). I will definitely go back again!

The grapes this month, or should I say muscat grapes, are so sweet! Even the skin is delicious! The refreshing yogurt pairs perfectly with the creamy acidity of the cream. The cream that comes on top is so good that the second and third bites were just as enjoyable. The grape sherbet or gelato on this parfait is amazing. Even though this is a pancake shop, they sure know how to make delicious treats. They never cut corners and always use homemade ingredients to keep us satisfied every time. It's still hot outside, but with these delicious grapes, I can feel the beginning of autumn.

Tea Fragrance: At Kitasenju, they serve fluffy pancakes that are surprisingly not sweet like a meal! I ordered the set for ¥2100. The cheese was poured right in front of me. It quickly hardened in the cold air. It was gone in no time. There was pepper, but it lacked a punch. I think pancakes are more satisfying when they're sweet.

This month was a fierce battle. Reservations were almost full in seconds (cry) I tried to make a same-day reservation three times, and finally managed to get there! I can't miss the peach and autumn pumpkin. Last year's peach was soft and sweet. This year's peach was firm and refreshing. It's a matter of preference, but those who like sweet things may find it a bit lacking. However, the slightly salty dough and the usual generous cream elevated the satisfaction level. Normally, the peach next to the pancake would be just a sidekick, but not at this cafe. The peach next to the pancake is almost as prominent as the pancake itself! This luxury is the charm of this pancake ☆ I won't be able to see it this year, but I look forward to meeting again next year.

The cream, generously made with peaches, was not overly sweet, allowing the natural sweetness of the peaches to shine through. The peaches served on the side were not very sweet, but the half peach topped with sherbet was deliciously sweet. The sherbet was also tasty. However, I personally did not enjoy the slightly burnt taste of the pancake batter. The texture was light and had a satisfying bite to it. It was nice that it was not a one-drink requirement. Overall, it was quite a challenging experience to enjoy these pancakes, but it was worth it. They also sold scones at the entrance, which looked delicious. The rule of thumb when eating sweet things is to have coffee or tea, but I couldn't resist the "Melon Drink" that was available last year... so I had to try it this year. It's very melon-like. Smooth and easy to drink. It's the season for delicious cold drinks. Soon after, the pancakes arrived. Every time I wonder where to start because the toppings are so good. But first, I took a bite of the pancake. It's important to eat it fresh! Then the sorbet. This sorbet is also melon-flavored. The texture of the melon flesh and the crunchy ice are enjoyable, with a refreshing sweetness. Cooling my mouth with something cold, I then had a slice of fresh melon.
