I didn't know there was such a stylish cafe ☕️. It's a two-story house cafe by the Kamo River with a high ceiling and a terrace. I tried the Muscat Parfait for 1,200 yen. It includes Lemon & Chia Seed Shine, Muscat Yogurt Frozen, 100% fruit grape sherbet, lemon jelly, and nata de coco. The shine muscat slices on top look like flowers and are frozen so they won't fall off the glass. The lemon peel and chia seeds add a nice touch. I really enjoyed the refreshing yogurt frozen! The grape sherbet made from 100% fruit juice is rich and juicy, and the nata de coco adds a refreshing texture. There's even shaved ice in it! It's a highly recommended dessert after a meal. A very stylish and beautiful shop. If you go during lunchtime, it might be a good idea to make a reservation. I ordered a hot dog for my lunch break. It was a very large hot dog that matched its price. It was delicious, with a spicy sauce, colorful vegetables, and a very thick and large sausage. I was satisfied. The atmosphere on the second floor, where you can relax and look out at the Kamogawa River from the window, was very nice. First, secure your seat, then place your order at the counter on the first floor. Water and hand towels are self-service, and you clean up after yourself (although the staff will help if they are nearby). The restroom is located on the right side of the staircase entrance on the first floor! I would like to visit again when I go to Kamigamo Shrine next time.

I ordered the following: - Early Summer Fruit Jewelry Parfait ¥1200 - Premium Hot Dog Plate ¥1650 - Set Drink ¥300 (Cafe au lait, Black tea) The cafe is located along the Kamo River, with a lot of greenery in front of it, making it very beautiful! I heard that in spring, cherry blossoms spread out, so I wanted to go in spring, but the food was delicious and the parfait had a lot of fruits in it, so I was very satisfied! The route from the station was tough, so it might be better for everyone to go by car or bus!

The hot dog ice cafe latte has a nice view and feels pleasant. The hot dog itself looks good with a thick sausage, but it is hard to bite into. It comes with a fork and knife, but cutting it is difficult. It's easier to eat by squishing the soft bread (which is quite tasty) flat and taking a big bite. The taste is good when eaten as a whole hot dog, but not as good when eaten separately. The vegetables are fresh and the onion garlic dressing is tasty, although it can be a bit too much and make the salad soggy. The soup tastes commercial, not homemade. I expected a bit more for the price, but maybe the curry is good. The cafe latte could be stronger in coffee flavor, as it seems like the drink menu is not a strong point. It feels like a cafe to enjoy the view only.

Many people enjoy picnicking on this path under the cherry blossom tunnel. This cafe near Kamigamo Shrine has a perfect location with a view of the cherry blossom trees. It is very popular, and even welcomes customers with dogs on the open terrace, where you can enjoy the refreshing spring sunshine. The second-floor window seats also offer a great view. If available, I would have chosen to sit there. On the day I visited, it was peak cherry blossom season, so the cafe was quite crowded and ordering took some time. However, the staff's service was excellent, and I had no negative impressions. I enjoyed the Bacon Egg Waffle Plate and a refreshing Ginger Ale. The lunch plates come in various options, with drinks available for an additional cost starting from 300 yen. The plate was packed with avocado and plenty of vegetables, providing a satisfying and delicious meal.

The cafe my company's junior recommended along the Kamo River is a stylish place. The ice cream and iced coffee I had were delicious. The vanilla ice cream was amazing, with a strong vanilla flavor and a soft, moist texture. Most places serve frozen, hard ice cream that isn't very enjoyable, but this ice cream was truly exceptional.

I took a little walk to the east side of the Kamo River, which was the peak of the cherry blossom season. There are cafes and restaurants scattered around, and you don't see many locals here. I ordered in advance and went to the counter on the second floor. The cheesecake was decent in size and taste, not too dry and satisfying. It was a hot day, so I paired it with a spicy ginger ale. The sausage hot dog was my main reason for visiting, but surprisingly, they didn't have sausages due to the impact of the coronavirus. It's surprising that ingredients are not available due to the effects of the coronavirus. I imagine the cherry blossom season would offer a great view here. There are few cafes around Kamigamo Shrine, so using this one might be a good idea.

Chill's Kyoto in Kamigamo is a refreshing café bar along the Kamo River. It recently reopened and I initially thought it was a different place. The staff are friendly and the spacious atmosphere allows for a relaxing time. While they don't open at night, they offer beer and cocktails. It's a great spot to drop by on a sunny holiday, enjoy a hot dog or pizza, and have a light drink.

Near the gate of Kamigamo Shrine, heading east from the bridge of Misono, along the Kamo River, a few houses down. There are parking spaces for 3 cars, terrace seating available, and pets are allowed. The interior of the restaurant has a high ceiling with a wooden and white color scheme, creating a relaxed atmosphere with gentle background music. When the cherry blossoms along the Kamo River bloom, you can enjoy flower viewing from the terrace seats. I visited around 1 pm, with only one other customer present, allowing for ample social distancing, and hand sanitizers were available at each table. The menu offers various lunch options such as pizza, pasta, and dry curry, as well as a variety of desserts, drinks including lattes and lemonades, and alcoholic beverages like cocktails, wine, and shochu. They also have options like Omi beef BBQ set and seasonal desserts, with plans for a nighttime cafe during the cherry blossom light-up event. On this day, a woman managed the place alone, and I ordered the Original Hot Dog Set (with a drink and potato). The hot dog used preservative-free, additive-free sausages, which were slightly salty but had no strange smell, paired perfectly with crispy vegetables and brioche bread. The potato wedges were crispy. I enjoyed a relaxing time with an iced coffee.
