The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant look very comfortable. The place can accommodate around 15 people and it doesn't feel crowded. We ordered 6 cocktails for 3 people and it cost around 19,000 yen, which is on the higher side. The cocktails were delicious and easy to drink, blending well together. Even the stronger cocktails were smooth going down! When we left, the staff even came down to the first floor to see us off, surprising us with their excellent customer service. Definitely worth a visit if you have the chance!

It might be the most famous one. Even though I only went there once a year ago, they remembered our conversation from that time! The drinks are a bit expensive at Ginza prices, but the service was so amazing that it moved me. It's a stylish bar that makes you want to go back again and again.

I visited Hoshi, a hidden gem of a bar in Ginza. The atmosphere of the place was calm yet sophisticated, like a hidden treasure. I enjoyed various drinks such as a Passion Fruit cocktail made with fresh fruits and Single Malt whiskey. The Passion Fruit cocktail, in particular, was a luxurious drink that combined beautiful appearance with a fresh taste. The bartenders' skills and hospitality were outstanding, and each drink filled my heart. There were unique ways to enjoy at Hoshi, such as conversations over the counter and the variety of drinks lined up at the back bar. This place feels like time slows down, offering a perfect space to relax and escape from everyday life. I realized that it is the perfect place to forget the hustle and bustle of Ginza and savor some adult time. It was a wonderful experience that made me want to revisit the charm of Hoshi.

I wanted to challenge myself to go to a stylish bar in Ginza because I'm at an age where I should. With a tolerance of about 3 cans of beer, I found myself at this bar during the Obon holiday. The atmosphere inside was nice and cozy, and I was seated at the counter. The bartender asked for my preference, and feeling a bit flustered, I asked for something refreshing, which led to my first attempt at a "Gin and Tonic (probably)". It was indeed refreshing and delicious. However, after finishing about 2/3 of it, I started to feel a bit unwell. For my second drink, I ordered a "Martini" because I had seen it in a novel by Haruki Murakami and wanted to try it. The bartender commented that I seemed to like gin-based drinks, but I honestly didn't know what other options there were. The ritual of shaking the lemon by the bartender ended, and as I took a sip, I was shocked by the high alcohol content of the cocktail. Although I regretted my choice, it was incredibly delicious. I handed over the drink to my wife after finishing half of it. While I may not remember everything clearly, I do recall that it was very tasty.

I visited BAR Hyakumeiten in Ginza Rokuchome after finding it on Tabelog because my first stop ended early. It's a popular spot occupying four floors in the same building. I usually like Laphroaig 10 year, but I asked for a recommendation and tried "SMOKY SCOT" 8 year on the rocks. It was my first time trying it, and it had a rich aroma and was delicious. I later found out that they have a strong commitment to quality. I had a great conversation with the friendly bartender, and tried the recommended lemon sour and martini before finishing off with Laphroaig. Alcohol goes down easily when you're having a good time. Thank you for the great experience. I would love to visit again. 291 people rated it 3.84 stars.

Ginza, Tokyo, Bar Hyakumeiten, Mr. Hoshi. It's a famous bar where you can enjoy the winning cocktail from a competition. On a Saturday night, I managed to find a seat around 10 pm. The interior of the bar is bright and modern. The bartender is very friendly and I found myself enjoying the conversation and getting a bit tipsy. I ended up chatting with the customer next to me about art and before I knew it, I was on my fifth drink. The original cocktails were amazing and unlike anything I've ever tasted before. I was truly delighted. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The cocktails were delicious! I was surprised at how easily I drank them. The Sakura cocktail was also delicious. The Martini was good too. I wish the alcohol was stronger though. The bartender was friendly and made the night really enjoyable.

Fresh fruit cocktails and original cocktails are recommended for this season. I ordered the "Passion Fruit" cocktail this time. The bartender was friendly, and I had a great time. It's recommended for a date night!

One of the representative bars in Ginza. Located in 6-chome, it is easily accessible for a second visit from nearby restaurants or for meetings. The interior has an L-shaped counter and tables for two, seating around 10 people. It is bustling with regular customers even during bright hours. The staff is attentive, ensuring that no one feels bored. Despite being an authentic bar, they offer a wide variety of fresh fruit cocktails. They have 5 types available all year round, with seasonal fruits added to the lineup. The mango cocktail I tried brought out the sweetness of the fruit in a gentle way. On the other hand, the gin and tonic was beautifully prepared, from shaving the ice to stirring and squeezing the lime. Drinking it in a thin glass is a luxurious experience. The alcohol content is moderate, making it easy to drink and refined. Two cocktails and a snack cost around 5000 yen. The owner, Mr. Yasushi, started his career in Utsunomiya and worked at Ginza Little Smith before becoming independent in 2004. Today, he has branches in Utsunomiya and Aizu-Wakamatsu, as well as another branch in a different floor of a building in Ginza.

Bar Hosshi, one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. Their winning cocktail made with cherry blossoms is so cute. The bar has around 10 counter seats and the interior was a bit warm, but they serve beautiful cocktails until late hours.

It's been a while since I went to a bar in Ginza. If my memory serves me right, it's located near the high-end sushi restaurant Kiyota. The bar is called "BAR Hoshi" and it's pronounced as "Ho-shi". With 6 branches in Ginza alone, the place is always popular and fully booked. It seems like this is the second or third branch in the same building. The small bar has counter and table seats, making it convenient even during busy times. We were served consomme soup as a starter. Despite being full, I ended up having a few drinks. My cocktail was made from seasonal fruits, with a passion fruit base. It was refreshing and had a nostalgic essence. The tropical flavor of passion fruit was delightful. The second drink was a cocktail made from fruit tomatoes, with a hint of spicy salt on the rim. The flavors were complex, sometimes refreshing and sometimes bold. We had three drinks each and the total bill came to 13,000 yen, which felt a bit pricey compared to previous experiences. It might be a good backup option for when you can't get a reservation elsewhere. Thank you for the meal.

Located on the 8th floor of a building just a short walk from the traditional shopping street of Ginza, is the main store of Bar Hoshi. This authentic bar is known for its cocktails made with seasonal fruits. It has been selected as one of the top 100 bars in 2022. I visited the bar alone before heading to a restaurant I had made a reservation at in Ginza. As I entered the building and descended to the 8th floor, I found myself at the entrance of the bar. I was warmly greeted and seated at the counter. Soon, a vegetable soup was served as a starter. It had a rich and flavorful taste with ingredients like onions, tomatoes, carrots, and celery. I pondered for a moment on what to order and decided to start with a Mojito. The refreshing scent of mint was a delight. After finishing it, I still had some time left so I asked for a recommendation for a long drink, and was suggested a French vodka called Shirocco infused with lemongrass for a lemony flavor. It was surprisingly strong but delicious. As my next appointment drew near, I bid farewell and was escorted to the first floor. It's nice to have a cozy bar in Ginza to relax in. Thank you for the hospitality.

The fruit cocktails are abundant and the food is substantial. The Yaku-shima lemon has a sharp taste that is good. The Peach and Gin-based cocktail is refreshing and you can taste the sweetness of the peach, making it delicious.

This is the first time I've found a bar with delicious horse sashimi! The cocktails are also very tasty!! Especially the Bloody Mary and Martini are excellent. I recommend the fruit-based cocktails for those who don't like strong alcohol. The beef jerky was also very delicious! I want to go again.
Having so much fun drinking in Ginza, it's amazing how quickly the time passes. The bar was reserved at the beginning, and there were many bartenders. As I started to enjoy myself more and more, I ended up drinking too much. Gin and tonic, gimlet, and some food were all great. The bartender casually asked if I was ready for more. You don't need to be intimidated by the authentic bars in Ginza. The owner won a contest with the Sakura Sakura Martini. I had a great time all the way to the Mint Julep. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Around 5:30, when I arrived, there were no customers. This time is truly the best!! This is a familiar shop in Ginza called Eight Star. The master is calm and easy to talk to, making him the best bartender. I had a gin and tonic. The refreshing taste of gin and lime is perfect for early spring. There are still buds on the cherry blossom tree inside the shop, but they may bloom soon, allowing you to see cherry blossoms inside the shop.

No complaints. Everything I ate and drank was delicious. I went there for a second round while already tipsy, and the food was still clearly delicious. The cocktails were tasty. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the calmness of the service, there were almost no complaints. The seating was limited, and it was so crowded that customers had to leave after coming or going.

I finally visited the bar I've been wanting to go to, Bar Hoshi. The fruit cocktails (strawberry and kiwi) were delicious, and the staff's attention to detail was wonderful. They even brought out plenty of appetizers. When I was leaving and took the elevator down from the 8th floor, I was surprised to see the staff member who had just seen me off waiting on the ground floor. They were so quick that I thought it might have been a mirage. I still wonder if it was a dream! I definitely want to visit again!
