The Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry had a good amount of meat and a rich flavor that went well with the rice. The Spicy Kimchi Soup was a bit lukewarm and could have been hotter. At 4:00 pm, I looked for a meal and found that everything was still being prepared. I decided to go to this restaurant that is open all day and ordered the meat and vegetable stir-fry set meal for 760 yen. The cabbage looked fresh and crunchy, but the meat was a bit greasy. The bean sprouts, carrots, and watercress were well-prepared, but the tofu for the appetizer had an artificial taste. The miso soup had seaweed in it, but it was too salty. The rice was on the softer side. Since I didn't have much appetite, I ended up making half of it into a tea pickled rice bowl by adding plenty of pickles and soup stock. It's a convenient way to get your vegetables in.

Due to the early morning visit, I ordered the natto set with miso soup instead of the pork miso soup for 530 yen, with white rice at 6 o'clock. Firstly, the miso soup was lukewarm. It only had the taste of ginger, which made it undrinkable. Additionally, the natto was large and tasteless. The seaweed was thin and tasteless as well. The egg yolk was the same. The rice was soft, and I ended up eating it with just the salty pickles on the table. I would like to see better temperature management for the soup at least.
