The cookies are made with an original blend of wheat and plenty of fresh butter, resulting in a rich flavor. The combination of smooth butter cream and gooey butter caramel sandwiched between the cookies creates a unique and delicious taste. The two-layer structure of cream and caramel is a major improvement. However, I would like to try the standard flavor instead of Uji Matcha next time. Additionally, the box-shaped cookies prevent the soft filling from spilling out when sandwiched, making it easier to eat. The lines on the cookie surface make it easy to break. I appreciate the thoughtful design. "Press Butter Sand Kyoto Station Store" is a popular shop that continues to pursue high-quality confectionery using better ingredients and putting in the effort. I would love to visit again if given the chance. Kyoto Prefecture is home to many excellent shops. Visiting "Press Butter Sand Kyoto Station Store" in this area full of popular shops and having a great dining experience was very meaningful.
