I made a reservation for a visit on a weekend night about 4 days ago, and ordered the following dishes a la carte:
- Appetizer: Olives and Bread
- Pickles with a hint of sourness
- French bread with a slightly crispy crust and soft inside
- Grissini with a garlic-like flavor, enjoyable on its own
- Focaccia with a crispy surface and a hint of herbs, absorbs sauce well for a deep flavor
- Round bread with a dense texture
- Cavatieddi with slightly spicy squid ink ragu and sweet long green pepper for 3200 yen
- Risotto with clams, edamame, and a hint of seaweed for 3200 yen
- Lightly stewed conger eel and girolle mushrooms with a touch of sudachi for 2600 yen
- Braised lamb spare ribs with a side of spicy spices for 4800 yen
- Vegetable cocotte (corn and zucchini) for 1200 yen each
I would like to visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited the restaurant around 11:45 on Sunday. Even though my reservation was for noon, they were able to accommodate me. It had been about 4 years since my last visit, but the atmosphere was still great. The course menu is a prefix, but there are plenty of options to choose from, so you can customize your course to your liking. I enjoyed a glass of Prosecco while waiting for the dishes to arrive. For the seasonal vegetable Bagna Cauda salad, I chose both the "Anchovy" and "Gorgonzola" sauces as extras. I recommend trying both sauces! You can share two appetizers. The rare Botan shrimp with watermelon and green chili sauce was delicious. The meal continued with handmade pasta, main course, simple pasta (available in 30g, 60g, or 100g portions), and dessert, offering quite a generous portion. The restaurant is a bit away from Azabu-Juban station, so it's quiet and relaxing. This was my first time having lunch there, but I definitely want to visit again.

Located along Azabu Street, close to Azabu-Juban Station, this Italian restaurant exudes a sense of luxury and approachability with a wine shop attached. It has even been awarded a Michelin star. To celebrate my partner's birthday, we opted for the course dinner this time. Starting with their signature bagna cauda (both sauces are recommended), the antipasto included chilled capellini and vinegar-marinated hamo. For pasta, we chose the pappardelle with white wine-braised beef, which was absolutely delicious! The main course was grilled eel, each dish showcasing a perfect blend of Italian flavors with a hint of Japanese influence. The simple pasta to finish, I opted for the spaghetti aglio e olio with 4 cheeses, and it was the right choice (you can choose the portion size based on your appetite). The staff also recommended Italian wine pairings to complement each dish. Despite not being able to drink much, they were accommodating and offered half glasses for me to enjoy a variety. Their attentive service truly filled not only our stomachs but also our hearts. We will definitely be back!

Tokyo dinner. A pleasure of traveling. For dinner, we went to a fantastic Italian restaurant in Minami-Azabu. We ordered a la carte.
- Today's Carpaccio
- Cold corn soup with truffle gelato
- White fish and white shimeji mushroom semolina flour fritters
- Lamb sausage with piadina and arissa
- Italian cheese
- Prosciutto, salame, mortadella, guanciale
- Fettuccine with fruit tomato and burrata cheese, basil scent
- Wagyu beef tomahawk taliata
- White peach compote with Aperol sorbet
Every dish was beautifully presented and delicate. The fresh seasonal ingredients were showcased in exquisite dishes. My favorite was the cold soup, with just the right sweetness of corn and the melting truffle gelato. It was a delight. The corn was in season, and I would love to have it again next year. They had a great selection of wine pairings. The elegant and serene atmosphere with a courtyard made for a delicious and enjoyable dinner, a moment of happiness. Thank you for the delicious and fun time.

I enjoyed a leisurely course in a cozy and warm atmosphere. We had olives, capers, and a small dish of bagna cauda with 4 types of bread. The blue cheese sauce was a perfect match for the fresh vegetables. The carpaccio and corn soup with truffle was delicious, as well as the octopus pasta with tomato sauce. For dessert, we had a selection of 3 types of small sweets, with the chocolate being particularly tasty. The corn soup with truffle appetizer was a standout dish. I left feeling full and satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. The food was good. However, the server was unfriendly. It would be better if they were a bit more friendly, even if it's just pretending. The older staff members were very friendly though. It's a shame about that. Also, the prices were not listed on the a la carte menu, and I felt that they were a bit high. If you can eat a lot, it's better to order a course menu.

All the dishes were delicious. Even though it was a course menu, there was a good amount of food and the meat was very tasty, so I ended up finishing everything. The restaurant had an adult atmosphere, but it was easy to enjoy, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I would like to visit again.

Visited with my wife. We started with a vegetable-packed bagna cauda, followed by a course with options for appetizers, pasta, main dish, short pasta for the finish, and dessert. Each menu item had a detailed description, making the selection process enjoyable. My wife, who is pregnant, chose dishes that were well-cooked, and the doneness was adjusted accordingly. The wine list was impressive, with a variety of high-quality wines available. We opted to have wine by the glass, starting with Franciacorta for an aperitif, followed by Barolo and Brunello. Each glass cost 1800 yen, 2400 yen, and 2600 yen respectively. My wife, being pregnant, had a non-alcoholic sparkling drink for 1200 yen. The total bill for two, including drinks and a 10% service charge, came to 35200 yen. We were very satisfied and would love to visit again in the future.

We used this restaurant for a small event and party that we had been interested in before. The vegetables, meat, pasta, and desserts were all delicious. The freshness of the vegetables in particular was great. They also had a wide selection of wines. The advice from the person who seemed to be a sommelier was excellent. I have preferences when it comes to wine, but they accurately advised on wines that matched both my taste and the dishes. Additionally, the service was fantastic. There was a surprise for one of the guests I was with, and they handled the excitement and took photos for us, making it a great memory. The food and service were both excellent. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

Not too pretentious, but full of volume Italian cuisine! Starting with a hearty bagna cauda and a variety of vegetable options, the appetizers can be selected individually. For pasta and main course, you can choose one dish at the table, and the menu offers many tempting options. Plus, all of them pair well with wine. With the simple pasta, you can choose the portion size, making it suitable for those who enjoy eating a lot. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Italian restaurant "Casa Vinitaria" in Asakusa Juhan. I visited on a Sunday evening to celebrate with my family. They had prepared a private room for us. The atmosphere was very classic and calm, creating a lovely space. The course costs 13,200 yen (tax included) and includes options for appetizers, pasta, main dishes, and dessert. The dishes we had were all delicious and beautifully presented. The service was smart and we had a pleasant time. It's a wonderful restaurant for celebrations. Thank you for the meal.

It's truly exceptional. The famous Bagna Cauda comes with a week's worth of vegetables... so many varieties! It's a delightful dish. Then we had Botan shrimp carpaccio, grilled white asparagus, abalone risotto, anglerfish sauté, and more✨ For the finishing pasta, we chose the spaghetti aglio e olio. I made a reservation for a Xmas dinner. The location was in a quiet area with few pedestrians. I enjoyed two glasses of champagne and red and white wine. I savored the meal while being soothed by the greenery in the courtyard. Every dish was delicious and I was completely satisfied.

Visited to close out the year. As others have mentioned, the menu and explanations are extensive, but each dish is described so meticulously that it sparks the imagination, making the process of choosing a delight in itself. And each dish is truly amazing and delicious. Every plate goes beyond expectations, leaving me surprised each time. I enjoy drinking alcohol while eating a lot, so I appreciate the abundance of dishes in the course menu. The service is outstanding, and I truly had a special and enjoyable time. I look forward to visiting again at each milestone.

The restaurant name "Casa Vinitalia" is a coined term that means "Italian wine house." The concept of the restaurant is to bring out the best in seasonal ingredients, offering around 300 types of wine to enjoy a casual pairing of food and wine. Chef Takuya Hagiwara, who worked as the second-in-command (sous chef) at "Aroma Fresca" under Chef Harada for about 10 years, has been the chef at Casa Vinitalia since April 2016. The dishes we tried included:
- Saury with eggplant and myoga: Japanese ingredients prepared in an Italian style.
- Fried mantis shrimp with dried tomatoes: A generous portion of mantis shrimp fried to perfection, paired with dried tomatoes.
- Baked oysters with Matoudai fish roll and black truffles: The first time trying Matoudai fish roll, which had a delightful texture and sweet aroma similar to apricots. It is recommended to enjoy it sautéed to bring out its vibrant orange color.
- Ikeda beef: The moist and flavorful Ikeda beef, with lean red meat, was cooked perfectly without feeling heavy.
- Dessert: The combination of Shine Muscat grapes and ice cream was excellent.
Overall, it was an Italian dining experience that was enjoyable and delicious for Japanese sensibilities.

Located in Azabu-Juban, a very charming Italian restaurant. My friend celebrated my birthday here and it was amazing. The course menu allowed us to choose various dishes, including sharing options, which was great. The Bagna Cauda was delicious, as well as the oysters. For the main course, I chose the deer which was incredibly tender and refreshing. We also had two pasta dishes, so our stomachs were very satisfied. I thought it was just a regular dinner, but my friend surprised me with a cute plate and even paid for the bill. I love my friend so much! I got so excited that after the course meal, I secretly had Tteokbokki. I attended a certain dinner party. It started with carpaccio, which I thought was delicious. The tripe that followed was also good. I felt like I took a picture, but I can't find it, so I must not have. It was my first time at this restaurant, and the food was delicious, but the staff were unfriendly. None of them even smiled.

A highly rated Italian restaurant in Azabu-Juban. The restaurant has a lush green courtyard and a sophisticated, cozy atmosphere. It has been awarded the Italian Top 100 and Tabelog Bronze awards for four consecutive years. Their specialty dishes include a large vegetable bagna càuda and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant attracts a wide range of customers, from elderly people to young ones celebrating special occasions. The "Degustation" course for 13,200 yen includes a variety of dishes like seasonal vegetable bagna càuda, burrata cheese with mango and passion fruit, corn cold soup with truffle gelato, handmade pasta with smoked eel and summer truffle, Matsusaka pork loin with honey and spices, and more. The bagna càuda is huge and filling, the corn soup is delicious and perfect for summer, and the truffle gelato is a special treat. The eel pasta is unique and flavorful, and the Matsusaka pork is tender and tasty. The zucchini side dish is particularly impressive, cooked slowly in the oven for 40 minutes to bring out its sweetness and umami flavor. The simple pasta allows you to choose your preferred amount, and the corn pepperoncino is a perfect choice for summer.

Located in Asakusa, "Casa Vinitaria" offers a course menu where you can choose from appetizers, pasta, and a main dish. It's nice to be able to choose your favorite dish based on your mood. You can also choose the portion size of the pasta, which is great for adjusting to your appetite. I used it for a celebration, but the table didn't have a view of the garden, and the surroundings were noisy with people on business meetings, which was a bit disappointing. It may not be the best choice for a celebration after all.

I was guided by a friend on a trip to Tokyo. We ordered a lot of appetizers a la carte. • Cold Capellini with fresh shirasu and karasumi • Cold corn soup with truffle gelato • Prosciutto, salame, mortadella, guanciale • Pasta • Roasted Selvatico of Japanese beef ribeye with lemon mostarda • Cassata with dried fruits and pistachios and passion fruit. Each dish was beautifully presented, delicate, and delicious. My favorite was the cold soup. It was a new and delicious experience, with just the right amount of sweetness in the corn and the truffle gelato melting into perfection. The elegant and serene atmosphere with a courtyard made for a delightful and enjoyable dinner.
