My friend made a reservation at this restaurant. The location is convenient, so even though I'm not familiar with the area, I was able to find it easily. The restaurant is a bit small, but once you sit down, the sofa seats are quite comfortable. The staff asked if it was my first time here, and when I said yes, they explained the restaurant's system to me. They mentioned that you can have unlimited refills of the vegetables for wrapping the Samgyupsal, like leafy greens, perilla leaves, and sesame oil-dressed green onions, for a charge of 400 yen per person. It's so kind of them to offer all-you-can-eat vegetables as a side dish! There are phrases like "A pig that's not wrapped is just a pig" on the chopstick wrappers and signs, and after hearing about the system, it all made sense. "Let's wrap it up and eat plenty of vegetables!" The staff were very attentive, explaining things and recommending menu items in a friendly manner. I immediately ordered the Samgyupsal. While regular Samgyupsal is enjoyable, there are also unique variations with different seasonings that keep the menu interesting. I decided to try the "Kujyo Negi Nin Samgyupsal," a Kyoto-inspired dish. The grill was slanted to drain excess fat, and it came with complimentary grilled kimchi and bean sprouts. The Samgyupsal was cooked in front of us, and once it was done, the staff cut it into easy-to-eat pieces with scissors, making it easy for us. Watching them cook was a delight. The combination of pork, leeks, and garlic was undeniably delicious. We also ordered Tomato Kimchi, Korean seaweed, Tomato Caprese, and Cold Noodles. The Tomato Kimchi is a must-try - whole tomatoes pickled in a spicy sauce, both visually appealing and tasty. For drinks, they offer a variety of options, but the vegetable and fruit fresh juices were my favorite. "Tomato Strawberry" and "Komatsuna and Kiwi," both freshly made in a blender, were delicious and perfect for sipping between bites. This restaurant offers a reasonable price for a meal where you can get your fill of vegetables.
