The deliciousness was as great as ever! The menu is extensive and makes you want to try everything. The side dishes were also delicious, and my favorite of the day was the cold corn soup and cold noodles. However, the only disappointment was that one dish never arrived. It seems like it was forgotten, which was a bit of a shock.

I had been curious about this place for a while and finally had the chance to visit ☻. However, I was disappointed as soon as I entered because even though I had made a reservation, I was not properly guided to my table ⤵︎▪️ The premium course meat was neither good nor bad, but the side dishes were quite extensive so I ended up ordering those instead ☻. The system where you have to order condiments individually was a bit frustrating as they took a long time to arrive, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meat ⤵︎. I'm not sure if it was just a one-time thing or if it's the usual situation at the restaurant, but I encountered several disappointing aspects. There are other chain restaurants for yakiniku and some delicious menu items, so I would like to try those instead. Without any improvements, I probably won't come back to this place ⤵︎.

The most popular course is priced at 2980 yen. I ordered the beef kalbi and loin, and that was enough to fill me up. However, it's a shame that the only hormone option in this course is pork. The kimchi, condiments, and soup are plentiful and enhance the enjoyment of the yakiniku.

I went after 2.3 years. I really like King. King is really cheap and delicious. The salted tongue and chijimi are disappointing though.

Here we go again! The deliciousness is consistent as always. They use pork for the tongue to keep costs down, but they have a wide variety of side dishes and the meat is very tasty. They also have limited-time items, so it's always exciting to go back!

I had some business in Katsura, Kyoto, so I stopped by Yakiniku King for a lunch buffet. I enjoyed various cuts of meat like kalbi, loin, and tongue, and left feeling quite full. The price was reasonable at 1980 yen. The bibimbap and udon for the finale were delicious. It's been a while since I had yakiniku, and it was a great experience.

This is the best yakiniku restaurant I have ever been to! The staff are friendly, and the King Kalbi is incredibly delicious! I can't quite describe the taste, but it's so tasty and tender! Each piece is thick and perfect for young people.

Yakiniku King has three locations in Kyoto: Momoyama, Yokooji, and the Kyoto Katsura store. This time, I visited the Katsura store, which had an early discount coupon. I chose the Special Course from the menu and ordered items such as thick-cut Kalbi, thick-cut loin, upper intestine, and King Hormone. The thick-cut Kalbi was very tender and juicy, and very satisfying. The thick-cut loin was slightly firm, allowing you to taste the richness of the red meat. The upper intestine and King Hormone were also tender and easy to eat. All the meats were very delicious. The staff's service was excellent, with energetic and well-trained employees, most of whom are likely student part-timers. The service and food quality at the Momoyama and Yokooji stores I have visited before were consistent, providing reliably delicious meals at a reasonable price. I will continue to visit in the future.

I was curious about the fact that two new Yakiniku King restaurants opened in Kyoto this year. With no reviews yet, I decided to explore and visited on a Sunday around 8 pm. The parking lot was spacious and had plenty of space available. I went to the second-floor store and it was bustling, but I was able to enter smoothly. Here, they offer all-you-can-eat options, with the cheapest being the Standard Course (¥2,480 excluding tax). They also have the Special Course (¥2,980 excluding tax) and the Premium Course (¥3,480 excluding tax). I was intrigued by the Premium Course labeled as "Special Select Premium Meat," but this time I opted for the Special Course. I thought the variety wouldn't be that different, but it turns out that you can only order beef tongue with the Premium Course. I realized this later and felt a bit disappointed. The quality of the meat was decent, matching the market price. The Yakiniku Kalbi and tender hormone were particularly good. As for side menu items other than yakiniku, the green onion ponzu fried chicken was delicious but the variety was limited. The unlimited dessert option was nice, and the energetic service was also appreciated. The restroom is separate for men and women, but the small size inside may be a drawback at times. Overall, I felt that the quality of the meat was average. The staff seemed motivated, which was good. Next time, I would like to try the Premium Course, where you can enjoy premium select meat for an additional ¥540, to truly assess its worth.

If you don't care about the taste, then it's okay. However, the meat... I wasn't expecting much from a chain restaurant, but I wanted to eat delicious yakiniku, so I opted for a la carte instead of a course. I thought there would be more thickness that way. However, the meat that was brought to us had a blackish discoloration and was different from the red meat with skewers in the photo. And there wasn't much of it. The tongue and salt were thinly sliced, just four pieces, and they looked lonely on the plate. I didn't feel satisfied after eating them. I ordered a mini cup for my 1-year-old, but it was mediocre. I took a few bites and decided to leave the restaurant. I had chosen the all-you-can-drink soft drink option, thinking I would be eating, so I forced myself to have one more drink before leaving. It was a small relief that we were able to borrow a baby chair (a small chair placed on the sofa) for our child, but it would have been even better if they had the baby chairs commonly found in family restaurants. The staff were energetic and had loud, cheerful voices, which was good. But I don't think I'll be going back again.
