I love this place and have visited multiple times! It's a yakiniku restaurant with a focus on all-you-can-eat, and the taste and variety are really good! The food comes out pretty quickly after ordering, and even though there were a lot of young new staff this time, they all provided courteous service and seemed well-trained. I wish they would open more chain stores around, because it's so popular! Make sure to make a reservation early, as it can be hard to get a good time slot without one!笑

Located in an inconspicuous place, this yakiniku restaurant is extremely popular. It's the only One Karubi branch around here, with many chain restaurants like Chifaja and Gyu-Kaku. I'm glad I made a reservation, as it was packed even on a weekday. The staff were very busy, and there was even a robot helping to serve dishes. The robot moved slowly, making it difficult for the staff to navigate around it. I opted for the all-you-can-eat option for 3500 yen. There was no option for just soft drinks, so I went for the alcohol and soft drink all-you-can-drink for an additional 1500 yen. I also ordered the Stamina Fair, which included Taiwan ramen. Everything on the a la carte menu was delicious, especially the grilled shabu-shabu meat, which I had three helpings of. The best dish was definitely the sundubu.

I tried the course with beef tongue and salt seasoning alone, ordered 3 soft drinks, and it cost about 5500 yen including tax. It was reasonable for a meal of yakiniku. The hormone and Yukgaejang soup were delicious. I'm not a fan of liver, so I didn't eat much of it. I'm curious about the udon in the yamakake udon. The udon had a very firm texture. I wonder what kind of udon it was. The grilled sukiyaki didn't taste that great, maybe because the grill was burnt. I wonder if I can ask for a raw egg. Surprisingly, the plain rice was delicious. Next time, I want to eat more meat. I don't necessarily need to eat beef tongue with salt. I definitely want to have the Yukgaejang soup again.

To Aburiya Kawaramachi! The interior of this Aburiya shop is filled with the essence of Kyoto, where the store is located! The seats in the restaurant have tiles decorated on them, and there are various interesting features such as the "あ" at the entrance and a photo spot in the restroom.

When I was working in Kyoto, I often visited a restaurant near Kawaramachi Station, just a minute walk away. It was newly opened and had a very clean interior with quick service. I tried their all-you-can-eat option and was impressed by the high quality of the food. The meat was delicious, and they also offered a variety of appetizers and specialty dishes in the all-you-can-eat menu, making it suitable for families or parties. If I have the chance to visit Kyoto again, I would definitely revisit this restaurant. I was also impressed by how the staff stopped their work to greet customers with "Welcome!" when they entered the restaurant, and I hope they continue this practice.
