I stopped by this shop occasionally and decided to drop by again this time. I had the scallop and shrimp tomato cream soup pasta. The soup was delicious, but the pasta didn't absorb the flavor well, so the overall dish was just okay as a soup pasta. It was a bit disappointing. However, it was a new experience for me as I had never tried soup pasta before.

I came in because I wanted to eat pasta. It was easy to enter even as a solo diner. I had a mini salad with some Kyoto-style arare on top as a set. I forgot to take a picture of the pasta, but it was similar to Gion. It was delicious!

However, when I visited in August, there were a few customers waiting outside, and I wondered if they couldn't wait inside. Well, there was another restaurant nearby with a long line even in the scorching heat.

Under the scorching sun at 36 degrees, I was left waiting outside. It seemed like they were short-staffed and really busy today, but I almost passed out waiting in line outside. When they called my name, I was there and alone, so why skip me twice? Isn't that rude? Being busy doesn't excuse skipping people in line. Are they trained to do that? Is it the fault of the staff? And when I finally got inside, there were plenty of empty seats. Why make people wait outside in the heat when there's space inside? If they're short-staffed, they should call for backup. If backup isn't available, they should consider reducing their operating hours. Customers will come regardless. It's a company issue. I used to come here because the food was good, but I was disappointed this time.

I had the shrimp, crab, and yuba pasta with Kyoto-style cream sauce, and it was delicious with a subtle flavor that wasn't too rich. The portion was also larger than I expected, and I left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied.
