Considering the quality of the meat, variety, and portion size, I think it's worth more than the price. The rice is also delicious. It's nice that refills are free. When I feel like casually eating yakiniku, I can't find any other place around here where I can eat so deliciously for 1000 yen, so it feels very attractive.

There are two entrances to the parking lot (on the side of Route 9 and on the side of Fukunishi Hon-dori). The drink options are draft beer and oolong tea. Unfortunately, they only had Premium Malt's beer, but I found that either the taste of Premium Malt's has changed or my taste buds have changed because I was able to enjoy it. For food, we ordered a special selection of three kinds (salt), harami (salt sauce), cabbage, french fries (salt), minced sausage, salted green onion chicken tenderloin sashimi, grilled squid, and kalbi (salt sauce). The special selection included upper kalbi, beef fillet side, and upper beef tongue. Personally, I find beef tongue easier to eat (for my teeth, haha) so I prefer it thinly sliced. The special selection had thicker slices which made me a bit nervous, but I was able to chew it properly. Since it's a chain BBQ restaurant, both the taste and prices seem to be reasonable. It's nice to be able to come here casually.

Two middle-aged men probably treated me to a meal of around 6,000 yen, so I'm not sure. I visited the restaurant with a rating of 3.03 on Tabelog, which has a relatively spacious parking lot. I was invited by my company's boss to grill some yakiniku. It was my first time at Sakai, but there were various menu items to enjoy.

The other day, I received a message from a senior for the first time in many years and we decided to have dinner together. We met at a restaurant in Katsura and I visited their place. Since it was the weekend, the restaurant was crowded with families, but we had made a reservation so we were seated right away. They offer courses as well, but on this day we tried various dishes a la carte! It was delicious. I heard that the desserts at this restaurant are tasty, so we decided to end the meal with a parfait, which was a rare treat. Thank you to my senior and their family for a fun time together! If the sauce was a bit thicker, it would earn one more star.

I have been going to this restaurant for several years. This time, it had been a while since my last visit, and it was my first time trying the all-you-can-drink option on a weekday. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment.

I participated in the Kameoka Half Marathon with my company boss and afterwards we were taken out for yakiniku. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was worried if we could get a seat, if it was lunch only, or if it was even open. Luckily, it was not crowded and we were able to enjoy a leisurely meal. The menu was not limited to lunch items, we could order from the regular menu. We ordered using a tablet and the food was delicious, satisfying, and cooked over charcoal at the table. The atmosphere and service were good. While the cost performance was not amazing, there were no complaints. I would consider revisiting if I could have a similar experience of leisurely dining with prompt service. It seems like it might be more crowded and lively at night though, based on other reviews.

I visited this restaurant for the first time (#^^#). I usually avoid charcoal grilling at yakiniku restaurants because it feels too greasy, but I decided to give it a try this time since I was invited by a friend. The interior of the restaurant was nice, with cozy table seats for couples. I liked how you could see everyone eating through the curtains hanging down. As for the charcoal grilling, it turned out just fine and I actually thought it tasted better than the regular grilling. Oh, and the sauce dish looked like a calligraphy brush holder, which was really cute (*^-^*). The staff were also very friendly and provided good service. A friend who lives nearby and I have been going out for dinner together a few times. We often go to a restaurant in Fushimi Yokocho, which is known for its "charcoal grilling," so we cook the meat on a charcoal grill at our table. The prices are reasonable and the meat is quite delicious, so I really like it there. We visited on a Saturday around 7pm, and had to wait for about 20 minutes as there were a few other customers. It seemed like there were a lot of families dining that day. We were seated in a tatami room and placed our order right away. Here are the dishes we ordered that day: 1. Kalbi x2 2. Ribeye 3. Harami 4. Thick-cut beef tongue 5. Beef tongue 6. Chicken thigh 7. Ground sausage 8. Kimchi cheese mayonnaise 9. Tteokbokki cheese 10. Daikon kimchi 11. Special premium kalbi 12. Rice (large) 13. Special cold noodles (half) It was a meal with a long-time friend, so we ordered the Kalbi, which I think was around 780 yen. It's quite affordable. My friend had soft drinks as she was driving, but I didn't hold back and enjoyed a draft beer. Considering the prices, all the dishes were delicious. The staff were polite and even apologized for the wait when they seated us, which was nice. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere and you can always go there easily. Plus, you can enjoy satisfying meat dishes, so I will definitely be going back again.

I entered the restaurant about an hour after it opened, but it was already full. I had to wait for about 10 minutes before getting a seat, so it might be better to make a reservation. Inside, there were tatami and table seats. The table seats had bench-type seating where you sit side by side. In the middle of the table, there was a metal bucket where they placed a shichirin (charcoal grill). Since it was charcoal, you couldn't adjust the heat. The table had two types of sauces, salt and pepper, and garlic chips. Other sauces like green onion salt were available for an additional charge. The staff were prompt in taking orders. I ordered the standard 4 types of meat platter and then individual meat items. The kalbi (short rib) had various options, all with decent flavor. The student kalbi for 305 yen was quite satisfying for kids. The explanations of the meat types were helpful, but it got confusing once the plates were served. I recommend trying the assorted horumon (offal). They change daily, so ask the staff for details. The bibimbap and kuppabap (rice soup) in half portions were a good point. For kids, the stone-grilled corn and sausages are a hit. I enjoyed a large beer and extra rice. Overall, the prices were reasonable, but you get what you pay for. It's great for those who want to eat a lot, but more discerning or older diners might find it a bit lacking.

The restaurant seems to have mostly young part-time staff aside from the manager and assistant manager, who provide good education to them. As a regular customer who visits twice a month, I always appreciate how the manager sees me off outside the restaurant. The prices are reasonable and there are many menu options besides yakiniku. They often have promotions with discount coupons as prizes. It can get crowded on weekends, but you can get seated quickly on weekdays. They offer kids' juice and coloring materials for children. The restroom is equipped with toothbrushes, and they give out candies when you leave. The service is really attentive.

I visited during the evening of Obon holiday. I was seated promptly without any wait. I ordered various cuts of meat such as loin, kalbi, harami, and teppanyaki, but the taste was so-so. The meat is grilled on a shichirin. I thought it would be nice to have a selection of higher quality meats like other yakiniku chain restaurants. What left a good impression was the service from the staff. They were efficient and attentive to details in their customer service. It seems like the staff are well trained by the restaurant. I had a very pleasant dining experience.

This is one of my favorite yakiniku chain restaurants. It seems like there are both "Yakiniku Sakai" and "Sumibi Yakiniku Sakai," but this one is the charcoal-grilled yakiniku. I haven't been to the regular "Yakiniku Sakai," but if you're going to grill meat, charcoal is the way to go. However, the regular "Yakiniku Sakai" seems to be cheaper since they don't use charcoal. Besides the grand menu, they also had today's recommendation of domestic beef loin (around $9). This restaurant is always crowded with families. It seems like a comfortable place even for families with small children. The variety of sauces and condiments is also a nice touch.

I have only been to Yakiniku Sakai at this Rakusei branch, but the taste was delicious. It's nice to grill over charcoal. I was able to get a seat without waiting even without a reservation. The atmosphere inside the restaurant looks a bit high-class, but I think the prices are normal. There were expensive items like domestic beef kalbi. It was delicious as expected for the price. I liked that I could add garlic and condiments to the sauce myself, so I could make my own favorite sauce!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
