Located near Kawaramachi Station! "Charcoal and Wine Shijo FUYACHO Store"
Today, I had a drinking party with my senior colleagues whom I haven't seen in a while. We decided to meet at a place that is easily accessible from each person's workplace and residence, so we chose the Charcoal and Wine Shijo FUYACHO Store, just a short walk from Kawaramachi Station. This is a new store opened by a popular meat bar group at the end of last year, and it was my first visit to a store in this group. The interior is a mix of Japanese and modern styles, which is very appealing to female customers. The two-story store, renovated from an old Japanese house, offers counter seats, table seats, semi-private rooms, and a fully private room that can accommodate up to 8 people. With a variety of seating options, it is very convenient to use. The design in Japanese modern style is very popular among women. I was surprised by the high percentage of female customers. Premium All-You-Can-Drink for 2100 yen
I chose the popular all-you-can-drink option. It includes 19 types of red, white, and sparkling bottled wines, as well as beer and sangria, all available for all-you-can-drink. And the best part is, there is no time limit! Oh no, I have a feeling I'll be drunk. The regular beer is delicious, but they also have craft beer, as well as beer cocktails made with cold-pressed juices such as strawberry, mixed berries, and tomato. The drink menu is extensive and includes a variety of options. The all-you-can-drink option for bottled wines is also extensive, making it difficult to choose. The menu includes information on taste, origin, variety, and even "if it were a famous person," making it easy to choose! Asa Akira!! Complimentary Leaf Salad All-You-Can-Eat for 400 yen
A salad that is free-flowing and refillable! This is great. The sesame dressing is delicious. Charcoal-Grilled Meat Tataki for 1000 yen
A platter of tataki with three types of meat: Oyama chicken, Oita Wagyu beef, and Kawachi duck! It has a nice aroma from the charcoal and a rich taste with a Western-style wasabi sauce. Choshi Port Red Meat Straw-Grilled Tataki for 1000 yen
Red meat straw-grilled tataki with a special sauce made of balsamic vinegar and mascarpone cheese! The beetroot side dish adds a nice touch of color. It has a French-like finish. Warm Potato Butter for 800 yen
A two-layered dish of sliced tomatoes and mashed potatoes with a pleasant texture. The rich flavor of fermented whipped butter is irresistible. Red Meat Special Olein 55% for 1800 yen
A balanced meat with over 55% oleic acid (is it a flavor component?). In other words, "red meat"! This is the specialty dish. The perfect pink cooking and the balance of the umami of the red meat and the sweetness of the fat. This is only 1800 yen, which is cheap! - Black garlic sauce - Maldon sea salt - Basil mash It's delicious as it is, but the flavor variations are also excellent. Mushrooms and Taro Oita Wagyu Beef Bouillon Ahihijo for 700 yen
The classic ahihijo is full of ingredients! The fluffy taro and tender mushrooms are enhanced by the bouillon. Focaccia for 300 yen
The special focaccia has an impressive branding. Not only does it look good, but the saltiness is perfect. Smoked Mozzarella for 750 yen
Smoked mozzarella and corned beef in a skillet. The semi-dried tomatoes do a great job. Kibinago Nuggets for 550 yen
Although I'm starting to get full, since there is unlimited all-you-can-drink, I'm going to keep snacking! Crispy kibinago. It's stylish with Dijon mustard and German ketchup. Cheese Assortment for 800 yen
Goat's mashed cheese (vague memory), Saint-Maure, goat cheese. This is also a dish that goes well with alcohol. I got really drunk... There are still more menu items I'm curious about... Maybe I'll go again.
