I visited this restaurant for dinner for the first time. I was able to enjoy my meal in a private room with a sunken kotatsu table, which was very relaxing. The dishes included red clam and udo with vinegar miso, simmered oysters, sweet and spicy simmered wagyu beef, diamond-shaped rice cakes, firefly squid and mentaiko salad, spring chrysanthemum salad, white fish and egg tofu soup, shiitake mushrooms and rapeseed flowers sashimi, tuna, yellowtail, and sea bream with kelp, dried yellowtail, spinach with sesame dressing tempura, shrimp, spring vegetables, and cod wrapped in shiso steamed dish, lily bun in turtle soup style rice, rice, pickles, red miso soup, homemade mandarin orange bun, milk jelly, apple pie. I visited in February, but it was nice to taste various spring flavors like spring chrysanthemum and mountain vegetables. The portion was not too large, so I got the impression that you can easily enjoy Japanese cuisine here.
