"I wanted to try the 'Gakemi's Cold Noodles' so much. It was a limited menu item, and the soup made with corn juice and salt only was getting a lot of attention. I was a little late. It's already sold out. So, let's try another limited menu item that caught my eye... Let's have the 'Aikotomato Vegan Cold Noodles'. The signature menu 'Veggie Soba' is already a unique item, but this one is amazing too. It's like a flood of tomatoes. A delightful scream. The tomato soup is really delicious. It's not just on the screen. I feel like I'm drowning in tomatoes. A refreshing and sweet tomato soup. It surprisingly gives a sense of satisfaction. Among the mountain of fresh tomatoes, there are also some dried tomatoes scattered around. They make a good broth. Watercress is served, and the topping that looks like bulgur wheat is probably rice puffs. It's mixed with basil paste. It smells nice. The one that looks like cream cheese is probably tofu paste, right? It has a texture like chickpea hummus. The visual presentation is incredibly mysterious, but the taste and aroma are well-balanced. The noodles are firm and have a good volume. It was satisfying. It's not just healthy. There is a sense of fulfillment. The restaurant also offers a variety of unique ramen dishes. The idea of trying lamb in Genghis Khan ramen sounds interesting too. The restaurant keeps coming up with endless ideas. I was overwhelmed."

After finishing up my business at Tokyo Station, I felt like eating something delicious, so I decided to stop by! There was a long line at Rokurinsha on the main corridor, but I opted to go to Soranoiro on the side, which turned out to be the right choice! I bought a food ticket, and when I sat down, I was a bit surprised to find something... hair ties placed next to the condiments! As a man, it didn't bother me much, but for those who might find their hair getting in the way or almost getting into their mouth, it could be a nice consideration. Paper aprons were available at the entrance, so feel free to take one! This time, I tried their Special "Light Soy Sauce" Ramen since I don't come to Tokyo Station often! The meat included chicken as well, so you never get tired of eating it! All the meats were tender, but the most impressive was the beef in the shape of a flower in the middle. The flavor of the meat was quite prominent, and it made me feel happy with its tenderness! The noodles were thin and easy to slurp, making it easy for even women to eat. I'm not an expert, but I feel like the soy sauce-based soup had a hint of vegetable sweetness. This restaurant also offers a vegetable-rich ramen that even vegans can enjoy, so I thought that was nice... It was a spontaneous visit, but I was very satisfied with the experience!

Located in Tokyo Station's Ramen Street. I went around 2 pm on a weekday, so I was able to be seated without waiting in line. The last time I ate here, the soy sauce ramen wasn't to my liking, but it seems like the menu has been renewed because the soup was delicious this time. The ramen also came with three types of chashu, all of which were delicious!

The inside of the shop is clean! Located in Tokyo Station, there are many foreign customers as well! Depending on the timing, you can enter without much of a wait even at night! This time, I ordered the special light soy sauce ramen! The soup had a clear transparency. There is also salt and pepper on the table, so if you want to change the flavor, give it a try.

I finally got to visit a shop that I was curious about but never entered whenever I visited Tokyo Ramen Street. I am grateful to the staff who let me in even though it was just before closing time! I tried the special soy sauce ramen. It had a slight acidity to it, and the soy sauce flavor was not too strong, which was excellent.

Vegan tantanmen for 1,500 yen and a beer for 500 yen, totaling 2,000 yen. Visited around 10 pm on a weekday. There was no line, but the restaurant was almost full. Purchased a meal ticket, handed it to the staff, and was guided to a table. The tantanmen was properly spicy, with plenty of vegetables making it seem healthy.

During my student days, I was invited by a friend to work at a live-in job in Izu during the summer. The peak time was until noon, and after that, I would relax by the sea with a beer in hand. I tried to learn surfing from my friends, but I found it difficult to catch the right timing to stand up and ride the waves. Speaking of waves, it reminds me of ambulances. The sound of the siren changes from high to low as it passes by, which is interesting because of the change in sound waves. Sound waves are not the only thing affected by wavelength, light is too. During the day, blue light scatters easily in the air because the sun is close, while in the evening, red light becomes more visible as the sun sets. This affects the colors we see depending on the time of day. So today's morning is all about #SoraNoIro #SoraNoIroNIPPON. I visited a place I had been curious about on my day off, and I tried the #SpecialVegetableSoba. It was served in about 10 minutes. It's a vegetable-based menu that looks beautiful and seems gentle on the body. First, I tried the noodles. The orange-colored flat noodles have a pasta-like visual and a delicious chewy texture. The soup, made from vegetables, is rich in sweetness. The only animal-based ingredient, the half-cooked flavored egg, is deep in flavor. With the addition of yuzu pepper, it adds a nice accent. The lotus root has a crispy texture, similar to a sweet potato dessert, and the sweetness of vegetables like cabbage and carrots is subtly felt. The complexity of the sweetness from multiple vegetables creates a unique and delicious flavor. In the real world, it's not easy to find people whose wavelengths match, but for some reason, it seems easier to find that connection during meals.

After the end of the pandemic, I visited a ramen shop at Tokyo Station that always had long lines. It was the least crowded that day, so I decided to go. There were 10 people waiting at night. I ordered the Shoyu Chashu Ramen for 1200 yen. It was reliably delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I went around 10:30 on Sunday. It was about to be full, but I just managed to get in smoothly. The food is not greasy and heavy, so it's easy to eat. The restaurant is clean, and the floor is not sticky.

The concept of the restaurant is that it is easy for women to enter alone, with a stylish interior. The soy sauce ramen is consistently good and safe to eat. I tried the light soy sauce ramen, and the noodles, chashu, and menma were all perfectly done. I was also interested in the vegetable soba, but I will try that next time.

I visited around 10 p.m. on a regular weekday. Many of the restaurants in Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall were closed, so I was able to enter without waiting and tried the Shoyu Ramen for 880 yen. The soup had a dark color, but it was light and refreshing as the name suggests. The noodles were thin and straight. The ramen had chicken and pork chashu, thick menma, and a classic soy sauce flavor. Personally, I wished the soup had a bit more richness and flavor. Thank you for the meal.

I walked to Soranoiro because even Rokurinsha had only a 1-person wait. It was around 3pm so it was not crowded. In the past, Rokurinsha was exceptional, but other places were relatively easy to get into. With summer vacation and restrictions lifted, there were many foreign visitors. I wanted to eat a light ramen, so I ordered from the ticket machine. Ramen Street is open all day and accepts transportation cards in addition to cash, making it very convenient.

In the afternoon before a business trip, I had some time to spare and decided to visit this place, thinking it was my first time. However, when I checked my history, it turned out to be my second visit. I couldn't clearly remember when I first came here, maybe around the same time as my first visit to Mugii to Olive? I ordered the special light soy sauce ramen. It had a refreshing and tight flavor, simply delicious. It was tasty, but why can't I remember it clearly? Perhaps because this type of flavor has become more common with high-quality ramen chains (such as the INGS group) that are now more accessible nearby?

I went to Soranoironippon at Tokyo Station! Although they weren't really promoting their veggie soba, I really wanted to try it, so I ordered the risotto set! Since it was around 10 am on a weekday, there were no customers inside. The veggie soba had a sweet taste with the flavor of carrots in both the noodles and the soup. The potage flavor was strong, creating a gentle and unique taste. The risotto had a cheese flavor and tasted similar to Italian cuisine, offering a taste that I had never experienced before. Overall, it left me with the impression that it's a taste worth experiencing at least once! Thank you for the meal!

Arrived on a Wednesday weekday at 7:02 PM, there were 11 people ahead. Purchased food tickets in advance and got seated at 7:10 PM. Received my Tsukemen at 7:26 PM, which cost 1,000 yen. It seems like you need to buy the food tickets in advance, but there weren't clear instructions like in other stores. It might be okay to go to the ticket machine while waiting in line. I decided to try the Tsukemen, which is only available from 2 PM on weekdays (3 PM on weekends and holidays). The noodles were made with "Haru yo koi" and were medium-thick and chewy. The soup had chunks of chashu and thick menma, with a sharp soy sauce flavor. Squeezing lemon over the noodles and mixing it in added a refreshing taste. I would like to try their soy sauce ramen next time. It was like eating udon, so it was a neutral experience! Thank you for the meal.

"Sora no Iro Nippon" is a ramen shop located in Tokyo Station Ramen Street, listed in the top 5000 on Tabelog. I tried their Special Light Soy Sauce Ramen for 1350 yen. The soup, with a hint of chicken, has a well-balanced soy sauce flavor that is refreshing. It also has a rich depth of flavor that becomes addictive. The chashu comes in two types, chicken and pork, and the thick menma adds a satisfying chew. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles with a high water content, which pairs well with the soy sauce soup. Overall, it is a high-level ramen that is well put together. It was delicious. I didn't have to wait in line at Tomigawa even at 8:30 pm, so I'll try again next time! I went to Soranoiro in Kojimachi about 10 years ago and I don't remember it, but it was a classic delicious soy sauce ramen! #Tokyo #Kyobashi #Nihonbashi #Otemachi #TokyoRamenStreet #Ramen #LightSoySauceRamen #AmakusaDaioh

It is located in Tokyo Ramen Street on the 1st basement floor of Tokyo Station. I ordered the special light soy sauce ramen! It was a bit disappointing that the soup was lukewarm, and it might have been different if it was piping hot. The chashu comes in chicken, pork belly, and loin, and they are all delicious.

Arrived at Tokyo Station at 10:30 and had plenty of time before catching the Shinkansen, so decided to line up at Ramen Street. However, the line at Rokurinsha was too long, so I chose a place I hadn't tried before where I could be seated right away after buying a special soy sauce ramen ticket. I usually don't order the "special" because I feel like the toppings are too much, but the luxurious appearance lifted my mood. The flavorful soy sauce broth was to my liking, and the medium-thick, chewy noodles were very good. Each topping was delicious as well. The slightly dry texture of the not-so-rare chashu had a great smoky aroma. Everything was good, but because of the generous toppings, I ended up finishing the noodles first and only had the chashu left. Well, that's just my frugality at play.

I arrived at the restaurant late due to a meeting running long, and also had to catch a bullet train. I ordered the ramen here, which had a short line, and it arrived in about 7 minutes. The ramen was a plain soy sauce flavor with no punch, just average. The noodles were a bit unique. The soup could have had more aroma. Overall, I felt one visit was enough for me. Thank you for the meal.

This shop located in Ramen Street inside Tokyo Station has the following features: 1) Selected as one of the top 5000 restaurants on Tabelog, showcasing its true skills. 2) Their light soy sauce ramen is made with soy sauce aged in wooden barrels, Japan's largest free-range chicken "Amakusa Daio," and "π water" that brings out the flavors of the ingredients, all combined with the unprecedented beauty and taste of their "Kinto-un" noodles. They are committed to using top-quality ingredients. 3) In addition to their light soy sauce ramen, they also offer "Goku" tsukemen and Veggie Soba as their main dishes, catering to various dietary restrictions such as allergies, gluten-free, guilt-free, and vegan. They lineup a heartfelt bowl that focuses on "ingredients, nutrition, and taste." This is a recommended shop for those returning from a trip.
