The order of serving appetizers and sushi was well thought out, and the selection of sake was also good. The sushi included rare deep-sea fish that I had never tried before, making it a fun and enjoyable dining experience.

I visited Sushika in Gion, Kyoto for the second time. Today, I ordered the "Kawakita Course" which costs 16,500 yen per person (excluding drinks). I remember choosing this course the last time I was here as well. Personally, I prefer sushi restaurants that focus on nigiri, but this place is exceptional. The chef is from Ishikawa Prefecture, so it seems to have a Kanazawa-style influence. The dishes are served in a specific order, with one dish followed by nigiri. There are three course options, and the Kawakita Course was quite filling and satisfying. Unfortunately, I lost the notes with the names of the dishes I ate, so I only have photos, but I highly recommend this sushi restaurant. They have a wide variety of fish and sake. It's a great place for those who enjoy sake. The chef is friendly and easy to talk to, and the restaurant is still new and clean, creating a cozy atmosphere. I definitely want to visit again.

There is no parking lot. There is a coin parking lot right in front, but the fee for leaving was ridiculously high, so I recommend parking at a coin parking lot with a maximum fee. The sushi was all delicious and had a good portion, so it was great. The chef highly recommended the Red Madonna!! It was very sweet and delicious. I think it was a course of over 20,000 yen. I don't remember much...

The owner's stories were interesting, the staff's service was good, and I enjoyed not only the food but also the atmosphere of the restaurant. The sushi and small dishes alternated, making it a very popular place for those who enjoy drinking alcohol.
