I went to Gyu-Kaku for the first time in a long time since my 20s. They have all-you-can-eat now! The meat was good for all-you-can-eat. It cost about 4,500 yen per person, including unlimited soft drinks. If you don't drink alcohol and you're not a big eater, going to a normal delicious yakiniku restaurant and eating until you're full will cost about the same. It was crowded with customers, so it seems like a good place for young people to have a lively time together.

I don't eat much, so I ordered a la carte for lunch. When it comes to Gyu-Kaku, I remember being amazed about 15 years ago when I thought, "Is there such a delicious yakiniku restaurant?" The premium thick-cut beef tongue was around 1400 yen. I was served frozen meat that was rock hard and I couldn't believe my eyes. It had a strong frozen smell, which I found off-putting. The meat, like the loin, was thin and lacked juiciness. It was surprising because it wasn't all-you-can-eat, just a la carte. The plum and shiso cold noodles were quite salty and lacked flavor. I wondered if they were prepared correctly. I'm not trying to post a negative review, but I want to ask if the Gyu-Kaku that was once delicious can still be found. However, the cost performance as an all-you-can-eat option may be good. Unfortunately, since I don't need a lot of food, I don't think I will ever go back as it is now. To the staff, I apologize, but this is my honest feedback.

On a regular Monday around 4 pm, there was only one customer at the restaurant I visited. It was quite empty with just one more person arriving later. The staff mentioned that it was because of COVID-19, which was really sad. I opted for the cheapest all-you-can-eat option, but the variety was a bit limited due to the low price. I should have chosen a slightly more expensive option. The meat, especially the thinly sliced kalbi, cooked quickly so I could eat a lot, which was good. There were different flavors available like miso sauce for the harami, which was nice.

My son wanted to eat yakiniku, so it was our second visit. Of course, we ordered the all-you-can-eat option. Last time, we were eating leisurely and missed out on dessert because time was up, which was disappointing. But this time, we made sure to order early and were able to enjoy the Gyu-kaku ice cream to our heart's content, with a satisfaction level of 100%. We conquered all the meats, salads, and bibimbap that we wanted to eat, and our stomachs were full and satisfied. Thank you for the feast. We will come again.

It's been a while since I had yakiniku at Gyu-Kaku. I chose the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink course. I ate a lot of meat, meat, meat. I also ordered plenty of vegetables and was very satisfied. I just wish the time limit was a little longer... I didn't even get to dessert before it ended. The food itself was satisfying, but one thing that bothered me was the drinks. Even though I ordered, they didn't bring them to me in a timely manner, so I couldn't drink enough even though it was all-you-can-drink. Next time I come, I'll make sure to order more drinks earlier.

For lunch, it's a bit on the expensive side, but if you think of it as having grilled meat and drinks during the day, it's actually quite affordable. Next time, I want to add all-you-can-drink option and really enjoy drinking. However, when I come for grilled meat, I end up eating rice, so I can't drink that much. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I think there may be a slight issue with the timing of the food service. There are many foreign staff members, so when they bring the food, they tell you the name of the dish. However, they seem to lack confidence in Japanese, so it was difficult to understand what kind of meat was being served because they said it so quietly. Besides that, the variety of meats was plentiful and delicious!

It was easy to place an order with the touch panel, and the atmosphere was different from other Gyu-Kaku restaurants, which was nice.
