I have been using this restaurant since it opened in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture. The course meal started with simmered fish, igisu tofu, assorted sashimi, tempura, simmered fish, and dice steak. It was so fulfilling that I thought I wouldn't be able to eat the sushi at the end (but somehow managed to fit it in). They also recommended two types of Japanese sake - a crisp one from Fukui and a sweet one, both of which complemented the dishes well. I would love to revisit when I go to Kyoto.
