Located in a very narrow alley a short walk from Ginza Station. I visited on a weekday at 18:30 and there was already a line of about 15 people. I waited for about 40 minutes until I could enter. There were many drag queens in line, so it seems like a place with a high proportion of women. There were also many foreigners. While waiting, you can smell the nice fragrance of truffles coming from inside the shop. I ordered the Chicken White Soup Soba for 1200 yen. It was served in 10 minutes. The soup was rich in chicken flavor but not too thick. The thin noodles were well mixed with the soup and delicious. You can enjoy changing the taste with the pride onion and grated ginger provided on the side. After changing the taste, it was refreshing to eat, so I finished all the soup. I would definitely like to try other menu items at this shop.

I had the Truffle Ramen in a large portion. The taste was delicious. But it's a bit pricey... The service is not bad, but not great either. It's not the high-quality service you would expect in Ginza. The female staff members, who are not Japanese, seem to be chatting with each other. The taste is good. The soup is rich and tastes like a potage, which is delicious. But considering the cost performance and the service, I would rate it 2.5 out of 5. I recommend ordering the Truffle Ramen over the Tsukemen. My friend had the Tsukemen and was quite disappointed, saying "Is this it for the high price?" The Truffle Ramen is delicious for its price. The toppings are also tasty. The sweet potato is sweet and delicious, and the young corn has a strong corn-like sweetness that is tasty. However, the cost performance and service are a bit lacking. Maybe I had too high expectations because it's in Ginza. The taste is delicious (I know, I keep repeating it).

"Ginza Kagari Honten" is a famous restaurant in Ginza known for its chicken white broth ramen, listed in the top 5000 on Tabelog. It is a completely cashless establishment. Around 3:00 PM, there were many foreign customers lining up outside the store. The interior of the restaurant consists of only a counter. I purchased a ticket for the Special Chicken White Broth Ramen with Fresh Truffle for 2800 yen and 3 chicken dumplings for 300 yen from the ticket machine. The creamy chicken white broth soup, similar to a potage, with the concentrated umami of chicken, paired incredibly well with the truffle. The noodles were thin and straight, and came with ginger and onion chips as condiments. The target audience is clearly tourists, and the staff, many of whom are foreigners, provide efficient service. Once you finish your meal, the dishes are swiftly cleared away. While it may be a bit pricey, the food was delicious. Thank you for the meal. #GinzaKagariHonten #Kagari #GinzaGourmet #GinzaRamen #Ramen #DeliciousRamen #TokyoRamen #GinzaLunch #WantToConnectWithGourmetLovers #GourmetInstagram #Gurunavi #WantToConnectWithGourmetLovers #FoodPornGram #FoodPornographer #TabeLog #FoodStagram #FoodStagrammer #FoodPornism #GourmetTravel #DeliciousnessIsHappiness #LookingForGourmetFriends #GourmetClub #FoodieGirls #FoodieBoys #WantToConnectWithGourmets #KantoGourmet #FoodReportGram #GourmetReport #GourmetWriter #FoodWriter #BGradeGourmetInformation #TokyoFoodCulture"

Located in the Ginza 6-chome area, Kagari in Ginza is a well-known restaurant that you've probably heard of before. Despite being tucked away in an alley, you can easily spot it by the crowd of people, so getting lost is unlikely (laughs). Even though it was nighttime when I visited, there were about 10 people lined up. The line may be long, but once you enter the restaurant and place your order, the food is served in just a few minutes, so the stress is minimal. I think their refined system is quite impressive. This restaurant is completely cashless, so cash is not accepted. Payment is done through cards or electronic money. This time, I ordered: - Chicken Paitan Ramen (1500 yen) - Chicken Chashu Butter Rice with Truffle Soy Sauce (480 yen) Ramen prices have been increasing lately, and this one starts at a minimum of 1500 yen. But let me tell you, the taste is worth it. The refined deliciousness of the chicken paitan soup was truly captivating. I felt like I could drink this soup forever. The curly noodles were perfectly intertwined with the soup, making it even more delicious. The ingredients were quite luxurious for a standard ramen, with chicken chashu and summer vegetables (such as pumpkin) adding both color and elegance. Personally, I think the Chicken Chashu Butter Rice may not have been necessary to order. The butter felt a bit excessive. I thought it would have been much tastier if the truffle soy sauce was lightly drizzled over the chashu. Since the ramen soup is on the richer side, the butter felt a bit heavy. It was my first visit in a while, and I enjoyed the meal so much that I'm already thinking about coming back!

I visited around 6:00 pm on a regular evening and there was a long line of about 20 people (mostly foreign tourists). It took almost an hour to finally get inside. I ordered the dipping noodles (tsukemen). I ordered a large size and it came with quite a lot. The flavor was rich and delicious, but there was too much water in the noodles, so towards the end, the flavor of the dipping sauce became a bit diluted, which was a little disappointing.

I had never visited this place before because there was always a long line of foreigners, but since I went early this time, there were only about 7 people in line, so I was lucky. I visited around 4:30 pm and was able to enter the restaurant by 5 pm. I had eaten ramen before, so this time I tried the tsukemen. The noodles were thin and had a smooth texture with good firmness, making it easy to eat in the hot summer. The dipping sauce had a refreshing base with a hint of chicken flavor and oil, making it easy to slurp up. The toppings were delicious, and with wasabi and yuzu pepper provided for flavor variation, I enjoyed trying different ways of eating it and finished it in no time. The tsukemen was also delicious.

It was completely a shop for tourists. There were many reviews on Google, so it seems like tourists are reviewing it. We were the only Japanese there, with 99% being foreigners. The chicken broth was delicious, but the price of 1400 yen was a bit high.

I arrived after 6 pm on a weekday. Just like during lunchtime, most of the customers were inbound tourists. I waited for about 30-40 minutes before being seated. This time, I chose the tsukemen. Although there was a line outside, the service was smooth once inside. The noodles were firm and chewy, and they paired well with the clear soup. It was truly delicious, living up to its Michelin reputation. However, I felt that the prices were a bit steep, giving off a touristy vibe. It might be difficult for regular visits. The staff, mostly foreigners, spoke fluent Japanese and provided polite service. However, I couldn't help but notice some of the staff's hairstyles and habits like touching their hair, which was a bit off-putting. Also, when tourists were blocking the entrance to take Instagram-worthy photos with the noren curtain, the staff didn't say anything and just watched. This caused a disruption in the flow of customers entering and exiting the restaurant. I felt that prioritizing the waiting customers over the photo-taking tourists would have been better. It was a shame because the ramen was delicious, but these issues left a negative impression.

- The customer base mainly consists of tourists from overseas, and there was a long line, but the turnover rate and the shop's service were good so we were able to get in quickly! - The creamy soup with unique vegetable toppings that you don't see at other ramen shops was personally appealing! - Overall, the prices are on the higher side, but the taste is so good that it makes you want to go occasionally!

It's delicious but... on weekdays during lunchtime, there's a long line 30 minutes before opening. Most of the customers are foreign tourists, maybe it's in a guidebook. The interior is only counter seating. The staff are also foreigners. They are not very efficient and the organization is poor... The background music playing pop music is also a bit off... The ramen is delicious. The creamy soup clings well to the noodles. However, I probably won't come back again.

Taste: The soup had a unique flavor that is hard to find in other restaurants, and it was delicious. I can see why it is highly rated by foreigners. Appearance: The ramen had a lot of vegetables and looked beautiful. Price: The special ramen seemed a bit pricier than the average, but worth it. Cleanliness: The restaurant was very clean. Time: I arrived around 1:00 PM on a Sunday. Wait time: The restaurant was full, so I waited outside for about 45 minutes. There are separate lines for ticket purchase and entry, so be careful. (The staff will guide you.) Ordering: Just hand in the ticket you purchased outside when you enter the restaurant. Payment: Electronic money is accepted (at the ticket machine). Satisfaction: It was worth visiting for its rarity. The chicken broth was so good that I couldn't help but finish it all.

I visited around 15:00 on Sunday. It took about 30 minutes to buy a meal ticket and another 30 minutes to receive my bowl of ramen. There were many foreigners there. The chicken broth ramen had a gentle and delicious flavor, it was excellent. I also liked that the toppings were served separately. Thank you for the meal.

<Small exhibition at @bar_yunagi 8.28-9.23> A story about visiting Kagari after a thunderstorm at 16:00 and finding it completely like a foreign shop. During a recent business trip to Umeda, I had the opportunity to visit Kagari after a long time, and it was great, so I was looking forward to visiting the main store. As expected, there was a wait, with about 5 people ahead of me, but it was not a problem at all. The surroundings seemed to be Vietnamese or Thai. While waiting in line, they handed me the menu. I quickly noticed that the prices were different from Umeda, reflecting the regional differences. The interior of the shop had a strong foreign atmosphere, similar to a ramen shop in Singapore. It seemed like they had increased the number of seats, as it was quite crowded. The special white broth SOBA that I ordered arrived in seconds. The operation seemed a bit chaotic, but the service was fast. The soup was delicious like in the Umeda store, but I personally prefer the noodles to be a bit firmer. The toppings were good even without the special option. A Taiwanese couple behind me started arguing, causing a commotion. Since the rain had stopped and it was nearing 17:00, the shop was getting crowded, so I decided to leave quickly. It was heartwarming to see the children slurping up the remaining broth in their bowls. If you're looking for a peaceful dining experience, the branch store might be a better choice. Overall, it was a great visit to Kagari's main store after a long time. Thank you for the meal. I mainly go to Minato-yu in Chuo Ward for the sauna. While it may not have the latest sauna facilities, the price and atmosphere are outstanding. Especially the first bath on Sundays is the best. During a conversation about this, I unexpectedly met a fellow public bath lover and had a night of exchanging information. This summer, I will gradually experience various public baths that I have not visited yet. Where should I go tomorrow?

I decided to visit the restaurant for lunch as it was very close to the hotel where I was staying. It was a weekday in August, during summer vacation. I went to check the place out the day before around noon, and there was an insanely long line. I had a bad feeling about underestimating the situation. I checked again on the day of around 10 a.m. and there was no one there. I checked out of the hotel and by 10:30, there were already more than 10 people in line. I felt like I might have made a mistake. About 90% of the people waiting were foreigners, which made me feel like I was in a foreign country. It was a back alley but there was shade, so I could wait comfortably for now. As the afternoon approached, it started to get hot and a little uncomfortable. While waiting, I was asked how many people were in my group, and the menu was passed around multiple times. The frequency was so high that the foreigners behind me and I exchanged awkward smiles. However, there was no explanation of the menu, even though there were many people who couldn't understand Japanese. The restaurant opened at 11 a.m. and groups were called in order to pay at the ticket machine inside. Cash was not accepted. After making a purchase, we had to leave and wait again. Luckily, I was able to get a seat right after purchasing my meal. I barely made it in on the last round. Being alone might have worked in my favor. The food was served in order, and I was the last one. My bowl arrived at 11:12. This was my first time trying the chicken paitan ramen at this restaurant, so I ordered the regular one. It was delicious! It was rich yet light at the same time, not as heavy as tonkotsu ramen. I could understand why people would wait in line to eat this! You can also add fried garlic or ginger for extra flavor. The chicken ham in the ramen was tender. The toppings included snow peas, bell peppers, and bamboo shoots, making it not only delicious but also stylish. It truly lived up to its reputation in Ginza. I had eaten too much the day before, so my stomach was already at its limit, but I managed to finish the soup. The staff even asked if I needed a paper apron, even though I didn't request one. The service was great. I was completely satisfied with being able to enjoy the taste of this famous restaurant.

I visited before the opening at 10:40 on a regular day, but there were already more than 10 foreign visitors waiting in line! The front entrance is in an alley, so it's shady but the air might be a bit stuffy. However, the taste of the ramen is excellent♪ For those who like Mizutaki, you must try the chicken white broth soba here! Next, I want to try the Otemachi branch located inside a building.

Located about a 4-minute walk from Ginza Station, this restaurant has an elegant atmosphere like a high-class Japanese cuisine establishment! We ordered two classic dishes, Chicken Shoyu Soba and Chicken Paitan Soba since there were two of us. I went with the shoyu (soy sauce) option. The soup, a combination of chicken broth and various vegetables, is like a concentrated potage with rich flavors that have melded together beautifully! The toppings are vibrant and visually appealing, making them look delicious! It was also nice to have ginger and fried onions as flavor enhancers on the side. Personally, I sometimes find the chicken paitan soup a bit monotonous halfway through, so having these flavor enhancers was much appreciated! They also offer clear broth options and tsukemen, so I look forward to trying a variety of dishes on my next visit!

It's incredibly delicious. It's no wonder people come from overseas for this. It feels like the line gets longer every time I come, but I understand why. The ramen is a bit pricey at 1800 yen a bowl, but honestly, it's delicious. I come here not for the ramen, but for the gyoza.

The restaurant is located in a back alley that seems easy to get lost in at 6-4-12 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. I read the reviews on MyRebi and decided to visit at 5:45 PM on Saturday. There were 20 people lined up outside the restaurant, and more kept coming, making the line longer. Almost everyone except me was foreigners. At 5:59 PM, the menu was handed out outside. It seems you can decide what to order while waiting. I entered the restaurant at 6:05 PM, and most of the items on the touch panel ticket machine were sold out. I purchased a ticket for Chicken and Porcini Mushroom Soy Dipping Soba for 1300 yen, different from what I had decided outside. The restaurant only accepts credit cards or mobile payments, no cash. I also paid by credit card. I was seated at the counter at 6:22 PM. There were about 10 staff members, all dressed in traditional Japanese attire, and the interior had a Japanese theme, but Western music was playing in the background. I was served water, yuzu pepper, and wasabi at 6:23 PM. The Chicken and Porcini Mushroom Soy Dipping Soba arrived at 6:29 PM. The noodles were thin and chewy, suitable for the cold soup. The soup was hot with a simple soy sauce base, complemented by ingredients like porcini mushrooms. The toppings had a refreshing appearance, and the roasted chashu was delicious. Surprisingly, the wontons that came in a separate dish were also tasty. Thank you for the meal.

Once you add toppings, it costs 3,000 yen per bowl. It feels like a luxury dish targeted towards foreign tourists. The taste is good and the atmosphere is nice, but it's too expensive. Most people lining up are foreign tourists in the heart of Ginza. Is the pricing aimed at tourists? The price has been bothering me since buying the first food ticket, making me think about cost performance. If you love ramen, it might be worth a try, but you could eat two bowls at other ramen shops for the price of one bowl here.

The majority of the customers in the restaurant were foreigners visiting Japan. When lining up, a staff member called out to order food tickets first. Only electronic payment was accepted. I ordered the special soy sauce dipping noodles. The appearance was beautiful, and the smooth noodles were refreshing. It's great that you can get your vegetables in as well. However, I couldn't help but notice that the customer service seemed to be geared towards tourists. I understand that it may be to increase turnover, but as soon as I finished eating, the staff immediately reached out to clear the dishes. The ramen, although not cheap, didn't leave much room to enjoy the meal or savor the experience.

【Review】No restaurant has surpassed Kagaribi yet when it comes to chicken broth. The truffle flavor is irresistible. Despite the slightly higher price, there is a reason to go. 【Use Scene】Suitable for solo lunches or even dates due to the high-quality taste and elegant interior.
