They were able to customize the selection by changing the medium fatty tuna and seared salmon. The seared salmon, sea urchin, sea bream, and sweet shrimp were particularly delicious. The salmon roe was a bit small. The rice was decent. Overall, the sushi was satisfyingly large and filled us up. Eating sushi with a group is always enjoyable. It was a delightful dinner. 3.2

She was told to avoid raw food during pregnancy, so she was finally able to eat it after giving birth. We usually order from Chujiro, but this time we tried a different place after many years. We ordered the Kaga 5-person bucket sushi for 5,980 yen (excluding tax). The Kaga assortment includes tuna, salmon, sea bream, conger eel, shrimp, squid, salmon roe, negitoro gunkan, whelk, and egg, totaling 10 pieces. The sushi pieces are on the larger side, providing a satisfying feeling. The toppings are also large and good. However, the rice is just average, with a slightly light vinegar taste that is not to my liking. The toppings themselves are also average. It's neither good nor bad, just okay. I think Chujiro's sushi tastes better. 3.0
