This is a restaurant where the famous "washing sauce" originated in Kyoto yakiniku. The menu varies depending on the floor, and this time I made a reservation for the standard floor on the 2nd floor. The prices are set slightly higher. It's a matter of personal preference, but I felt that the heavenly kalbi didn't go well with the washing sauce. On the other hand, the heavenly loin and washing sauce were a perfect match. That alone was worth it.
