mojito o4s1
Today, I went to Miuraya to try their 2nd-anniversary ramen (*˘︶˘*) I arrived a bit late, around 9:30 in the morning, and I was the 17th in line, but it was no problem! Today, they were serving a 1500 yen ramen and 3 slices of chashu for 500 yen, so I decided to get both. There were a lot of Miuraya fans lining up, and it was quite crowded even in the morning, so I was glad I arrived early. After the first group of customers finished eating and left, I was seated. I bought some merchandise like stickers and a t-shirt before waiting for my order. Today, you couldn't customize your order, it was served as is, but they did offer rice as a service. And then, the ramen arrived!! It was served in a yellow bowl, which looked small at first, but the portion of ramen was generous! First, I tried the soup, and it was amazing! The broth had a fishy flavor with the umami taste of dried sardines, and it filled my mouth with deliciousness. The ramen served in 2005 was not your typical tonkotsu ramen. It had a new and nostalgic vibe to it, reminding me of a ramen I had tried before. The balance and harmony between the noodles and the soup were excellent. The chashu was not only tender but also had a perfect thickness and flavor. The menma was well-prepared, and the spinach had a different visual appeal than usual, adding to the overall experience. The yuzu and green onions provided a nice touch, although I wished there was more than one sheet of seaweed. Nevertheless, the quality was top-notch, and I left feeling satisfied. It's not often you come across a ramen like this, but I would love to encounter it again. Congratulations on your 2nd anniversary, Miuraya!
