When it comes to castella in my house, it's all about Fukusaya's castella. In addition to the regular golden castella, this shop offers a unique cake with chocolate flavor, raisins, and walnuts. It's so delicious! I always buy the classic castella and the chocolate flavor. They also have a mini size called "cube" that contains two square pieces in a cube-shaped box. It's affordable, so trying the mini size first might be a good idea to taste the flavors.
