It turns out that "Americaine sauce" is a vivid orange sauce made by sautéing shrimp shells with aromatic vegetables. There's no strange seasoning, just the exquisite flavor of the shrimp. Thank you! By the way, on this first day of the 3-day weekend, Saturday morning at 9:40 am, I heard the announcement that they had reached the limited quantity and were turning customers away. The daily sausage is juicy ❤️ the prosciutto is fresh ❤️ plenty of salad and boiled eggs ❤️ 2 freshly baked bread slices with a drink for only 500 yen, I was very surprised!
