酒カス独身
A very fun mini trip to China. This restaurant is a famous hot pot restaurant in China that everyone knows. All the staff are Chinese, and over 90% of the customers are also Chinese. Since my companion was Chinese, all interactions with the staff inside the restaurant were in Chinese (laughs). They can speak Japanese as well. This restaurant is considered a bit on the expensive side in China, so a regular meal would cost around 3-4000 yen. You can choose the soup, and it costs around 1400 yen for one type. The spicy one is really hot, making your lips swell. The tomato one is recommended. While it's tempting to invest in the soup, my recommendation is not to invest too much in the soup. This is because there are many types of sauces here, which are rich in flavor and very delicious, making the taste of the soup less relevant. You can combine sesame paste, seafood sauce, doubanjiang, chili oil, garlic, and many other seasonings to create your own sauce. This is fun. Occasionally, there are performances, mini plays, and birthday surprises inside the restaurant, which are very enjoyable. The birthday surprise plays the birthday song at a very loud volume (of course in Chinese), so it can be embarrassing. But it's fun for the onlookers. The menu includes items like pig's brain, blood, which may be a bit shocking for Japanese people, as well as wagyu beef, rice cakes, and other familiar items. My recommendation is the dried tofu. It's like thick yuba noodles and it's delicious. But the portion is large, so half should be enough. The fried bread is also delicious. It comes with condensed milk, and it's easy to get full faster than you think, so it's recommended to order little by little. It's quite expensive (laughs).
