I ordered the fluffy ricotta pancake for 1450 yen, and the eggs benedict for 1500 yen, along with ginger tea and green tea. The pancake took 30 minutes to arrive. The stack of three pancakes was a lot, so my companion and I decided to share. The pancakes were light and fluffy, with a slight doughy texture remaining. They weren't overly sweet and had a simple flavor that I really enjoyed. They were so good that I wanted more even after finishing half. The separate maple syrup provided was unnecessary as the pancakes were delicious on their own. The whipped cream-like topping had a slightly salty taste (like cheese), which I found to be okay, but my husband, who prefers pancakes to be more well-done, wasn't as impressed. The eggs benedict and drinks were average. The salad that came with the eggs benedict had a nice, flavorful dressing and was tasty.
