MAYPYON
Before worshiping YOSHIKI-sama at THE LAST ROCKSTARS, we stopped for gas with friends. We were close to Hako and when we saw the website for Ariake Garden connected to a friend's hotel, we thought maybe we should try the sashimi since it's near Toyosu. However, we were drawn in by the allure of beer, gyoza, and beef tongue meatballs. Even though it was around 3:30, we were handed the set menu and I just said, "Beer, please." "Which kind?" "The biggest mug you have," I replied. We also ordered some appetizers like beef tongue sausages and meatballs. It's been 20 years since we first met, and nothing has changed. What are we doing with our lives? What is "girl power"? Haha! The beer goes really well with the food. Another friend, who is also a drinker, joined us. Should we get some sashimi and sushi? It all looks so delicious. Should we just order everything? With three big mugs of beer lined up, we exchanged souvenirs while grilling. "Where should we go next?" I'm pretty full, but my friend who doesn't drink joined us. Looking at the menu, she said, "I feel like having donuts." "But you just had lunch and were working until now. Why not save it for dinner? They have a set menu too." "Oh, I see," she said and ordered a set meal by herself. The meat looks so thin, this one looks tastier, so we traded. It was quite filling, so the non-drinking friend only paid two thousand yen and split the rest between the three drinkers. On the way home, we realized that the meat was quite expensive, but it's okay because it was delicious! It's nice to enjoy this carefree company. Despite the delayed train due to light snow, we had a great time!
