FENDI's collaboration cafe that comes around this time of year. This year, instead of the usual Aniversel Cafe, they collaborated with "forucafe Harajuku Store" and opened a limited-time "Fendi Cafe by For" from 11/4 to 11/23. The location is on the first floor of "Iceberg" just a little past the first traffic light when you go from Meiji Shrine front intersection towards Shibuya on Meiji Street. Reservations are not available, so I arrived 1.5 hours before opening and was the third person in line. Surprisingly, the first person in line came at 7:30, two hours before opening. They start scanning the QR code of the menu at 9:30 and begin taking orders at 9:45. There were about 50 people lined up at opening time. The store has 6 table seats (12 people) and 4 counter seats, so it's a tight space. Those who couldn't get in on the first round were given a ticket and asked to come at a designated time. There were some complaints, but improvements have been made. Seats cannot be chosen, but now they guide people from near the popular Fendi neon logo seat, so it's more fair. The neon seat has become a photo spot, and anyone can take pictures, but bringing in food and drinks is prohibited. I tried the Brulee French Toast (Pistachio White Chocolate and Berry) for 1,600 yen, limited to 20 servings per day (10 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon). It was not only visually cute but also incredibly delicious. The cafe latte (800 yen per cup) with latte art comes in 7 different designs like the FF logo or baguette bag, and it's served in a cute pink cup. The Tiramisu (1,200 yen each) with the logo is available as a parfait in Tiramisu, Berry, and Matcha flavors. I chose the Tiramisu, and despite concerns about slow food service in the 1-hour time limit, everything arrived in less than 10 minutes, addressing this issue. You can also take home a mask case. Additionally, there is a corner displaying and selling the latest collection and popular baguettes from the past.

I was looking for a healthy lunch and found a good sign, so I decided to pop in! The cafe I saw before was over 2000 yen for a salad, but here I could get a set with a drink for around 1500 yen! And it was delicious! Isn't it nice that it had salmon on top?

A shop in Harajuku!! It is located along the main street!! You can choose the combination of ingredients for your plate! The menu is delicious and seems good for your body, so there is no guilt in indulging in this amazing lunch! Self-service water is available! Towards the back of the shop, there is a workspace that seems to be for members, where people can work or do tasks! I would love to use it if I have the chance☺︎ Thank you for the meal・:*

"WeWork" is a company that rents office spaces in various high-rise buildings to individuals, businesses, and organizations. I once used the WeWork space in the Kamiyacho Trust Tower when assisting with the government's COVID-19 response through the GOTO program. The office space was comfortable with excellent security, rest areas, and free drinks. The Folks Cafe Harajuku branch is responsible for the WeWork Iceberg cafe, serving both office users and the general public. After having a meal, organizing some photos, and writing a few drafts, I decided to walk from Harajuku to use the cafe. I ordered a "Hot Americano" (420 yen) and paid with PayPay. The front side of the cafe is for general customers, while the other side is for WeWork members. I received my coffee and sat on a comfortable sofa seat to work. After about an hour, a mother with a baby sat next to me, so I decided to finish up and leave. This cafe in Nishi Waseda seems to be popular for its granola and curry dishes."

In the past, Instagrammers used to rave about the French toast here every season, but I was always curious about the deli options, so I finally visited. The front area is a cafe space, while the back is a WeWork workspace. The cafe space has a counter, tables, and sofa seating.
I chose the 5-grain rice and salad base (tax included at 1030 yen). First, you choose between 5-grain rice or salad. I chose 5-grain rice. You can select 2-4 deli items from 6 options. I chose 3 items, with an additional 50 yen for roast pork.
- Spicy sweet potato and pumpkin salad
- Apple salad with cottage cheese
- Roast pork
I love the combination of spicy sweet potato and pumpkin. The crispy apple is refreshing with a hint of sweetness, and mixing it with grainy mustard adds a nice tanginess. The tender pork goes well with the fresh acidity of the tomatoes. The slightly warm and fluffy 5-grain rice is moist. While there is plenty of rice, the amount of deli items is a bit on the smaller side. I would be happier if they served a bit more of the deli items.

★French Toast Salty Caramel Vanilla ★French Toast Pistachio White Chocolate and Berry ★Berry Parfait ★Café Latte (HOT) ★Chai Latte (HOT) The atmosphere is so cute with FENDI's world view! The interior is pink and adorable. There are plenty of sweets and drinks inspired by FENDI's logo! ・Brulee French Toast It was beyond my expectations, with a fluffy inside and crispy brulee texture on the outside. The French toast was delicious! It's limited in quantity, so I'm glad there was still some left! ・Berry Parfait The mousse, cream, and berry sauce were all quite sweet, so it might be too much for those who don't like very sweet desserts. But the presentation is top-notch! ・Café Latte You can adjust the richness by adding espresso afterwards, so even people who don't like coffee can enjoy it! The Café Latte has a cleaner logo impression than the other drinks. You can't choose your seat, but you can take photos at the photo spot. I lined up before 9:00 in the morning and was the 16th group in line! I was able to get in on the second round. There was a one-hour time limit inside the store.

☕️『FENDI CAFFE by foru』6-12-18 Jingu-mae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, THE ICEBERG 1st floor. A collaboration cafe between Fendi and Folcafe Harajuku store, offering limited-time eat-in and take-out options from November 4th to 23rd. I stopped by on my way back from Shibuya and managed to get a take-out after a short wait of about 10 minutes. I've visited the Aniversel Cafe collaboration in 2020 and 2021, and I remember waiting for 3 hours to get in on a Sunday. The menu includes cafe latte, green smoothie, and a baguette with prosciutto. When you purchase for take-out, you also get a mask holder. I enjoyed the green smoothie. #fendicafe #fendicafeforu #collaboration #HarajukuCafe #HarajukuGourmet #HarajukuLunch #fendi #limitedtime #smoothie #cafelatte

Located along Meiji Street, just a 2-minute walk from Exit 7 of Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line's "Meiji-jingumae Station" and a 5-minute walk from JR Yamanote Line's "Harajuku Station," this café is perfect for online meetings. I ordered an iced coffee, which was delicious. The café was moderately busy, which was nice. Check out their Instagram at kuidaore.8.

Located on the first floor of WeWork in Harajuku, Forucafe offers a 800 yen menu with mixed grain rice and a choice of two deli items. While the menu selection may not be extensive, the prices are reasonable and the food is delicious compared to other salad shops. It's a hidden gem as it was not crowded even during lunchtime. The staff were also very friendly. #Salad #SaladLunch #HarajukuCafe #HarajukuLunch

On a precious weekday off before changing jobs, I decided to spend my paid leave at a cafe. The cafe is located between Meiji-jingumae Station and Shibuya Station, closer to Meiji-jingumae Station. It is inside the WeWork coworking space, and although I hesitated a bit to enter, this cafe is open to anyone, so you can just go to the register on the left once you enter the entrance. I had wanted to eat French toast, but unfortunately, they didn't serve it during breakfast hours. I made a basic mistake. Since there seemed to be no toast available, I decided to go for granola instead. I ordered a hot cafe latte as my drink. It was a chilly day, and the granola with fruits was cold. The closer you are to the windows facing the street, the colder it feels. It has gotten warmer now, so it should be fine, but I still had to put my down jacket over my knees. The hot cafe latte was beautifully presented with latte art. Even though the art was similar, it still made me smile. The cafe had a few customers coming in and out, and as time passed, some people came in for meetings. Despite feeling a bit shivery due to the cold weather, I enjoyed the granola. I then searched for a cafe on Tabelog where I could have toast for breakfast and headed to Sarutahiko Coffee in Harajuku Station. The cafe latte was delicious, and if you happen to pass by and it's not too crowded, it's a nice place to take a break. Thank you for the meal.

I found this place while walking around Harajuku after shopping for Christmas at a nearby outdoor store. As a salad lover, this is perfect for me! I chose three types of salads from the deli... avocado, pumpkin and beans, and apple salad. The dressing was olive oil and vinegar. I also had an Americano coffee. The pumpkin salad had nuts in it, giving it a nice texture. It really feels like autumn. The apple salad with chopped onions was delicious. Looking around, I saw people using this place as a workspace, with a few pairs of women and foreign men typing away on their PCs or tablets. This is great. Tokyo should be like this. These places that rent out space by the hour are like mini oases in the city. I feel refreshed. Thank you, I'll post my review on Tabelog. Today I'm going back to Hokkaido after a day trip, but I had a nice little break. Now, off to my meeting.

This is a cafe with a coworking space along Meiji Street. The Hazelnut Latte for 520 yen and the Creme Brulee French Toast with orange for 980 yen were ordered. The famous Creme Brulee French Toast came with fresh oranges and blueberries on top, with orange syrup drizzled over it. The French toast was a bit too soggy from soaking in the batter too long, and the surface wasn't as crispy as expected. The fresh oranges were sweet and juicy, balancing well with the slightly tart orange syrup. The Hazelnut Latte was delicious but lukewarm. The service was slow and the coffee was not hot enough, so the overall operation could be improved.

Wow, is this Omotesando? It's so quiet and peaceful here. I saw this place recommended on Instagram, so I decided to check it out. It was quite crowded on a sunny Sunday afternoon, with about 80-90% of the seats taken. The best seating option is at the counter. I happened to find a seat available when I visited on a Sunday, but the interior of the shop was transformed into a very focused workspace. The French toast seems to be popular here (I had some pastries and coffee).

Limited-time Mont Blanc French Toast
French toast brûlée with vanilla ice cream and chestnut cream on top
The French toast is delicious, served with a knife but can be easily cut with a fork
Not too sweet, fluffy and creamy
The bitterness of the brûlée on top adds a nice touch
The chestnut cream is sweet, but more creamy than chestnut-flavored
It's sweet but not overpowering, and it complements the French toast well

The restaurant offers table seats, counter seats, and terrace seats! The French toast I ordered this time had a rich Mont Blanc cream & vanilla ice cream, as well as chestnut compote, nuts, and various textures and flavors to enjoy! The sweetness is just right, so you can enjoy it until the very end! The French toast was soft and fluffy, and could be easily cut with just a fork without a knife! The portion size is light, so it's perfect for enjoying as a snack by yourself! It's a limited-time offer, so I recommend visiting early! It's the perfect dessert for those who want to enjoy the flavors of autumn.

Soft and juicy peaches burst on the French toast at Forucafe (*´艸`)
Order:
- Whole peach and red currant French toast: ¥1,380
- Homemade lemonade: ¥520
Shop Info:
Located a 3-minute walk from Meiji Jingu-mae Station, this is the original shop of a brûlée French toast specialty store! It was renovated and reopened in March 2018, with a spacious interior and a glass facade. It's a versatile shop suitable for various occasions. Forucafe's concept is to be a small power spot in the midst of busy everyday life, aiming to be a shop "for you." The wide interior is a lovely, clean space where conversations flow easily.
Pick Up:
- Whole peach and red currant: A thick French toast topped with a whole peach popping out. The sweet and sour red currant sauce is perfect for hot summer days, making it easy to devour! The French toast is crispy on the outside, with a clever design to prevent it from becoming too soggy even as the cream melts. It's cute, delicious, and satisfying to eat.
- Homemade lemonade: This was so delicious that I had to order it again! In the midst of hot days, the season calls for a refreshing cold drink. The lemonade has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with plenty of lemon slices. Lemon lovers and lemonade fans should definitely try it.
Summary:
The French toast changes its appearance with the seasons, and the peaches were adorable as always. The staff were efficient and pleasant. The shop is very spacious, bright, and lovely, so if you're in the Harajuku area, make sure to stop by.
Thank you for the meal! "(ノ*>∀<)ノ

Whole peach and red currant brulee French toast ¥1380 Hazel nut latte ¥520 Summer limited French toast with a juicy peach compote and a whole peach on top! The baguette French toast is caramelized and crispy. There was also vanilla ice cream hidden inside the peach. The red currants added a nice sweet and sour flavor, making it easy to eat without being too sweet. The hazelnut latte had a strong nutty flavor and was delicious, I would like to have it again. There are counter seats so it's easy to go alone. They open early in the morning, so it's recommended for breakfast. The high ceiling provides a sense of openness.

Forucafe Harajuku Store Tabelog 3.25⭐️⭐️⭐️️ Whole Peach and Red Currant Brulee French Toast ¥1,380 Mango Smoothie, Blueberry Smoothie each ¥580
In this hot summer, eating fruits greatly enhances appetite and energy levels♪ I often see #sweets using whole peaches on Instagram, and I wanted to try it. The texture, sweetness, and ease of eating of the peach are all reasons for its popularity. Come to think of it, I've only ever had whole peaches from a can. Forucafe's collaboration of French toast and peaches is a hit. The crispy outside and moist inside of the French toast pair well with the softness of the peach, making it a delicious dish that even men can finish in one go. The store, which is connected to a shared office, has a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. I definitely want to try peach sweets again. It was a satisfying experience~♪♪
