This special menu is available from April 1 to May 31. The lineup allows you to look back on the history and evolution of sweets that were all the rage during the Heisei era. For example, the Tiramisu that exploded in popularity around Heisei 2 (1990) during the "Itameshi" boom. At Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, they combine mascarpone cheese with matcha cream instead of coffee and decorate it in a retro and cute style. The Cherry Pie, which became a hot topic in American TV dramas in the same year, is arranged in a bite-sized, easy-to-eat version. The Nata de Coco that was a hit around Heisei 5 (1993) is paired with yogurt for a pop look. Other highlights include the Cinnamon Roll that landed in Japan for the first time from America around Heisei 11 (1999), the Egg Tart that gained popularity in the same year, and the Roll Cake that broke out around Heisei 15 (2003) paired with the equally popular Heisei-era caramel to create a bittersweet "Caramel Roll Cake". The Cream Soda, a timeless favorite with a photogenic appearance, is recreated with a green jelly representing the soda and a Maraschino cherry on top. Savory items to enjoy between sweets include mini roast beef sliders with pink buns and creme brulee with spring vegetable mousse. The popular wagon service offers scones and colorful sandwiches for guests to enjoy as much as they like. Indulge in vanilla scones with a caramel scent, rich plain scones with clotted cream and homemade jam, sandwiches with burdock salad in cherry blossom buns, and yomogi sandwiches with sweet bean butter.
