Today I ordered Menu Dégusutation (7700 yen including tax). It's the second most expensive menu. You can choose 2 appetizers, and the options have increased, with dessert included in the course. Recommended for those who want to eat a lot. The details of the dishes I ordered are as follows: - Appetizer: Vegetable consommé and pork rillettes with toast. - Bread with Dukkah spice and olive oil. - Amuse-bouche: Fresh mushroom salad with orange and quinoa, and chilled corn potage. - First appetizer: Scallop snack with new onion coulis and jus de poulet. - Second appetizer: Confit of cherry salmon with sauce rémoulade. - Meat dish: Roasted lamb with jus d'agneau sauce and pistou. - Dessert: Pistachio cream cheese cake with strawberry ice cream. - Tea and petit fours: Tie Guan Yin tea (additional 220 yen) and fruit tart (raspberry, lychee, coconut, blueberry). The mushroom dish had plenty of Parmesan cheese and a good balance with the orange. The tripe and lentil tomato stew was delicious, and it was my first time trying tripe outside of yakiniku, and I loved it. The sea bass was slightly rare in the middle, not overcooked, which I really liked, and it was a satisfying dish with a great sauce! The Japanese beef roast used Bungo beef from Oita, and the balance of lean meat and marbling was exquisite, tender, and really delicious. They also brought out a birthday plate for the celebration, which was very cute with lots of flowers. The dessert was bite-sized, but it looked very fancy and cute, so I think girls will love it. They said all the flowers were edible, but I'm not a fan of eating flowers, so I left a lot of them, which was a shame. Each dish had a good portion size and was delicious, so I would like to visit again. The interior was surrounded by greenery, and I had a wonderful time there.

I happened to find a hidden gem restaurant while doing some research, and by chance, there was one last available seat where I could enjoy a meal while watching the Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival. The atmosphere was great and I made a reservation to go. It was a series of miracles! The restaurant had reserved the entire place for fireworks viewers and it was buffet style, but every dish was delicious even when cold. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, the breeze on the terrace was pleasant, and I was amazed by how well we could see the fireworks. Is it really possible to have such good luck? It was a truly wonderful restaurant in a perfect location. I would love to come back when they are open for regular business next time.
