A slightly early year-end party. This visit was my first time at this hidden gem, and it's so secluded that I might not have been able to find it on my own. If you're not paying attention, you might walk right past it - is it a shop? An apartment? Someone's house? It's surprising to find a shop in a place like this. When you ring the intercom at the door marked B1, the staff will come out and open the door when you give them your name. Inside the shop, it's dimly lit and a bit nerve-wracking as you're led to your seat. All the dishes are smoked, and we had a course meal with all-you-can-drink option reserved. The first dish was smoked fried cheese - piping hot. The potato salad was a single serving size that you can customize yourself. My recommendation is the smoked cheese tofu with delicious salt on top. Even though there were spare ribs, they also served sukiyaki. The sukiyaki sauce was interesting, with a tomato sherbet-like sauce and a raw egg with a smoked flavor. I actually don't like smoked flavors much, and the raw egg was the worst part for me. The taste of the smoked flavor was a bit strong, but thanks to the high-quality black wagyu beef, it was delicious even without any additional seasonings. We had a 2-hour reservation, but there wasn't another reservation after us, so we ended up staying for over 3 hours.

Smoked Course: Smoked Fried Cheese, Smoked Potato Salad, Smoked Coconut-infused Dumplings, Smoked Pickled Radish, Smoked Sukiyaki with Vinegar Soy Sauce, Smoked Shabu-Shabu with Wagyu Beef, Smoked Ochazuke, Today's Dessert - Coffee, Smoked Yuzu Honey Sour. This hidden gem of a restaurant in a residential area was a delightful find! The excitement of finding the place and the unique entrance process added to the experience. I opted for the Smoked Course, which was a great value for money. From drinks to dessert, everything was infused with smoky flavors. It was my first time trying smoked alcohol and it was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were served at perfect intervals, and each one was delicious. The Wagyu beef sukiyaki, a specialty of the restaurant, was my favorite. The large piece of meat paired with egg was simply divine. The tomato sherbet dipping sauce was refreshing and complemented the hot day perfectly. The ambiance and staff were both lovely, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing adult date. Highly recommended!

It's been half a year since my last visit, but I came back after just one week this time (laughs). Last time I had the course menu, but this time I left it up to the chef. The dishes were all delicious, with just the right amount of smoked flavor. My companion had the course menu, while I enjoyed the chef's special dishes timed to match the course. This time, the person I was with liked sake, and the staff even prepared two types of sake for us. The food, hospitality, everything about this place is really great. I'll definitely be back again!

I got lost trying to find the corner of the apartment between Ebisu and Daikanyama. You have to ring the doorbell and tell them your reservation name to get the key. It's a bit of a hassle, but it might be good for a first date. It seemed like a course meal restaurant, but since there were items that couldn't be shared, we ended up ordering a la carte. I did some research before going, but the menu was limited. The smoked potatoes weren't hot, and the smoked edamame was cold. I wonder if they smoked them and then put them in the fridge? The sashimi was also... forgettable. I can't remember how much the birthday dessert cost, but it was okay. The drinks were average, the food was okay, the service was slow, and the staff were okay. It didn't really suit our tastes... We opened two bottles of alcohol quickly. The atmosphere is great for a date, though. It's the kind of place where you'd say, "Wow, you know some great hidden gem restaurants!"

It's been about half a year since my last visit, this time for a meal with customers. This hidden gem of a restaurant has no sign, just an intercom at the front door on the first floor. Upon opening the heavy door and descending the stairs, you are greeted by an antique, charming atmosphere. Perfect for a date or a business meal. This time, with a party of three, we ordered the special smoked course with all-you-can-drink for 6,900 yen. The menu included smoked fried cheese, smoked potato salad, smoked coconut-scented dumplings, assorted smoked seafood, smoked duck breast, smoked wagyu sukiyaki, smoked tea rice, dessert, and coffee. We started with a toast of Sapporo Perfect Ebisu beer. The smoked dishes were as delicious as always, with just the right amount of smokiness. The hospitality was also top-notch. Another satisfying experience. Overall, a slightly higher rating this time. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited this restaurant on a weekend night with a reservation. The seating capacity seems limited, so I recommend making a reservation. The interior of the restaurant is quite dim. The course menu consisted of smoked dishes from start to finish! The sukiyaki with tomato sorbet and smoked egg was particularly delicious! The potato salad was a bit difficult to eat, but the taste was okay. For the final course, we could choose between plum, wasabi, or salmon for our ochazuke. The meal was quite filling and satisfying.

The atmosphere was nice. The course and portion were sufficient, and I thought it was cheap for 3800 yen. However, everything was smoked, so it felt a bit overwhelming. I chose a normal wine, but if even the wine was smoked, it might have been too much. Overall, the balance was very good.

You can enjoy a variety of carefully smoked dishes. You can enjoy the beauty of the interior and the dishes while drinking. Even if you are not good with smoked food, it is easy to eat, so rest assured! I was impressed by the tenderness and aroma of the main dish, black wagyu sukiyaki. It's a hidden gem that you can't even find the entrance to. Perfect for dates and entertaining!

I went with my girlfriend. Each piece of smoked food had a strong flavor and we enjoyed the aroma. The atmosphere was nice, the taste was good, the cost performance was good, and the service was good. Personally, I was very satisfied and felt that it was a good deal for this price. It was a course for 3500 yen per person.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Ebisu, located in a residential area of Daikanyama. The entrance is on the basement floor and you need to ring the intercom and state your name to have the door unlocked. The interior of the restaurant is very stylish and has a great atmosphere. The staff's service was excellent, and all the dishes served were smoked and delicious. Personally, I loved the perfectly cooked duck meat, which paired well with the sauce. For dessert, the smoked chocolate with coffee was amazing. It's quite difficult to make a reservation, but the all-you-can-drink option for 5,500 yen is definitely worth it. I would love to go back again.

It was a wonderful restaurant with a cozy atmosphere! I recommend the smoked potato salad. You can enjoy it with your preferred chunkiness, and it goes perfectly with alcohol! My friend and I went there, and we ended up drinking too much because the wine was delicious. The sukiyaki at the end was also delicious. I will definitely visit again.

I used it to celebrate a friend's birthday. You can order a birthday plate for around +1600 yen. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a bit dim and nice, so there were mainly couples around. The staff's service was also great, the cost performance was good, and the food was delicious, so I would like to use it for a date next time.

Everything was smoked to perfection, with a rich aroma that whets the appetite. Even the sashimi and wasabi were smoked, which was surprising! Everything was delicious and satisfying. You can choose your favorite from the Kutani ware chopstick rest collection! Good value for money, I want to go back again. ✨

I have always wanted to visit the Smoked Apartment in Tokyo! The specialty smoked sukiyaki with smoked tomato sherbet instead of eggs was so stylish. The tomato added a refreshing touch to the richness of the beef, and I really loved it. The attention to detail in smoking everything from dessert to drinks was impressive. The perfect balance of smokiness made everything delicious. Personally, I really enjoyed the smoked cheese tofu, which felt like a dessert. The interior and entrance of the restaurant had a cozy hideaway vibe, and the space was lovely. The speed of serving rice was also perfect, and the staff's customer service was impeccable.✌️

Located in a quiet residential area in Daikanyama, this hidden gem of a restaurant is accessed by pressing the doorbell. Upon opening the door, you'll find a staircase leading downstairs. The space features a spacious counter with 8 seats and what appears to be private rooms in the back. We opted for the all-you-can-drink course, which included delicious food and a wide variety of drinks for only 5,500 yen - truly great value for money. You can even choose your own chopstick rest, and the cute illustrations on the glasses make it a perfect spot for Instagram-worthy photos. The smoked cheese that came out first was incredibly delicious - I wanted seconds! I ended up being too full by the end to order more, but I would definitely recommend this place for a girls' night out. It's also highly recommended for a date spot! I can't wait to go back. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I was introduced to the restaurant and visited. As the name suggests, it is located in a room inside an apartment. I asked for the course menu, and all the dishes were smoked to perfection. Personally, I was impressed by the potato salad and cheese tofu ✨ Even the salt was smoked ✨✨ The sukiyaki was a new sensation where you wrap meat with grated tomato sherbet and eat it.

Every year, I go with my partner. This year, we were able to go on Christmas. This restaurant located underground. I like the hideaway feel. Both the counter and table seats were full. We started with the usual miso soup with clams and then moved on to the course menu. Today's course included: - Champagne toast - Smoked wreath salad - Smoked baked cheese and smoked camembert cheese - Smoked salmon carpaccio with celery and citrus sauce - Smoked duck roast - Smoked black wagyu sukiyaki - Homemade bacon Genovese pasta - Smoked pavlova - Smoked coffee 〜 Price: 7,000 yen per person My favorite was the smoked cheese. It paired well with champagne and had a rich aroma. And of course, the smoked sukiyaki was a highlight. Dip the finely chopped frozen smoked tomato in the wagyu and then in the smoked egg. It's very delicious. You can only eat this sukiyaki here. However, personally, I feel like the value for money decreases on Christmas. I recommend going on a day other than Christmas. Thank you for the meal.

Visited for dinner with friends. The most hidden smoked dining I've been to so far. The restaurant is located in a quiet residential area of Daikanyama, and the entrance is in an upscale apartment that is hard to find. Only a door with "B1" written on it and an intercom at the entrance. Finally entered after telling the reservation name on the intercom! Exciting to go down the secret base-like stairs and see the modern and antique adult space in front of me. The homemade smoked dishes are exquisite, not only the ingredients but also the seasonings are smoked, making every dish even more delicious than rumored. The smoked scallop sashimi with smoked soy sauce has a perfect chewy texture, and the original smoked potato salad that you mix yourself with smoked eggs and fried potatoes is crunchy and rich! The smoked lamb shoulder that is cooked at a low temperature and has a beautiful pink color has a deep flavor unique to raw lamb and no odor at all. Perfect with the fragrant smoked sangria! The main smoked sukiyaki is cooked slowly with ingredients in a cute Dutch oven with smoked soy sauce base, and you dip the smoked egg and enjoy the smoked style. The tender and melty Japanese black beef with smoked flavor is impressively delicious... Furthermore, dipping the cold smoked tomato sorbet is innovative! I would love to come back when I crave leisurely delicious smoked food again.

Wow, it's in such a surprising place! This trendy hidden gem has a mysterious atmosphere. But once you step inside, it's clean and charming. You even get to choose your own chopstick rest, which adds to the entertainment. The entire course is smoked, but you won't get tired of it and can enjoy every dish. Each dish is unique and you'll be excited to see what comes next. There are smoked drinks too, which pair well with the food. Even though the portions are small, with a drink in hand, you'll feel quite satisfied. The plates are also beautifully designed! The manager is friendly too! It was a delightful and enjoyable dining experience.
