I happened to pass by and heard that it was delicious, so I stopped by! I tried the limited-time chilled dried fish ramen! It was surprisingly delicious... I even finished all the soup haha There were many foreign staff members! Their hard work was evident!

First visit. Chicken white broth soba. The soup is creamy and rich yet light and elegant, the noodles are chewy with a delightful bounce, and the chashu and menma exceed expectations in quality. Each element stands out on its own, yet everything comes together in perfect balance. I believe this is a complete masterpiece of ramen. This shop is among the best in the highly competitive ramen scene in Ikebukuro. Highly recommended. It was incredibly delicious!

I arrived at the restaurant around 6:30 pm on a regular night. Luckily, I was able to enter without waiting in line, but more and more people came in afterwards. It's best to decide what to eat first and then line up because you order and pay when you enter. I ordered the Chicken White Soup Ramen (1,200 yen). Honestly, I think 1,200 yen for ramen is a bit expensive, but this was the best chicken white soup ramen I've ever had! It had paprika, pumpkin, tomato, bamboo shoots, and zucchini on top, making it very visually appealing, especially for women. Eating the vegetables made me feel a little less guilty, haha. The noodles were thin and I really enjoyed them. Despite being a bit pricey, it was undeniably delicious. It went well with both black pepper and black shichimi chili on the table. I would definitely like to visit again when I have some extra money. Thank you for the meal.

Bib Gourmand-winning fashionable chicken white broth soba has stores in various locations, and the one in Ikebukuro is casually located in the Etika underground passage. The concept of turning ramen into soba, creating a higher genre different from Chinese soba, can be felt, but oh well. The creamy chicken white broth with soy sauce is exquisite. If it's just chicken, it can be a bit overwhelming halfway through (why). The white chicken chashu is moist and delicious. Hmm, it's not necessary, but it's good. The large bamboo shoots, zucchini, pumpkin, bell pepper are not necessary, but mitsuba is essential. With just this creamy soup and noodles, I feel satisfied, but I think one should appreciate the effort of the creator in the overall beauty of the dish. I didn't order the chicken butter rice, but here's a photo. It's said to be delicious with black shichimi sprinkled on top. Let's try making it at home. It was very rich, so the portion was a bit large. I happened to slip in smoothly, but it quickly became full. Thank you for the meal!

The chicken broth was delicious at this restaurant! However, I was lured by the limited-time offer and ended up trying the cold noodles, which was a mistake... The chicken broth was actually tastier. Lately, it seems like cold noodles are being served with oil on top. I wish they would stop doing that because it takes away from the refreshing taste of the dish... I did finish it and the flavor was good, but the oil was unnecessary... Next time, I'll stick to the chicken broth.

I visited around 7:30 PM on a regular day. I ordered the Chicken Paitan Shoyu Ramen. The soup was rich but not heavy! The vegetables on top were all ones that women would enjoy. Next time, I want to try the regular Chicken Paitan Ramen or the dried fish-based ramen.

I followed my senior at work who said, "Let's go to this ramen place today." His usual roughness always makes me feel safe and secure. I was surprised by the prices at first, but the place was crowded, even popular among foreigners. I ordered the chicken white broth ramen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The soup looked different than what I expected, kind of thick and creamy, with pumpkin on top. Pumpkin in ramen? Does that even go together? Anyway, I tried the soup first. It was delicious! Not as heavy as it looked, with a mysterious flavor. The noodles were medium thickness. I usually prefer thin noodles, but I think medium ones work best with this soup. I added some ginger halfway through, which made it even better. It was tasty but expensive. I still think the old-fashioned Chinese-style ramen for around 750 yen is the best.

I used to have the impression that most cold ramen is refreshing but not very tasty. However, even in September, the hot weather is still lingering, so I tried the "Cold Shoyu Ramen". When you take a bite, the aroma of the soy sauce broth spreads, but there is no fishy smell at all. The chicken chashu also goes well with the soup. This is a recommended ramen for the hot summer!

Around 12 o'clock on a holiday, I was walking towards a different shop when I noticed there was no line in front of another shop. Instantly, I switched to chicken white broth mode and headed straight into the shop. I ordered the simple Chicken White Broth Soba. As always, the noodles were topped with plenty of deep-fried vegetables. It's nice that the vegetables change depending on the season. The creamy soup is full of the delicious flavor of chicken, making it a deeply satisfying taste. Delicious... It's a soup that I crave regularly.

I enjoyed the cold ramen very much. The bonito broth was flavorful without being too fishy or bitter. The soy sauce flavor was not too salty. It can be tough for ramen shops in underground or station locations with limited air conditioning.

Truffle-infused chicken broth ramen seems to be increasingly popular in train stations recently. I think it's impressive that despite the growing number of shops, they are able to consistently provide a quality bowl of ramen. As a result, it seems inevitable that they have to handle a high volume of customers efficiently. The restaurant is filled with foreign tourists.

I visited Kagaribi around 2:00 PM, which I had been curious about for a while. I ordered the Chicken White Soup Soba. I noticed that the female staff member had a somewhat intimidating demeanor both when I paid in advance and when the food arrived. However, I decided to focus on the taste, which is the most important aspect. When the food arrived, I noticed that it looked slightly different from the menu. When I took a sip of the soup, I was pleasantly surprised by its rich and delicious flavor. I particularly enjoyed the pickled onions that came with it. I also thought that the black pepper on the table complemented the dish well. It was a taste that made me want to come back for more. I plan to try something different on my next visit.

This was my first visit, but the taste was beyond my expectations. The harmony of the cream and chicken soup, as well as the depth of flavor, might make it my favorite chicken soup ramen. Eating it with fresh vegetables may feel a bit unusual, but it's not necessarily a bad thing.

I went for a walk and shopping on Sunday and decided to stop by the newly opened branch of "Kagari" in Ikebukuro Echika for lunch charge in Ginza. Luckily, I was able to be seated without waiting in line even though it was already past 1:00 PM. I ordered and paid in advance (using PayPay) and had the standard "Chicken White Broth Soba". It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

My mother and I visited the restaurant for lunch. We ordered the summer special "Hoji Koji Chilled Niboshi Soba" for 1200 yen. The thin slices of char siu went well with the cold soup and it was delicious. Cold dishes are perfect for the summer heat. I would like to visit again.

I couldn't forget the delicious cold noodles I had here before the pandemic... I passed by Ikebukuro Station in the afternoon, so I went to eat the "Rich Cold Shoyu Ramen" there. As expected from a famous restaurant, the cold noodles were full of flavor! As the name suggests, the base is dried fish. When it comes to cold noodles with dried fish, it's a delicate balance between umami and fishy smell, but they hit the perfect point between the two. They added yuzu peel, onions, and shiso leaves, which was clever. The noodles didn't feel like they were just starch. They had a nice chewiness. At 1200 yen, the chashu was also plentiful. It seemed to be plant-based, but there was plenty of fat floating on top. It was a delicious and well-made bowl. It was a bit disappointing that the way the noodles were folded and presented was sloppy, and the chattering of the Asian staff was annoying...

We visited the restaurant hoping to try the Cold Shio Niboshi Soba, but it was sold out. Instead, my spouse and I shared the Niboshi-maze Soba and the Rich Niboshi Tsuke Soba. It was a shame that they didn't have the cold option, but the dishes were delicious. Thank you for the meal.

In the evening, I visited for a late lunch. It's a bit far from JR Ikebukuro, but it's close to the station so it's not too much trouble. The restaurant is located in a corner where small eateries are crowded together. The creamy and gentle paitan soup was rich in flavor, and the toppings of vegetables were seared or marinated, showing that they were well-prepared. It was really delicious.
