It was just past 12 o'clock on a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded and we were able to enjoy a leisurely meal. The weekday buffet cost 1868 yen, and the drink bar was an additional 273 yen, bringing the total to 2141 yen. The 90-minute time limit went by surprisingly quickly as we went back for refills a few times. I also got the drink bar, but I found it more enjoyable to sip on my drink while eating rather than having a separate coffee time after the meal. There were desserts available, but I was so full from the main dishes that I felt happy and content.

The menu has a good variety with a focus on vegetables, providing a high level of satisfaction. It's great that you can enjoy dessert as well. The combination of Japanese and Western dishes is also nice. I think the dashi in the ochazuke could have a stronger flavor to make it more delicious. There is a wide selection of drinks, and the vinegar drink was excellent.

As a middle-aged man, I try to eat vegetables as much as possible for my health. When I thought about it, Harvest restaurant came to mind as a healthy buffet option. I enjoyed the classic onion steak for keeping my blood healthy, and indulged in grilled mackerel for my own satisfaction. The food was delicious and I ended up eating too much and gaining weight in the end.

It was a healthy and satisfying all-you-can-eat experience. I highly recommend the vegetable side dishes! Personally, I really enjoyed the free-flowing drinks. There were plenty of herbal teas available, as well as the option to create various flavors of vinegar drinks and even tapioca milk tea. The fact that we could stay until closing time was also really great!

I went to several places in Ikebukuro and decided on this one. Even though it's all-you-can-eat, I don't feel guilty about eating vegetables... it's like a misunderstanding. Ikebukuro is not a place I often visit, so it's a bit confusing. There's Lumine, Tobu, Seibu... even if we decide to meet in Ikebukuro, it feels like we won't go beyond Tobu, which is easy to find. But this time it's Lumine. I hesitated a bit but finally found it. It's confusing if you don't go above ground. We entered at 5 pm, which is early, but some people were already piling up plates and eating a lot. The restaurant was empty when we entered, but after an hour, it was almost full. It was crowded everywhere. It costs a little over 2000 yen for a 90-minute session. The drink bar is about 300 yen. With that, we started eating. Oh, there are more types of dishes than I thought. Amazing. There are various drinks like tea, coffee, juice, and even tapioca milk tea. I was initially captivated by the side dishes and slowly filled up a plate with 9 different items. I thought the main dish was thin udon or rice, so I took udon and then noticed there was pasta and omelet rice. There are also desserts at the end! There's a second restaurant, so I didn't take any. My companion secured some bracken rice cakes. Anyway, there are plenty of vegetable side dishes. Even though there are salad bars out there, they often have few options, but here, there is salad, as well as simmered dishes, stir-fries, salads, soups, gratins, tempura, and plenty of side dishes. There's also fried chicken, so even those who don't feel satisfied without meat will be happy. The carrot sesame kinpira is delicious. I plan to cook this kind of dish after changing jobs. I'll bring a bento box. I'll make eating out for lunch an occasional pleasure. I thought I would work as hard as I could, but exceeding 150 hours of overtime is beyond my limit. If the company's direction changes, there's nothing I can do, and I don't want to be in an environment where people insult each other. Well, I feel like I'll have more time, so I'll try to cook vegetable side dishes like this on my own.

"At 'Harvest,' where it says 'Beautifully Healthy from the Inside Out,' they offer a natural food buffet style. However, in my case, buffet style tends to make me overeat, so it's definitely not healthy. My frugality and insatiable curiosity lead me to eat too much. Although I no longer eat until my stomach hurts like I used to, the tendency to overeat is still there. I enjoy buffets where I can combine various ingredients and create my own dishes. Conversely, there is hardly a reason to completely dislike such restaurants. The majority of the enjoyment comes from being in an environment with abundant seasonings and condiments where you can create your own flavors. Apart from issues with the quality of ingredients, service, and atmosphere, giving such restaurants a very low rating implies a lack of cooking skills, ingenuity, and knowledge. I visited for the 'Weekday Dinner Buffet (unlimited time)' (2,198 yen) as shown in the photos. There were few hot dishes, so I loaded up on a variety of items to avoid the hassle of going back and forth. The menu consisted mainly of vegetable side dishes and fresh vegetable salads. Additionally, there were udon, spaghetti, curry rice, and five-grain rice as main dishes. I particularly enjoy the curry rice served here. It has just the right amount of spice, creating a blend of Nepalese and Japanese curry flavors. For my next round, I selected chicken rice and pasta dishes as main courses, along with small side dishes. These small side dishes can be enjoyed in various ways, like with ochazuke or combined with udon. Of course, I kept going back for the ones I liked. Lastly, dessert. Just like last time when I indulged in warabi mochi until I felt heavy, this time I was a bit greedy again. Also, since strawberries were in season, I enjoyed strawberry yokan and strawberry cream puffs. Yes, I ended up feeling very full. Thank you for the meal. Lunch with a friend on 12/09/2022 (Fri). The restaurant was a bit cold inside. We had mainly vegetables and lots of fried chicken (vegetables don't fill me up). Dessert was also available. The drink bar had milk tea, but it was too sweet for me (I might get diabetes!). The vinegar drink was too sour and made me choke. The hot coffee was quite delicious. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. I might come back again. Thank you for the meal.

On weekdays, I made a reservation for lunch from 11:30 for 1868 yen including tax. The restaurant was almost full around 13:30, with about 5-6 groups around 11:30. It might be better to make a reservation to secure a good seat. It's a shame that there is a 2-hour time limit, but it's a prepayment system, so even if you exceed 2 hours, you can finish eating what's on your plate and leave by putting the bill in the entrance. It's nice that there is no rush to leave. Of course, I left as soon as I finished eating. I write comments on the photos about what was delicious. Here are some of the delicious menu items (considering the all-you-can-eat aspect and the price): Seafood pancake 3.7, Mushroom umami broth (soup) 3.9, Fried chicken 3.9, Garlic-flavored broccoli 3.8, Simmered dried daikon radish 3.8, Carrot and sesame kinpira 3.7 (a bit salty), Carrot dressing for salad 3.8, Beet from the salad corner 3.8. I enjoyed putting this dressing on it (I don't usually eat it, so it was nice!). Dessert: Chocolate mousse with berry sauce 3.8, Yuzu and peach soy milk smoothie 3.8, Grape with honey yuzu jelly 3.7. Next time, I'd like to try the Lemongrass and fish sauce-scented chicken soup curry, 16-grain rice, and Rich chestnut mousse. I think I'll visit again soon! When I do, I want to go to Kusunoki-an (ISP), Sanmando's senbei (Seibu Ikebukuro), and Patisserie "Material" in Oyama on my day off.

The menu has a wide variety of options, making it a challenge to conquer them all. During the Korean fair, they offered DIY kimbap, cheese tteokgalbi, japchae, and kimchi pancakes. The tiramisu was not small but a regular size, which was a pleasant surprise. It was not crowded during the weekday lunch hours. The customers were mostly solo female diners and couples, with a few families and solo male diners.

On Sunday, everywhere had long lines. This place didn't have a line yet, so I decided to visit. Adding a drink bar can make the total cost quite high. It seems like the variety of the buffet has decreased compared to the past. They were having a Taiwan Fair. The milk tea placed for tapioca was sweet but delicious.

During the Golden Week holidays, I arrived at 20:30. The streets of Ikebukuro were very crowded. The restaurant here seems to be empty. It's 2077 yen per person for a 2-hour time limit, and prepayment is required, so it's a bit annoying to have to wait every time. The restaurant closes completely at 22:00. They start serving dishes at 21:15 and desserts at 21:30. The restaurant is not crowded, with only 4 tables occupied. There seems to be plenty of food left. I decided to start eating around 20:50, but at 21:00, the staff started serving dishes little by little at each table. I thought it was supposed to be at 21:15? I added some more food to my plate and went back to the table. Around 21:25, they announced that they would stop serving drinks. Isn't it too early? I didn't get any drinks, so it's fine. I went to get dessert again around 21:27, but there was no more left, everything had been combined on one plate. This could lead to food waste. I asked the staff about it and they kindly brought me some fresh desserts. It would be better if they started serving dishes around 21:45 or offered a discount if they want to close early. When I passed by Starbucks on my way out, it was already past 22:00, but people were still sitting and drinking. I appreciate the kind and thoughtful service here. It's hard to find a good restaurant in Ikebukuro, so I will definitely visit again. I like the fried chicken, garlic-flavored broccoli, etc. I will make sure to visit at a less busy time next time.

Around 11:30 on the weekend, there were still about 5 or 6 groups of customers at the restaurant. The spacious interior had both solo diners and groups. Customers pay for their meal upfront and are then seated before heading to the food corner. The menu consists mainly of vegetable dishes such as salads, boiled vegetables, and hot tofu. For carbohydrates, there are options like udon noodles, Thai curry, and lo mein. The salads were simple with regular vegetables and dressing, but the Thai salad on the side was particularly delicious. The tofu had a richer flavor than supermarket tofu. The onion steak was satisfying, and the tempura, made with sweet potatoes and fish cakes, was not greasy. I made my own lo mein, and it tasted like a Taiwanese bento box, which was a pleasant surprise. This place is great for when you're craving vegetables. Desserts were available, but they were nothing out of the ordinary, just the usual options.

I hope it will be useful for someone (^^) Although, I feel a bit conflicted about this because I wouldn't want it to get crowded haha I made a reservation for 11:30 a few days ago. I arrived around 11:25. I informed them that I had a reservation and they quickly processed the payment even though there were 3 groups waiting. They said there is no time limit, it's okay until 5:00 pm (^^) They reserved a spacious window seat for me. It has been over 2 years since I last visited Harvest. There are acrylic panels on the table. It might be a bit narrow for 4 people, but it's enough for 2 people. The height is also around 60 cm, which is sufficient!! Next to the buffet table with plates, there is alcohol disinfectant and gloves. Everyone is wearing masks and coming to get them. The man preparing the food was very cheerful and efficient, and the service was very pleasant. The other staff members were also very friendly, and the restaurant was spacious, bright, and nice! I noticed that the table was a bit scratched, but I wonder who would make such scratches... Time is unlimited, and I might consider using this place every time I come alone in Ikebukuro ♡ I was disappointed that there was no burdock tempura... Particularly delicious items: ● Chicken Karaage 4.5 I could eat as many as I want, it's so crispy and delicious without any chicken smell! ● Kabocha Pumpkin Salad 3.8 It has a great taste! After eating well, I left the restaurant in an hour because I had other plans~ I will definitely visit again ♫ I also inquired at the Tachikawa store, and they mentioned that depending on the availability for lunch and dinner, they may seat you for 120 minutes (although dinner may already be set for 120 minutes), but for lunch, it's originally 70 minutes, so it can vary between 70-120 minutes depending on how busy it is that day. I asked a few questions, but the response was a bit cold, as if saying "that's normal," which was a bit disappointing considering how great the customer service was at the Ikebukuro store... (>_<)

This time I went to a natural food buffet restaurant called "Harvest" located just a 1-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. I went on a weekend, so the price was 2,088 yen for adults (all day on weekends and holidays). This restaurant is always crowded, but miraculously I was able to get in right away on this day! They offer a buffet centered around seasonal vegetables that are kind to the body. As a COVID-19 measure, disposable gloves are available for use, so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. They have dozens of dishes available at all times, and the menu changes depending on the season, so it seems like a good idea to visit according to the season. The dishes available on this day included 2 types of salads, German potatoes, onion steak, chicken with salt koji, coriander salad, simmered highland tofu and burdock, hijiki, simmered dishes, tempura, soup curry, and several types of desserts, among others. There is a wide variety of dishes available, and everything is delicious as they are served fresh. Personally, I particularly liked the namul, tempura, and chicken with salt koji. It's a luxury to be able to take as much as you want of what you want to eat. The desserts are healthy too, such as warabi mochi, soy milk pudding, and fruits. You can eat as much as you want without feeling guilty, so it's recommended for those who want to eat a lot but still want healthy options. Thank you for the meal.

It was 1:00 PM on a Sunday, and there were plenty of empty seats so we were able to be seated right away. Upon entering, we were required to sanitize our hands and have our wrists checked for temperature. When getting food, we had to wear masks and vinyl gloves. Unlike other buffet restaurants where the food tastes like frozen or processed, the dishes here were delicious from start to finish! It was enjoyable to take a little bit of each dish on the plate. The ingredients were fresh and the seasonal vegetables were cooked beautifully. The soy milk pudding for dessert was amazing. I filled up a bowl and savored every bite. I definitely want to come back to taste the winter ingredients.

An area that is not clear if it's in the east or above Lumine. I wonder if this used to be Lumine. I was invited saying "this place is nice", but when I went in, the menu was very limited. It's understandable due to the pandemic. I'm fine as long as I can eat salad. I was satisfied with being able to eat a lot of vegetables. The Singaporean-style soup curry was quite good. The atmosphere and drinks were like a family restaurant. It's good for replenishing.

The drink bar offers all-you-can-drink for an additional charge, but I didn't opt for it this time★ The reason I went was because I used to visit the Machida branch often, but it closed due to COVID-19. This time, I happened to be near Ikebukuro, so I finally got to eat there!!!★ The service was a bit unfriendly due to the slow guidance from the staff★ Other than that, it was great that there was no time limit as I eat slowly and time limits stress me out. Also, the allergen information provided was reassuring★ The atmosphere was casual and there were quite a few solo diners. It was easy to get in, but there were a lot of families with children, which I found a bit uncomfortable...★ I will definitely go back as it's delicious, has no time limit, and is healthy. Despite the slightly unfriendly staff, I will continue to visit. Therefore, I give it a rating of ★★★★★, five out of five points.

Today, I went to Harvest, a natural food buffet in Ikebukuro. As I get older, I prefer to eat foods that are good for my body rather than heavy meats, but when I see a time-limited sale on roast beef, I can't resist indulging. The buffet had plenty of vegetables and delicious dishes like burdock sesame kinpira, lemon-stewed sweet potatoes with cranberries, and miso gratin with taro. The Asuka hot pot, made with soy milk and lots of vegetables, was perfect for a cold day. The onion steak with salt koji and spicy mustard sauce was flavorful and unique. The rice options included sixteen-grain rice, which seemed healthy. The carrot and orange juice chia seed dish was tasty, with the sweetness of oranges complementing the carrot flavor. The tofu mousse with matcha flavor was surprisingly creamy and easy to eat, despite being made with tofu. Overall, it was a delicious and healthy natural food buffet experience.
